(i) (i) 20030168 玫、發明說明 (發明說明應敘明：發明所屬之技術領域、先前技術、内容、實施方式及圖式簡單說明) 技術領域 衣發明提供一吸收物件有至少一種顏色的多色調信號 。多色調信號之效果經使用者視察吸收物件上層表面產生 深度感知。 先前技術 技術上瞭解吸收物件面片之上或其下能印刷。亦知印刷 產生遮蔽污點的信號。曾經揭示克服例如婦女月經期間難 看污點之問題。未經揭露或指示者為利用多色調印刷產生 信號;於從其頂上或觀察表面看望時提供深度感覺。在吸收 物件内因產生深度感使用者於使用前及使用期間再確定 能汲取製品内深處流體脫離用者身體。 經利用創新的面片材料、辅助面片材料、吸收劑膠凝材 料及透氣背片，吸收物件尤其衛生棉之技藝已猛進至製造 縱非超群但已充分優越的婦女吸收月經與其他流體脫離 身體之產物。不過此技藝多數係隱藏式因而不能看見。觀 看時吸收組份常不易或目視傳達此加強技藝的實在予用 者。 傳達吸收物件之加強功能實況予用者為任何吸收物件 的額外價值。因此、利用多色調信號創始應付此項傳達問 題。特別因為目前市上產品幾乎主要作用目的在遮蔽月經 而非輸送製品之加強機能力。技術上充滿作此類遮蔽用單 一色調信號之實例。 在吸收物件内藉創造深度感提升傳達效用的特徵為解決 200301687 贅釋_'買 此問題之一種獨特新穎途徑，係以往技術所未曾指導、提 議或揭示的此類作業技巧。用一種顏色之多色調（即至少 二色調）及/或多色調與多色一起創立深度感能引發用者 因所創深度感一旦為自吸收物件可見表面所見多色調配 置具較佳保護與加強功能的認知信念，此項理解經穿著吸 收物件之後繼續不繼。 發明内容 本發明適當地提供一種吸收物件，有一上面、一下面與 一周圍含一面片有底面及與底面相對設置的觀看面。觀看 面朝上向吸收物件之上表面。吸收物件又含一背片有一表 面朝向衣服，與朝衣服面相反設一向穿者面，背片連接面 一吸收芯有一上表面及一位置與上表面相反的底面。吸 收芯位居面片與背片之間。吸收物件的觀看表面宜有，但 非必要有、至少二部分，即一有色部分與一無色部分。有 色與無色部分能自面片之觀看表面察見。有色部分有至少 二種明亮度即第一與第二明亮度。第一明亮度位置實質在 第二明亮度内。第二明亮度隨便在亮度、暗度及/或顏色 上與第一明亮度皆不同。多明亮度作用由用者注視面片察 看面上產生吸收物件内深度認知。文内一具體例中顏色的 第一明亮度比顏色之第二明亮度較暗。或者第一明亮度比 第二明亮度更亮。 有色部分與無色部分的第一及第二明亮度顏色係用ASTM 標準測試法經反射分光光度分析儀測量。自吸收物件周邊 200301687 (3) 發_驗頁' 内側面片之察看表面測得三重刺激L *、a *、b *值。L *、 a *、b *值按C IE 1 9 7 6顏色座標標準報告。有色與無色部分 ， 間差別在吸收物件周邊内側面片的察看表面上第一、第二 _ 及第三點處測量。註釋之每一點（即1、2及3)宜完全存在 吸收芯的周邊内。例如第一點在第一明亮度内測量，第二 點在第二明亮度中測量，第三點在吸收物件之無色部分測 量。根據ASTM D2244-99 “自儀器所測顏色座標計算顏色 差異的標準試驗法”方法算出顏色差異。 鲁 第一與第二明亮度間之顏色差異（即E * )應至少為3 . 5。 E* 係用公式△E* = [(L*xl-L*Y)2 + (a*xl-a*Y)2十（b*x-b*Y)2]l/2 j 算出。X可代表1、2或3點。Y可代表1、2或3點。X與Y應 非同時在相同二量點者。