Description of the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article for use during physiological or incontinence. [Prior art] Conventional absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins are absorbent bodies made of wood pulp or the like that hold a permeable gasket in between, and because they are in contact with the body, they cannot be soft. Deformation of body parts caused by body movement and the like. Therefore, these do not fit well on the body. Therefore, a gap is generated between the body and the absorbent article, and body fluids and the like discharged from the body leak out from the gap between the absorbent body and the body. In addition, the absorbent body may deform when it absorbs bodily fluids and the like. Although it is fully attached to the body in the initial stage of installation, a gap is formed between the absorbent body and the body as described above. Furthermore, when pressure is applied to the absorbent body due to the movement of the body, the absorbed body fluid and the like leak out. Means for solving such problems have been disclosed in absorbent articles using a beaded compliant structure (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-2 63 8 57). However, the bead is a flat sanitary napkin arranged on a flat surface as a whole, or the bead is a cylindrical cotton ball arranged at a central portion and covered with an absorbent body. In such a sanitary napkin structure, the fit to the body is insufficient, and a strange feeling is easily generated to the buttocks. Furthermore, it cannot fully conform to the user's body, especially the delicate shape of the urination opening or the genitals, and is easily obstructed. Urine or blood does take over or absorb. As a result, leakage occurs and the underwear is soiled. (2) (2) 200401629 (Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) An object of the present invention is to provide a subtle shape such as a urination opening, a genital area, or the like of a user of an absorbent article that is securely attached to make it wearable. The appearance is good, and no loss of installation feeling can prevent leakage and conform to the structure of a possible structure. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a subtle shape such as a urination opening or a genital area of a user of an absorbent article that is securely attached, and is suitable for wearing. The appearance is good, and no loss of installation feeling can prevent leakage and conform to the structure of a possible structure. In the use of the beaded compliant structure, the three-dimensional shape of the body where the absorbent article abuts is not fully taken into account. Although it is desirable to reduce the gap between the bodies if there is compliance, the three-dimensional shape of the body or the seat is different. The change between postures is more than this hope. Here, in the present invention, considering a three-dimensional shape and a change thereof, by arranging a compliant structure at an appropriate place, and / or by carefully designing a structure of a structural element of the compliant structure, This problem can be solved. In other words, the absorbent article containing the absorbent body and the gasket member for packaging the absorbent body further includes a disposable absorbent article in which a compliant structure is disposed on the body side of the absorbent body, and the compliant structure is The absorbent body is composed of a flexible outer package and inter-movable particulate elements covered by the outer package, and is permeable to the absorbent body and is fixed in a narrow width. (3) (3) 200401629 More specifically, the present invention provides the following absorbent articles. (1) An absorbent article comprising: an absorbent body and at least a part of the absorbent body which is transparent to an absorbent and which is a packing member for packaging the absorbent body, wherein the absorbent article is The state of being disposed on the body side of the absorbent article includes a contact surface having a softly deformed shape that contacts the genital area of the user or the wearer and / or its vicinity and corresponds to the shape of the genital area and / or its vicinity. The compliant structure includes a flexible outer package and a granular element covered by the outer package in a state where a predetermined extra space is provided, and has a thickness that allows the absorbent to pass through. , And arranged narrowly on the body side. Here, the absorber may be at least one of a mixture capable of absorbing urine, blood, other body fluids, water, other liquid or solid substances, and a mixture composed of any combination thereof. The gasket member may include a top gasket and / or a back gasket. The top gasket may be a liquid-permeable gasket. For example, a water-based nonwoven fabric composed of synthetic fibers such as PE / PET, PE / PP, and PP / PP can be selected. The back gasket can be liquid-impermeable. Plastic film or laminated gasket can be used appropriately. For example, PP, a spunlaced nonwoven fabric composed of a composite fiber of PET, a film and a non-woven composite gasket. In addition, it is preferable to have predetermined durability, although it is not necessary, a surface having a good appearance or feel is preferable, and a color or a pattern may be more preferable. Users are generally human, including young and old men and women. The article of wear refers to a case where objects such as animals other than humans are targeted. The genitals, which generally refers to the external genitals of men and women, is the case of the above-mentioned clothing, and refers to the organ equivalent to them. Therefore, "near" refers to the externally generated (4) (4) 200401629 near the urethra, such as at the urethra, or outside of the body, which is located at the πP site, which is the part accessible to the absorbent article ( It is the equivalent part in the wear) ° The contact surface that touches the genitals and / or its vicinity includes the above-mentioned genitals and / or its surroundings, whether it is in direct or indirect contact with pressure. Body contact surface. "Direct" means that there is no intervening substance between the contact surface and the above-mentioned fe part, etc., and "indirect" means that there is an intervening substance between the contact surface and the aforementioned pussy part. The intervening substance may be a liquid or solid material, for example, as long as it includes the gasket member as described above. These intervening substances may be flexible in shape and not deform the contact surface significantly. Therefore, "the contact surface which can flexibly correspond to the deformation of the external shape of the genitals and / or its vicinity" can be deformed, for example, along the external shape of the body of the external genitalia. Here, "corresponding to softly" means that the contact surface is soft and may include not deforming the shape of the aforementioned genital area and / or its vicinity, or changing the shape of the contact surface under the influence of the shape. The compliant structure may include a contact surface that softly corresponds to the shape that touches the genitals and / or its vicinity, and contents that deform through the contact surface. Such absorbent articles are generally divided into two on the body side and the opposite body side. The body side refers to the close side that comes close to the shape that touches the body, while the anti-body side refers to the outside. Therefore, the compliant structure disposed on the body side is disposed in an