Bu buluş, elektrokimyasal ve optik olarak incelenen etin Ph, renk, hemoglobin ve antibiyotik seviyesinin ölçülmesini sağlayan makine öğrenmesi sistemine sahip ve makine öğrenmesi sayesinde ölçüm süresini 15 sn ila 1 saat gibi sürelere indirebilen kırmızı et kalitesi ölçüm cihazı ile ilgilidir.This invention relates to a red meat quality measuring device, which has a machine learning system that enables the measurement of the pH, color, hemoglobin and antibiotic level of the meat that is examined electrochemically and optically, and can reduce the measurement time to 15 seconds to 1 hour, thanks to machine learning.