換言之、ΧΥ。第一明亮與無色 部分間顏色差異至少為6。第二明亮度與無色部分間顏色 差異至少為3.5。有色部分大小範圍宜為面片察看表面的 約5 %至約1 0 0 %。有色部分之第一明亮度亦宜相對有色部 分的第二明亮度位居實質中央。不過、只要明亮度在相互 _ 適當空間聯繫内以致產生深度感現象、任何適當明亮度位 置均屬適宜並受業界技術者能預測者，因而容許作本發明 之合選具體例。 文内一具體例中有色部分可係一插入物置於面片與吸 收芯間。另一具體例内有色部分形成面片的一邵分。文内 又一具體例中有色部分構成吸收芯之一部分從而能自面 ’ 片的觀察面看見有色部分。或者有色部分可係一多層插入 物放在面片下。 200301687

(6) 面21相反的底面22(未、纟會出）。吸收芯20位居面片25與背片 1 5中間。在圖1所示具體例内吸收物件1 〇有至少二部分， 即一有色部分40與一無色部分50。有色部分40與無色部分 50能由面片25之觀察面28看見。無色部分40至少有二明亮 度，第一明亮度42與第二明亮度44。較佳但非必要如圖1 表現、第一明亮度42位置實質在第二明亮度44内。第二明 亮度44無論在亮度、暗度及/或顏色方面皆與第一明亮度 4 2不同。經使用人注視面片2 5的觀察面2 8、多明亮度影響 在吸收物件内產生一種深度感。文内一具體例中、顏色之 第一明亮度42比顏色的第二明亮度44較暗。或者、第一明 亮度42比第二明亮度44較光亮。無論二種或二種以上明亮 度，其明亮度之亮度與暗度經配置於使用人注視吸收物件 10的觀察面28便可產生深度感。 有色部分40與無色部分50的第一明亮度42與第二明亮 度4 4之顏色係用反射比分光光度分析儀根據顏色的L *、 a *與b *值測量。L *、a *與b *值係自吸收物件周邊1 2内側面 片25之觀察面28測量。有色部分40與無色部分50間的顏色 差異在吸收物件1 0周邊1 2内側之面片2 5觀察面2 8上第一 點1 0 0、第二點1 1 0及第三點1 2 0處測量。點1 0 0、1 1 0與1 2 0 中每一點宜完全吸收芯2 0的周邊1 2内。舉例、第一點1 〇 〇 在第一明亮度42中測量，第二點1 1 0在第二明亮度44内測 量，第三點1 2 0則於吸收物件1 〇之無色部分5 0中測量。 顏色差異用L*、a*與b*值藉公式+ (&*?(14*丫）2 + (13*)(-13*丫）2]/2算得。此處公式内“\”可代表 -11 - 200301687
(7) 1、2或3點。Y可代表1、2或3點。X與Y應不能同時為相同 二測量點。換言之X、Υ用一種顏色多過二種明亮度時 “X”與“ Υ”值亦交替包括其中測量點。此處ΔΕ的計算 關鍵在“ X ” 與 “ Υ ”值應不從觀察面上同一測量點產 生。在測量區界限内實際上沒有無色部分5 0之諸例案中 “ X ”值應由一空間關係與“ Υ ”值不同的點流動，但在 吸收芯周邊之界限内（見圖4)。
第一明亮度42與第二明亮度44間的顏色差異（ΔΕ*)至少 應為3 . 5。第一明亮度4 2與無色部分5 0間顏色差異至少為 6。第二明亮度44與無色部50間顏色差異至少為3.5。