outer shape that is relatively easy to contact the body. Since the absorbent article includes at least the compliant structure and the absorbent body, the compliant structure is generally disposed on the body side, and the absorbent body is disposed on the anti-body side. The gasket member is permeable to at least a part of the absorbent to be absorbed by the absorber. For example, the top gasket -8- (5) (5) 200401629 may be permeable in whole or in part. An absorbent is a substance that can be absorbed by an absorbent body, so that at least a part of the substance may be permeable when it is permeable. Although the spacer member is for packaging the absorbent body, it does not necessarily need to be in direct contact with the absorbent body, and this arrangement has a degree of freedom. For example, when at least a part of the shim member is disposed on the contact surface, the shim member can cover both the compliant structure and the absorbent body, and at least a part of the shim member is also used for the compliance. At least a part of the outer package of the structure, or it may overlap the outer package and cover the compliant structure and the absorber. In one example, the gasket member for packaging the absorbent body described above is formed by integrally covering the absorbent body and the compliant structure with the outer packaging of the compliant structure. In other words, the aforementioned gasket member is not limited to a flat gasket shape, and a composite gasket shape (including a three-dimensional shape) in which any of the gaskets can be combined. The soft outer package covers at least a part of the aforementioned contact surface of the compliant structure, and thereby conforms to the deformation of the content of the structure, the pressure caused by the contact (such as the genital area), and other factors. At least a part is soft and deformed. The aforementioned contact surface provided with at least a part of such an outer package is as described above, for example, it can directly or indirectly contact the aforementioned genital area and / or its outer shape. Here, "directly" means that the aforementioned contact surface is directly in contact with the aforementioned genital area and / or its surrounding shape. "Indirect" means that the aforementioned contact surface is in contact with the aforementioned genital area and / or its surrounding shape. There are other things. The above-mentioned "any" may include any state or form such as having a solid or a liquid, but it does not interfere with the deformation function of the aforementioned contact surface. For example, the spacer member may be interposed between -9- (6) (6) 200401629, and it may be held between the outer shape of the vagina and the like, and at least a part of the outer package disposed on the contact surface. In a state where a predetermined extra space is set in the outer packaging, 'the contents covered by the outer packaging are not merely filled with the outer packaging', but additional contents (regardless of the same kind or different species) can be further covered as needed. Although the above-mentioned predetermined extra space can be calculated from its relatively large extra space ratio, this extra space ratio can be expressed as follows. That is, such contents are fully filled (filled) into the volume A of the contents when the outer package is subtracted, and the volume B of the contents actually put in is subtracted, and the difference is divided by the above-mentioned volume A as a percentage [ ((A-BywxHJo]. For example, when a ball q with a small diameter is packed in a ball-shaped outer package P, the volume of P is 100 cm3, and the full volume when the q is filled is, for example, 50 c m3, when the full volume of q actually loaded is 30cm3, the excess space ratio is ((5〇-3 0) / 50) X 1 00 = 40%. Moreover, the volume of the actual contents can also be used B is divided by the volume of the content at the time of full filling. A The packing ratio [(B / A) X1 0 0] expressed by a percentage. This excess space ratio is preferably about 20% to 80%, and about 3 5% to 65% is better. When calculating the excess space ratio, ① the expansion and contraction of the outer package is small, or the expansion and contraction of the contents is fixed, and ② the outer package has sufficient flexibility. The premise is that the contents naturally change to the most suitable shape when they are filled. That is, the outer package is held in the air while being held by the loading inlet of the outer package. The contents and the like are fixed by the method of loading the contents. The granular elements are covered by the outer packaging. The contents can be counted under predetermined conditions. This granular element can contain itself as a split Or it can be divided, and it can be formed by combining itself with other granular -10- (7) (7) 200401629 elements to form a large granular element. This compliant structure has the aforementioned absorbent material and is permeable The thickness can be arranged on the body side in a narrow width. The narrow width refers to an elongated state that can include a poem. (2) The absorbent article according to (1) above, wherein at least the outer packaging The cross section 1 is formed in an Ω shape, and the granular elements are slightly spherical. Here, the cross section of the outer package includes a granular element with one content and the outer package having a three-dimensional shape is formed on an arbitrary plane. The shape of the cross-section seen when cutting, but the cross-sectional shape including a slightly vertical cross-section in the front-rear direction of the user etc. is better. The cross-sectional shape is Ω-shaped, which refers to the cross-section of the outer package. neck The shape is a slightly round shape. The neck is a gap (space) that includes an external space located outside the space covered by the outer packaging, and the gap can contain very thin. From this external space, content can be allowed When one granular element of the object enters and exits and conforms to the use of the structure, the external space is narrowed by any method, so that the granular element of the content cannot easily fall out or cannot be dropped. In addition, the granular element is a slightly spherical shape, which means that the granular element can be formed into a ball shape, a straw bag shape, a flat ball shape, and the like, and the various ball shapes may include a notch. For example, It also includes a hemispherical shape. Further, the granular element also includes a plurality of sets to form the same shape, and also includes a case where one granular element is decomposed or split into a plurality of pieces. (3) As described in (1) or ( 2) The absorbent article, wherein the outer package is made of a liquid-permeable gasket material. Here, the liquid-permeable gasket material may include a liquid-like or gasket-like material which can be transmitted. For example, a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as PE / PET, PE / PP, and PP / PP can be used. It can also be called the outer cover of the packing cover, and a part of it can be the same as a part of the top gasket. (4) The absorbent article according to (1) or (2) above, wherein the absorbent body includes a central absorbent body and / or a side absorbent body. Here, the central absorbent body is an absorbent body extending in a state where the width is slightly narrow toward the front-back direction of the installer of the absorbent article, and may include an absorbent body located at a slightly central position in the left-right direction. The