Abstract

Buluş, araç aküsünden veya elektrik şebekeden alınan elektrik enerjiyi ara madde kullanmadan N ve P-tipi yarıiletkenlerden oluşan esnek termoelektrik kask aracılığıyla doğrudan soğuğa veya ısıya dönüştürerek sıcaklık kontrollü olarak kısa zamanda insan beynini dışarıdan soğuta veya ısıtabilen, beyin termografisini hastaya ve çevreye zarar vermeden yaparak her türlü hastalığı teşhis eden, akıllı yazılımla donatılmış, kolayca taşınabilir, portatif, esnek, sıvı devir daim sistemli yeni `Akıllı termoelektrik beyin hipotermi termohipoterm ve beyin termografi cihazı? dır. Tasarlanan tıp cihazı, insanı radyasyon ve manyetik alan gibi zararlı etkilere maruz bırakmadan bütün vakalarda hasta insanın beyini, 5 dakika kısa bir zamanda en az 120W?lık soğutma kapasiteyle ve 0,5oC/dk?lık soğutma hızıyla kontrollü olarak beyini dışarıdan lokal soğutmak, gerekli süre boyunca beyin sıcaklığını 28 oC - 30oC?lik sıcaklıkta tutabilen ve hipotermia sonrası beyini normal sıcaklığa kontrollü ve 0,5oC/dk hızla ısıtılmasını sağlayabilen, beyin hipotermiasıyla tedavi ve aynı zamanda hastaya anestezi uygulanan soğutma ve ısıtma işlevini bir cihazda toplayan şiddetli ağrılara, yüksek ateşe ve hipoksiye maruz kalan başta Kovid-19 hastaları olmak üzere beyin hastalıkları, anestezi, kardiyoloji ve diğer vakalarda beyini hızlı ve kontrollü olarak 30oC kadar soğutarak hastaların ölmemesini sağlayan (termohipoterm) bir tedavi ve çalışma prensipleri sadece beyindeki (beyin farklı derinlikteki) sıcaklıları ve ısı miktarlarını ölçmek ve görüntülemek olan yeni yöntemle insan beyine müdahile etmeden beyin çeşitli derinliklerdeki sıcaklıkları ve buralardan açığa çıkan ısı miktarlarını hızlı ve çok hassas bir şekilde ölçüp kayıt edebilen ve 3D görüntüye dönüştüren hastaya hiçbir zarar vermeden her türlü hastalığın teşhisini koyarak teşhis yapabilen (termografi) bir teşhis cihazıdır. Cihaz bir birine kolayca bağlanan ve ayrılan esnek termoelektrik kask, güç ve kontrol ünitesi ve esnek kombine hortumdan oluşmaktadır. Cihaz, Arduino veya benzer programlama dilleriyle yazılan özel yazılımla `akılı? kılınmıştır.