有色部分5 0大小範圍較佳為面片2 5觀察面2 8之約5 %至 約1 0 0 %。又有色部分5 0的第一明亮度4 2位置係大致定位 在有色部分5 0之第二明亮度4 4的中央。但只要明亮度相互 成適當空間關連以致產生深度感現象，業界技術人能預知 明亮度之適宜位置，因此認知為本發明的適當選擇具體 例。 文内一具體例内有色部分40可係一夾插於面片2 5與吸 收芯2 0中間者。另一具體例内有色部分4 0構成面片2 5之一 部分。此處又一具體例中有色部分4 0形成吸收芯2 0的一部 分因而能自面片25之觀察面28看見有色部分40。或者、有 色部分4 0可係位在面片2 8下的多層夾插物。 可自面片25觀察面28易見之有色部分的任何面片材料 均可適用。例如，成膜材料、非織物或其組合能用。 文内另一具體例中吸收物件1 0設一有色部分4 0，其面片 -12- 200301687
(8) 2 5之觀察面2 8實質上沒有無色部分。所謂“實質上沒有無 色部分”意指此處白色少於或等於觀察面2 8總表面積的 5 %。圖3提供一吸收物件其中第一明亮度4 2較亮，第二明 亮度44暗。 又一具體例内與第一明亮度42及第二明亮度44不同之 顏色在二明亮度間作用為界標。換言之、此界限4 8 (未繪 出）包圍第二明亮度44的周邊，分開第二明亮度44與第一 明亮度4 2。 φ 分析方法-亨特色（Hunter Color) 文内銓釋根據本發明吸收物件材料明暗度之色度值係 普遍接納的CIE LAB尺度，以一亨特色度反射計測量。此 制度之完全技術說明可參閱美國光學會會刊4 8卷9 8 5 - 9 5， 1958内R.S.Hunter， “光電色差計” 一文。1961年10月10 日頌予亨特等的美國專利3，0 0 3，3 8 8號内說明。普通亨特 色“ L ”度值為光反射量度單位，由於淺色物質反射光 多，故值愈高-色愈淺。特別在亨特色系中“ L ”度含1 0 0 φ 等分單位。純黑在尺度最下（L = 0)，純白在尺度最上 (L = 1 0 0 )。因此、根據本發明吸收物件内所用材料測量亨 特色值中、“ L ”度值愈低、材料愈暗。文内吸收物件以 及製作吸收物件之材料祇要符合此處限定的亨特值、可具 任何顏色。 顏色能根據國際公認的3 D純色圖測得，其中人眼感知 之全部顏色經轉化成數碼。C IE L AB系統與亨特L、a、b 相似，以三維度特別L *、a *及b *為基礎。 -13 - 200301687

Claims (1)

  1. 200301687 拾、申請專利範屬 1. 一種吸收物件有一上面、一下面與一周邊，包含： 一面片有一底面及一與底面位置相反的觀察面，觀 察面朝上向吸收物件之上面； 一背片有一向衣服面及一與向衣服面位置相反的向 穿者面，背片連接於面片； 一吸收芯有一上面及一與上面位置相反的底面，吸 收芯位居面片與背片中間；及 吸收物件有至少二部分，即一有色部分與一無色部 分，确色部分與無；色部分能自面片之觀察面看見，有 色部分有至少二種明亮度，即一第一明亮度與一第二 明亮度，第一明亮度實質上位於第二明亮度内，第二 明亮度與第一明亮度不同，此至少二明亮度作用在吸 收物件内產生一種深度感而可經穿者注視面片的觀察 面來看見。 2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之吸收物件，其中顏色的第一 明亮度比顏色的第二明亮較暗。 3 .根據申請專利範圍第1項之吸收物件，其中有色部分與 無色部分的第一明亮部與第二明亮度之顏色用亨特反 射計試驗根據顏色的L、a與b值測量，L、a與b值係自 吸收物件周邊内側之面片觀察面測得。 4.根據申請專利範圍第3項之吸收物件，其中有色部分與 無色部分間的顏色差異係在吸收物件周邊内側之面片 觀察面上的第一點，第二點與第三點處測量，第一點 200301687