absorbent body may include a water-absorbent and water-retaining layer or a liquid-retaining layer, and may be composed of hydrophilic fibers or synthetic fibers such as SAP, pulp, etc., which are interposed in the tissue paper, or a mixture of these. There are no restrictions. In one case, the SAP's net pay (weight per unit area) is about 310g / m2, and the pulp net pay is about 400g / m2, or about 2 to 30% of synthetic fibers marked with pulp are mixed and passed It may be heat-treated to form a gasket shape. In addition, the side absorbent body may include an absorbent body extending from the left and right sides of the central absorbent body (or the central line if there is none) to a slightly narrower direction toward the front-back direction of the installer. The absorbent body may include a water-absorbing and water-retaining layer or a liquid-retaining layer, and may be composed of hydrophilic fibers such as SAP, pulp, and the like, which are interposed between tissue papers, synthetic fibers, or a mixture of these. There are no restrictions. In one case, the SAP's net pay is about 310 g / m2, the pulp's net pay is about 400 g / m2, or about 20 to 30% of the synthetic fibers marked with mixed pulp can be heat treated to form a gasket. (5) The absorbent article according to the above (4), wherein the cross section of the absorbent article is formed as follows: The font forms at least a part of the elements of the 3-letter font. • 12- (9) (9) 200401629 is composed of the aforementioned central absorber and / or side absorber. Here, the character] is a case where the installer is standing, and the vertical bar in the middle of 3 is a cup-shaped π character which is open at the lower side. The elements constituting the π are three elements including an upper horizontal bar, a left vertical bar, and a lower horizontal bar. At least one of these elements is constituted by a cross section of a central absorbent body and / or a side absorbent body. (6) The absorbent article according to (1) or (2) above, wherein at least a part of the outer packaging of the compliant structure is disposed in addition to the contact surface (the first surface) and the absorbent body directly. In the case of a third surface other than the indirect contact surface (second surface), at least a part of the outer packaging disposed on the third surface is impermeable. Here, the "surface (second surface) in which the absorbent body directly or indirectly contacts" refers to a surface that allows an absorbent substance (absorbent material) to pass through the second surface of the absorbent body and reach the absorbent body, for example, In the directly contacting surface, if the surface passes through, the absorbent can immediately contact the absorbent body. In the surface of indirect contact, the absorbent body can contact the absorbent body through the surface and other intervening members. . Therefore, even if the absorbent passes through the third surface, in the absorbent article of the present invention, the absorbent does not reach the absorbent. Here, the outer package may be a single shim-like member or a composite member in which a plurality of shim-like members have a connection property such as partial overlap. What is necessary is just to be able to exhibit such a whole function of a composite material regarding the said permeability function. (7) A physiological article characterized by using the absorbent article (1) or (2) above. -13- (10) (10) 200401629 Here, the 'physical products' may include interlabial products such as sanitary napkins, interlabial pads, cotton balls, and the like. (8) An undergarment characterized by using the absorbent article (1) or (2) above. Here, the 'underwear' may include diapers, shorts, panties and the like. (9) A diaper, shorts, or panties characterized by using the absorbent article (1) or (2) above. [Embodiment] Next, examples of the absorbent article and the like of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In these embodiments, only one specific size, material, structure, or structure is exemplified, and the present invention is not limited to Examples of these. Fig. 1 (A) is a cross-sectional view showing a slightly central portion of the absorbent article of the first embodiment. The cross-sectional shape of the absorbent article 10 of the first embodiment is a cross-sectional shape in which a satin top hat having a low height is formed. Arranged as follows: the top gasket is equivalent to the top gasket 12 of one embodiment of the aforementioned gasket member, and is followed by a granular element packed (or contained) by an outer package (or packaging cover material) 18 (Or a packaging cover) 16 of the compliant structure 24, the first absorbent body 20 below, and the rectangular cross-section of the second absorbent body 22 with a wide width underneath. This second absorbent body is expanded to the wing portion of the satin top hat cross-sectional shape, and the overlapping assembly of the above-mentioned compliance structure 24 and the first absorbent body 20 is an outline of the second absorbent body 22 arranged in the figure. Central part. Below this second absorbent body 22, the back pad 14 is further placed on the entire second absorbent body 22. The uppermost outer packaging surface is in contact with the body through the top gasket -14 · (11) (11) 200401629. This side is the aforementioned body side. The uppermost outer packaging surface is the contact surface 19 constituting the conformable structure 24. When the absorbent article is divided into the body side and the reverse body side, it is understood that the conformable structure 24 is disposed on the body side of the absorbent article 10 as described above. Although the top gasket 12 covers the entire body from above as described above, it is easily deformed due to its softness. In particular, the portion in contact with the contact surface is deformed in accordance with the shape of the genitals of the user or the like. Therefore, the top washer 12 has a step shape in which a convex portion is provided at the center along the upper contour line of the cross-sectional shape of the satin top hat. The top gasket 12 and the back gasket 14 are joined at the joint portion 15 to prevent body fluid and the like leaking from the second absorbent body 22 from leaking out of the absorbent article 10. This joint ′ may be a thermal fusion other joint or the like. Fig. 1 (B) is a plan view showing this absorbent article 10 (however, the top gasket 12 is shown by seeing through the top gasket 12 because it covers the entire body). The compliant structure 24 covering the top gasket 12 (Figure 1 (B), because the compliant structure 24 and the like are covered, is shown by the state of transmitting the top gasket), and is located in the first figure (B). The slightly center of the absorbent article 10 is arranged narrower than the length extending in the front-back direction as viewed from the installer. A front portion 26 of the second absorbent body 22 is located in front of the compliant structure 24 (upper side in the figure), and a rear portion 27 of the second absorbent body 22 is located in the rear (lower side in the figure). A side portion (or a side gasket) 28 of the second absorber 22. This division is formed by slits or the like of the second absorbent body (not shown in Fig. 1 (A)). The top gasket 12 is made of hydrophilic fibers of PE / PET, PE / PP, and PP / PP. 15- (12) (12) 200401629-dimensional air-laid nonwoven fabric. Its net pay is 26g / m2 . The back gasket 14 is made of PE film, and its net weight is 2 2 g / m 2 ° conforming to the structure 24. It is moisture-permeable and water-repellent. The width is about 35mm, the length is about 170 mm, and the thickness is It is about 1 5 mm. Although this compliant structure 2 4 'can be placed on the entire surface of the absorbent body, it is preferably placed near the urination port' or used effectively in the part where pressure impairs the penetration of the liquid. In addition, considering the strange feeling, the width of the compliant structure 24 in the width direction of the absorbent article is preferably about 30 to about 50 mm, and the length is preferably about 100 to about 200 mm. The thickness is preferably about 5 to about 30 mm, more preferably about 10 to about 20 mm. If it is too large, it will indicate a strange feeling, and if it is too small, it will reduce the function of the compliant structure 24. Here, the function of conforming to the structure 24 is not only soft and deformed in accordance with the shape of the contact, but also includes a function of sufficiently diffusing body fluids and the like which have penetrated from the contact surface, and permeating the absorber below it. Furthermore, by this diffusion, the speed at which the absorbent body below penetrates the body fluid or the like is restricted. The method for putting the granular elements 16 of the compliant structure 24 of this embodiment into the outer package 18 will be described in detail. An air-laid nonwoven fabric of an outer package 18 of a predetermined size is prepared, and at least a part is left in a bag-like shape. A granular element is packed into this remaining part in its bag shape. This granular element is preferably, for example, PP particles or foamed beads. In this example, 3 000 g / m 2 of PP particles and 200 g / m 2 of polystyrene foamed beads were used. The average diameter of these elements is about 4 mm. Finally, a part of the closed structure is joined to complete the compliant structure 24. The shape of the outer packaging bag is the same as that of this embodiment, and it can be packed into one bag from one shim, and it is also possible to make a hemisphere and a semi-ellipsoid from two shims and add -16- ( 13) (13) 200401629 Joining and forming a plurality of gaskets such as 3 gaskets or 4 gaskets. The granular element 16 used in this embodiment is a granular material of about 5 mm before and after compression deformation, and is formed independently, and can be moved inside the outer package by pressing from the outer package 18. The type and shape of the bead to be used are preferably selected in consideration of various requirements. For example, poly (hydrophobic) or styrene-based particles, hollow beads, and foamed beads are preferred. Although it can be changed according to the specific gravity of the raw materials, it cannot be simplified. However, you can use the above-mentioned excess space ratio or packaging sleeve ratio to select a better range. The size of the bead is preferably about 1 to about 10 mm, and more preferably about 5 mm. It can be determined according to the required flexibility, compliance, or diffusivity. The size of the beads does not necessarily need to be uniform, and the density slope can be changed by changing the material. By performing beaded surface treatment, and by appropriately selecting the raw material of the bead, a deodorizing function or an antibacterial function can be added to the bead. When the absorbent article of this embodiment is installed, the granular elements constituting the compliant structure 24 are moved along the shape of the intertrochanter by the user's body pressure, etc., so the absorbent article is closely adhered to Fits to the body. If excrement occurs, it first diffuses through the top gasket 12 to the gap between the granular elements 16 in the compliant structure 24, and passes through the boundary interface between the compliant structure 24 and the first absorber 20 (equivalent to the first One example of the two sides) reaches the absorber 20. For example, the compliant structure 24 maintains a fixed volume even when there is a body pressure of a seat or the like, and since there is almost no change in density, the permeation and diffusion of the liquid is not hindered. Further, since the pressure applied to the absorbent body can be dispersed, there is an advantage that the absorbent capacity of the absorbent bodies 20 and 22 is not easily affected by the pressure due to the pressure. Because of the above structure, if the absorbent article of this embodiment is installed, it can be adhered to the body along the shape of the strands. In addition, in the case where pressure is generated from various directions', the conformable structure 24 maintains a fixed volume, and therefore has the advantage of excellent instantaneous absorption. Furthermore, since there is almost no change in density, there is an advantage that absorption performance is not easily affected by posture. Here, specific dimensions and the like of the compliant structure 24 will be described with reference to the physical characteristics of the female user. The compliant structure 24 extends from the vicinity of the onset of the pussy to the vicinity of the anus when the user wears it. It conforms to (or conforms to) the fine unevenness of the interfemoral part of a woman and buryes the gap. They are kept in close contact so that fluids such as body fluids can pass through and be guided to the central absorber. In order to achieve this function, the compliant structure 24 of the present embodiment may have the above-mentioned dimensions and may have the following dimensions. That is, the length is about 170 mm, the width is about 40 mm, and the thickness is about 15 mm. This is because the average physical characteristics of women are about 100 to 140 mm from the front labia to the anus, about 50 mm from the urethral opening to the posterior labia, and about 250 mm from the front labia to the coccyx. Here, although the length of the compliant structure 24 is set to about 170 mm, for example, if it is set to be shorter than about 50 mm, the length to fully bury the gap is insufficient. On the contrary, if it is set to be longer than about 250 mm, the user will Feeling strange. The average femoral interval is about 30mm in the shortest part and about 90mm in the largest part. Therefore, setting the width of the compliant structure 24 to about 40 mm, if it is set shorter than about 10 mm, it is not enough to fully bury the gap, and if it is set longer than 100 mm, a strange feeling will be produced -18- (15) (15 ) 200401629. In addition, the average female genital depth is about 5 to 20 mm. The thickness of the compliant structure 24 is set to about 15 mm. If it is thinner than about 5 mm, it is not enough to fully bury the gap. Here, a case in which a compliant structure 24 having a width of about 50 mm and a length of about 1 70 mm, and a bead with a diameter of 6 mm or 3 mm, for example, will be described as the content. Table 丨 below shows the results obtained by sorting the charge capacity of the beads or the excess space ratio obtained from the results.

例如,從 PE/PP、PE/PET、PE/PET等的合成纖 構成的親水性非織布。 In Table 1, the quality of the excess space ratio is evaluated by 0, triangle, 乂, and the like. Although this evaluation can be regarded as an absolute scale in the range of the present embodiment, absolute evaluation may not always be consistent when evaluated under various conditions. Therefore, the "upper limit" and "lower limit" in the table are approximate targets. Conversely, -20- (17) (17) 200401629, as follows, you can pay attention to the relative relationship. Example c is better than example c because it has a relatively small excess space ratio (a relatively large packing rate). Moreover, Example d is better than Example d because it has a relatively large excess space ratio (a relatively small packing ratio). Similarly, example h is because it has a small excess space ratio (larger packing rate), and example g is better than example h. Moreover, 'c' is better than example c because it has a small excess space ratio (larger packing rate). Such an approximate target, even if the diameter of the bead is different, can compare the quality of the excess space. Figure 2 shows the shape of the femoral intertrochanter. It is bent toward the body side (upper side in the figure) in the palatal region of the part B, and the lateral pressure is the greatest. Therefore, in this part, the compliant structure 24 can be brought into contact with the mouth when the central portion is convex upward. The part C is the part of the buttocks, and there is less pressure from the lateral direction, and the point of splitting of the buttocks starts. Figure 2 (B) is a bottom view showing the view from the lower thigh. The above-mentioned parts A, B, and C are juxtaposed in the order of the center. The ovals on both sides are 2 1 0 on both legs. Fig. 3 shows an example in which the granular elements 16 of the conformable structure 24 are packed in variously shaped outer packages 18. For example, as long as the outer package 18 has liquid permeability on the upper and lower surfaces of the compliant structure 24, as shown in FIG. 3 (A), by making the side surface 1 8 b liquid-impermeable, the flow of the liquid can be controlled to be vertical. direction. This side surface 18b is an example corresponding to the third surface described above. Here, a combination of -21-(18) (18) 200401629 may be used as the combination of the film openings 1 8 a and the non-openings 1 8 b. In addition, FIG. 3 (B) is a first outer package 18 with a slightly wider satin top hat cross-sectional shape at the top of the head, and a portion corresponding to its wing in parallel so that the opening portion closing the outer package 1 is closedly covered. The second outer package 18 covers the granular elements 16. A drainage pad 17 (corresponding to the third outer package) is arranged on the side of these main parts. These gaskets 18, 18, and 17 can be combined to form an outer package. The drainage gasket 17 is impermeable to the side of the outer package (equivalent to an example of the third surface). Features. The cross-sectional shape of the first outer package 18 becomes narrower as it goes downward, so that it can be formed into a broad Ω shape. Fig. 3 (C) shows that the bottom edge can be limited by forming a fourth outer package 18 in the shape of an alpine at the center in the width direction and a fifth outer package 18 extending flatly at the bottom edge. Triangular shaped space facing down. The granular elements 16 are enclosed in this space, and a drainage pad 17 (corresponding to the sixth outer package) is arranged on the outside of the fourth outer package that forms a bevel on both sides of the mountain. These 4th, 5th, and 6th outer packages can be combined as outer packages. With the aforementioned water-repellent gasket 17 (corresponding to the sixth outer packaging), the outer packaging of this embodiment has an impervious function on the side surface (corresponding to the third embodiment). Not only the cross-sectional shape of these embodiments, but also the cross-section of the structural body 24 may be elliptical, mesa-shaped, or triangular. In FIG. 3 (D), the gasket member for packaging the absorbent body is an example of an outer package that also serves as a compliant structure. The compliant structure 24 on the top packaging surface of the top gasket 12 is composed of a part (top of the head) corresponding to the top gasket 12 of the seventh outer packaging, and a cup-shaped outer packaging (corresponding to the first 8 an example of the outer packaging), and a drainage pad located on the side of the outer packaging • 22- (19) (19) 200401629 pieces of 13 (equivalent to the 9th outer packaging), and arranged on the outer parts of the 7th and 8th aforementioned The space surrounded by the package is composed of granular elements 16 as contents. Here, the drainage gasket 13 is extended to the side surface of the absorbent body 20, and the leakage of liquid from the side surface can be prevented more effectively. In this way, the top gasket 12 can also be used for at least a part of the outer packaging. Incidentally, the surface corresponding to the aforementioned second surface, as shown in FIG. 3 (E), is a typical conformable structure containing an outer shape of the outer package 18 formed into an omega shape and incorporating granular elements 16 (from the outer package 1 8 And granular elements 16) an example of an absorbent article. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the package 18 is formed in a narrow Ω shape. In this absorbent article, the upper portion of the outer package 18 conforming to the structure is a contact surface, and the contact surface contact portion of the top gasket 12 is in contact with the user's vagina or the like. At this time, the body fluid and other liquids of the user reach the contact surface through such a contact portion, and contact the granular element 16 as the content of the compliant structure through the contact surface. Fig. 4 shows the absorbent article of the first embodiment integrated with a covering material that surrounds the entire circumference of the waist, and is applied to a panty-type diaper 30. The compliant structure 38 is in close contact with the genital area 36 of the user. Fig. 5 is a view in which the diaper 32 of Fig. 4 is developed. The absorbent article is affixed to a pad 34 constituting the shape of an underpants. Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view cut from a substantially central portion of the compliant structure 40 of the interlabial pad of the second embodiment. Here, the interlabial pad is not in an expanded state, but shows a state of being twisted or bent, and at the time of installation or when it is about to be installed. The interlabial pad (corresponding to an embodiment of an absorbent article) is formed in a U-shaped (or υ-shaped) shape with a cross section opening to the left, and the right side is the body side. A compliant structure 24 composed of a -23- (20) (20) 200401629 top gasket 12 and a granular element 16 covered with an outer package 18 is fixed to the side closest to the body. Therefore, the top gasket 12 is a part of the outer package 18 which also uses the aforementioned compliant structure 2 4. At this time, the outer side which is protruding and curved toward the right side is equivalent to the contact surface 19. In this embodiment, the outer package 18 is arranged on the contact surface 19 and directly contacts the genitals and the like. The contact surface of the compliant structure 24 is deformed by the contact according to the shape of the genitals and the like. This absorbent body 22 is held by the top gasket 12 and the back gasket 14. The top gasket 12 and the back gasket 14 are connected to the joint portion 15. The materials and characteristics of these components are the same as those of the first embodiment. Fig. 7 is a plan view showing the interlabial pad folded in half from the center line. The boundary line 42 between the conformable structure 24 and the surrounding top washer 12 is shown in an oval shape. Figures 8 and 9 show a pant-type diaper according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a substantially central portion of the pant-type diaper 50 (X-X 'cross-section of Fig. 9). The top gasket 12 covers the entire upper surface, FIG. 9, and the granular element 16 is packaged by an outer package 18 at a slightly center position in the left-right direction. The compliant structure 24 directly below the top gasket 12 is shown in a section. The rectangular shape forms a central convex portion in the shape of a commendation table having a convex portion in the center. The absorbers 23, which are formed of three slightly rectangular cross-sections, are arranged side by side at positions of approximately the same height to form a base portion in the shape of the aforementioned medal. These absorbent bodies 23 are divided into a central central absorbent body and side absorbent bodies on both sides thereof. A back gasket is arranged on the lower side of these absorbers 2 3! 4, elastic bodies 5 6 are respectively arranged on the lower sides of the joint portions 5 2 (joining the top gasket 12 and the back gasket 1 4) on both sides. A gasket 54 is arranged below these elastic bodies 56. Figure 9 is a picture of the panty diaper 50 developed. Figure 24-24 (21) (21) 200401629. In the figure, on both sides of the front gasket 66 on the upper side of the absorbent article (the main part in FIG. 8), there are arranged vertical joints 58 extending vertically in the figure, and a rear gasket on the lower side of the absorbent article. The rain side portion of 68 is provided with a joint portion 60 extending upward and downward. These joining portions 5 8 and 60 constitute a pair of joining portions by the right side portion or the left side portion, and can be joined by a known technique such as thermal fusion from the unfolded state shown in FIG. 9 to the three-dimensional shape of the underwear. . At the slightly central portion of the diaper, the compliant structure 24 is arranged on the lower side of the top pad 12 in a narrow width. On the lower side, a water-absorbent layer composed of three absorbers 23 is arranged. On the lower side of the joint portion 52 in the figure, the elastic body 56 is held by the back pad 14 and the outer packing pad 54 and is easily brought into close contact with the user's legs. The leakage is reduced and the structure is a better structure. In addition, in the rear cymbal 68 », in addition to the substantially central portion in the left-right direction in the figure, there are elastic portions in which the elastic bodies 62 are evenly distributed on both sides, and elastic portions 64 are also provided for fixing the waist. Figures 10 and 11 show a precursor 70 of a pant-type diaper according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The former body is integrated with the front and rear body pads (outer pads), and is assembled to form a panty type with a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. Disposable diapers after use. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view (X-X 'cross-section) of a diaper in which an absorbent article (the main portion shown in the cross-section of Fig. 10) is arranged at a slightly central portion. As in FIG. 8, the cross-sectional shape is the shape of a commendation table that is convex in the center. The top gasket 12 covers the entire upper surface of the absorbent article from above. The conformable structure 24 formed in 18 is provided with a slit 2 1 below the absorbent structure 22, but an absorber 22 is not completely separated. Below the -25- (22) (22) 200401629 of the absorbent body 22, elastic bodies 71 are disposed on the sides below the side pads 73 extending to both sides, respectively, and the elastic pads 71 are disposed. Below it ', an outer packing spacer 54 is arranged. Fig. 11 is a plan view of the underpants-type diaper precursor 70 as seen from above when it is opened. At the slightly central portion of the absorbent article, the compliant structure 24 is arranged in a narrow width in the front-rear direction. In the figure, the absorbent article has a front absorber disposed on the lower side, and in the figure, an upper absorbent body 27 (the first absorber) (Absorptive portion), and side absorbers 28 (second absorbent portions) are arranged on both sides. Below the bent portions of the two side portions, there are provided lower leg thigh pleats 72, and an elastic body 71 is arranged there. A leg side surface portion 74 is disposed above the bent portion on both side portions. In the figure, a rear gasket 68 is provided on the upper side of the rear absorbent body 27, and on both sides of the central portion (non-elastic body), elasticity is provided with elastic bodies 62 extending to the ends of the both sides slightly horizontal in the figure. unit. At the upper end of the rear gasket 68, there is provided an elastic portion in which an elastic body 64 which is slightly horizontal in the figure is disposed. The first absorption portion may be composed of at least one layer or more, and the compliant structure 24 in the central part of the thigh has a thickness of about 10 mm or more. Therefore, a constant thickness can be maintained under pressure. In addition, the width of the compliant structure 24 in the lower part of the thigh is about 50 mm or less, and it is preferable to form a sand clock type (or sub-bell type) as a whole. The second absorption portion 'is formed as a pair on both sides of the compliant structure 24. The second absorbing portion 'may be formed integrally with the first absorbing portion, or may be formed separately and separately. When the precursor body 70 is assembled to form a diaper, and the diaper is worn, most of these absorbers have a bottom shape. The leg femoral folds 72 are located on the front side of the side absorbent body 28 and have curved ends. Here, after the elastic body 1 1 or more is attached in a stretched state, Relieve this pull -26- (23) (23) 200401629 stretched to form wrinkles. The leg lateral portion 74 is continuously arranged around the thigh circumference from the lower thigh fold portion 72. The leg side surface portion 74 'can be formed on a stretchable (or stretchable) gasket by attaching a stretchable elastic member in a non-stretched state. Figures 12 and 13 show another panty-type diaper 80 according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. This diaper is a joint of both sides of the both sides of the front gasket 66 on the lower side in the expanded view of FIG. 13 and the both sides of the rear gasket 68 on the upper side. The portion 60 is joined by a known method such as thermal fusion to form a panty-type disposable diaper 80 having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view (X-X 'cross-section) of a diaper in which an absorbent article (the main portion shown in the cross-section in Fig. 12) is arranged at a substantially center thereof. In this figure, the top gasket 12 covers the entire upper surface of the absorbent article from above, and a compliant structure 24 formed by covering the granular elements 16 with an outer package 18 is arranged below the top gasket 12 and divided below it. Three absorbers 23 are arranged in the horizontal direction in a state where the central absorber 23 is arranged just below the compliant structure 24. A back gasket 14 is arranged below the absorbent body 2 3, and a lower elastic body 82 of the side gasket 8 3 extending to both sides is arranged on both sides. Below it, other elastic bodies 81 are arranged on both sides. Fig. 13 is a plan view of the underwear body of the underpants-type diaper 80 as seen from above. In the central portion, the compliant structure 24 is arranged in a narrow width in the front-rear direction, and a front absorbent body 26 (first absorbent portion) is arranged below the figure, and a rear absorbent body 27 (first absorbent portion) is arranged above it. ), And side absorbers 2 8 (second absorbers) are arranged on both sides. Sub-femoral folds 8 7 are provided at the bent portions on both sides, and an elastic body -27- (24) 200401629 is arranged here. In addition, leg side surfaces 74 are arranged above the bent portions on both sides. Here, the pant-type diaper 80 and the absorbent gathers 85 are arranged along both sides of the absorbent article, and formed into a shape as described below. A rear gasket 6 8 is provided on the upper side of the rear absorber 27, and the elastic portion in which the extensible body 62 is arranged toward both side portions thereof has both side surfaces. On the upper end of the rear gasket 68, there is an elastic portion in which an elastic body 64 is arranged. A front gasket 66 is provided under the front absorbent body 26, and the elastic portions on which the elastic bodies extending toward both side portions are arranged are located on both side surfaces. When the joining portions 5 8 and 60 shown in FIG. 13 are joined, and the assembly of the diaper-type pants is started, the 2 absorbent portions 28 will stand up by being pulled as the absorbent body folds 8 5 shrink. This is the same operation as the inferior crotch portion 72 of the fourth embodiment. However, in the direction in which the elastic body is arranged (elongated), for example, the subfemoral folds 72 are not located on the same line as the circumference of the thigh. Therefore, since the two tensile forces act separately, the absorbent body crease 8 5 can reduce the strength of the part that should act on the force of the lower leg fold compared to the lower leg fold portion 72. Therefore, the elastic body 8 2 constituting the absorbent body wrinkles can reduce the destruction of the elastomer function due to use and the like, and can reduce the contact with the skin wrinkles. In this embodiment, the panty type disposable diaper is used as an example, but it may be an open type step, or it may be applied as a leg pad which is not integrated with the outer garment (front and back body pads). In addition, at least a part of the first absorbent portion may be used as a separate sheet, or a panty-type diaper and a pad may be combined. Furthermore, 'weave shorts and pads can be combined. 14 to 16 show a sixth embodiment of the present invention. This is an object with an unbounded portion of the large side suction of the inner pleated leg crease 85 on the side 62-28- (25) (25) 200401629 (the main part shown in the cross-section of Fig. 14) Shorts type diapers 90. Fig. 14 is a cross-section (only the central part) showing a slightly central part based on the user. It can be seen from the figure that the upper part is the top gasket 12 covering the upper surface of the absorbent article, the lower part is a compliant structure 24 covering the granular elements by the outer package 18, the lower part is the absorber 22, and the lower part is disposed with Back gasket 1 4. The pad 92 on which the absorbent article is placed extends from the side to the thigh circumference. An elastic body 94 is arranged on the lower side of this side portion, which can improve the adhesion to the legs and prevent leakage. Further below, a front and rear body gasket 96 is arranged as the outermost package. Fig. 15 is a plan view of a pant-type diaper 90 without the locking portion being opened (however, the top gasket 12 'covers the entire body, so the top gasket 12 is shown in a transparent state). In the front and rear body pads, the elastic bodies 62 and 64 are arranged along the periphery. Since these elastic bodies 62 and 64 are attached to the front and rear body pads in a stretched state, they will become panties when they are relaxed. This state is shown in Figure 16. With the elastic bodies 64 and 62, the waist of the panties is formed. Wrinkles formed by the elastic body 94 are formed around the thigh circumference, and it can be seen that the body 25 absorbed by the compliant structure 24 viewed from the thigh circumference is laminated. Figures 17 to 19 show a seventh embodiment of the present invention. This is showing another panty-type diaper 100. This diaper is made by thermally fusing the joint portions 58 of both sides of the front gasket 66 and the joint portions 60 of both sides of the rear gasket 68 in the lower side of the figure. A known method is used to form a panty type disposable diaper 100 having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. Table 17 is a cross-section (χ-χ, cross-section) of a diaper showing an absorbent article (the main portion shown in the cross-section in FIG. 17) at a slightly central portion. -29- (26) (26) 200401629 In this figure, from the top, the top gasket 12 covers the entire upper surface of the absorbent article, and is formed by covering the granular element 16 with an outer package 18 The compliant structure 24 has a structure in which the divided absorbers 20 are arranged to have a substantially same width. Below, the integrated absorbent body 22, which is divided by the slit 21, is arranged to extend laterally. Below this absorbent body 22, a back pad 14 is arranged, and below a side pad (or a side pad under the leg folds) 1 04 extending toward both sides, an elastic body 8 2 is Configured on both sides. Next, the other elastic body 81 is sewn into the outermost gasket 102 and is arranged on both sides. Here, Fig. 19 shows the panty diaper 100 developed from the plan view seen from above. When this plan view is viewed in plan, it is located at a portion including the central compliant structure 24 and the absorbers 20 and 22. A part including the absorbent body 22 cut by slits on both sides is called a second absorbent part, and a part including other absorbent bodies is called a first absorbent part. In the central portion, the compliant structure 24 is arranged in a narrow width in the front-rear direction. In the figure, a front absorber 26 (first absorber) is disposed on the lower side, and a rear absorber 27 (first absorber) is disposed on the upper side. Part), and the side absorbent body 2 8 (second absorbent part) is arranged in a state separated by slits on both side surfaces. In the bent portion on both sides, there are legs inferior wrinkle portions 87, and an elastic body 81 is disposed there. A leg side surface portion 74 is disposed above the bent portion on both side portions. On the upper side of the rear absorbent body 27, there are rear pads 68. The elastic portions on which the elastic bodies 62 extending toward both side portions are arranged are both side surfaces of the central portion (formed by an elastic body) of the rear pad 68. The upper end of the rear gasket 68 is provided with an elastic portion in which an elastic body 64 is arranged. A front gasket 66 is provided on the lower side of the front absorbent body 26, and the elastic portions of the elastic body 62 arranged to extend to both side portions thereof are located on both side surfaces. -30- (27) 200401629 Here, the above-mentioned top gasket 12 is preferably a gasket having liquid permeability. For example, a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as PE / PP, PE / PET, and PE / PET. Back pads 1 and 4 are liquid-permeable plastic films or laminated pads. The outermost gasket 1 0 2 can be used as a drainage gasket. For example, a spunbond nonwoven fabric made of PP spunbond or fused nonwoven fabric, PP, PET composite fibers, and a non-woven composite gasket can be used. It has a predetermined durability ', if it is good in appearance or skin touch, it can be colored or patterned. As the gasket 104, a drainable gasket polyolefin spunbond / S MS cloth can be used. The absorbent bodies 20, 22, and the absorbent core may be composed of a hydrophilic fiber or a composite pad. The elastic body 8 1, 82 'can be made of rubber, synthetic rubber, or thermoplastic synthetic resin. The elastic thread is a gasket. The granular elements 16 ' of the compliant structure 24 have a structure in which a plurality of beads made of polyphosphine foamed urethane are assembled. Beads have an average diameter of about 1 to about 10 mm. If the size of this bead is large, the permeability of the liquid is poor, and if it is too large, it will have a rough feeling, and the whole will have a stiff feeling. Beads are formed by being placed in a bag-shaped non-woven fabric or a permeator. For the compliant structure 24, the net pay is about 100 500 g / m2, and the thickness is about 10 to about 20 mm, and it is preferable to maintain a body pressure of about 7 mm or more. The width is about 30 to 50 mm 'and the length is 180 mm. Fig. 18 is a cross-section (X_X, equivalent portion) showing a state in which the underwear of this embodiment is worn. The first absorbing part in the figure is from the top. The PL · constituted by the gasket 12 and the outer package 18 and the granular elements 16 of the content thereof are not to be taken into the cloth so that the cloth can be blown into the side. Non-woven SAP natural or hydrocarbon or too small size will have ~ ~ can also be about the surface view: the top -31-(28) (28) 200401629 compliant structure 2 4, the first absorber 2 0, the second The absorber 2 3, the back pad 14, and the outermost pad 102 are formed. The absorbent body may be composed of one or more layers. The second absorbent portion is also composed of the top pad 12, the second absorber 23, the back pad 14, and the outermost pad 102 from the top. Each of the structural elements of the first absorbing part and each of the structural elements of the second absorbing part may be composed of exactly the same material structure, or made of completely different materials, or in the middle. Compared with the second absorbing portion in which the compliant structure 24 is not provided, the first absorbing portion ′ in which the compliant structure 24 is disposed is thicker and has higher rigidity. The inferior leg folds 104 are formed by attaching the elastic body 82 in a stretched state between the outermost pad 102 and the inferior leg folds 104, and the wrinkles are relaxed after the underwear assembly process. It is formed in a stretched state. When the elastic body 82 is stretched, it is better to extend it by about 1.5 to 3 times compared to the free state. When it is less than about 1.5 times, the erection of the second absorption part is sufficient, and when it exceeds about 3 times, the skin contact becomes worse. The side gasket 10 04 may cover the elastic body 8 2 with a joint at the side end (a portion where the side gasket 104 and the outermost gasket 102 are joined by a method such as thermal fusion). Moreover, the elastic body 8 2 may be positioned slightly inside. Due to the poor rigidity of the inferior leg folds 104 and the first and second absorbent portions, the second absorbent portion is raised on both sides of the first absorbent portion to form a cross-sectional cup shape (or). (Figure 18). In addition, since the first absorbing portion is maintained at a fixed thickness and its height at the time of a load, the erection of the second absorbing portion is maintained. The operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 to 21. When assembling the underpants of this embodiment, the wrinkle portion 1 0 of the leg thigh is contracted to move the tensile force by -32- (29) (29) 200401629, and the second absorption having a lower flexural rigidity than the first absorption portion The portions 28 are raised on both sides of the first absorbing portion. In Figure 19, the first absorber in the center is at a predetermined distance from the left and right, and an elastic body in a slightly vertically stretched state is arranged in the figure. When this stretched state is relaxed, the length is slightly longer in the center. Although the first absorbing portion maintains its shape, the portion where the elastic body is disposed shrinks. Therefore, the first absorbing portion is relatively long, and is formed in the shape of the bottom of the ship in order to eliminate excess length. That is, in the shape of the bottom of the ship, the standing sides are arranged on both sides of the bottom of the ship. At this time, it is preferable that the absorbing body of the second absorbing portion 28 standing up is shortened or bent in accordance with the shortened portion. In order to promote the rise of the second absorption portion 28, it is preferable to have a difference in rigidity between the first absorption portion and the second absorption portion 28. For example, the thickness difference can be made larger, placed in a slit, or cut off. Thereby, a U-shaped absorption part is formed in the lower part of the thigh. In order to eliminate the strange feeling during installation, the width of the central part of the lower part of the first absorbing part is preferably about 50 mm or less. In addition, in order to prevent the second absorbing part 28 from being crushed by body pressure or the like, a high pressure rigidity layer may be disposed at the central part of the lower thigh of the first absorbing part. The second absorbing portion 28 can be effectively used even if a thickness of about 10 mm or more is left under body pressure. Further, if the height (width) of the second absorbing portion 28 is the same, the second absorbing portion is the same. 28 will not be crushed. In addition, since the tensile strength of the leg side surface portion 74 is discontinuously higher than that of the lower thigh fold portion 104, the second absorption portion 28 standing up by the lower thigh fold portion i 04 is pulled up at any time (or Lifting) (refer to Figure 20). By these, the U shape is maintained. Figure 21 shows the wearing state of this underwear. Fig. 21 (A) shows the normal standing posture of the underpants of this embodiment. The first absorption portion 38 is closely adhered to the genital area 36. Figure 21 (B) -33- (30) 200401629 is expanded]. The side portion 108 in the figure shows the outside of the second suction. Figure 21 (C) shows the state of the leg when it is moving, and the state of the foot here. As can be seen from this figure, the side portion 108 in the figure is wide-opened, the first absorption portion is closely attached to the thigh, and the absorption surface is a urine port at any time. In this way, because the width is changed by actions such as opening a foot or raising one leg, the leg folds 104 or the leg lateral portions 74 are also around the thigh circumference, and the standing of the second absorption portion 28 is changed according to the movement. Therefore, a fixed absorption volume is guaranteed at any time under the thigh, and there is no gap (brother 2 1 picture). Because of the chasing structure, the side of the femur can not be absorbed at the same time, and it can prevent leakage from the lower part of the femur. The movement or posture of the leg can also maintain the shape of any absorption site, and maintain a fixed absorption volume. Further, the absorption side is to cover the stocks at any time to closely adhere to the stocks. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the absorbent article of the present invention, in order to abut and effectively absorb body fluids and the like, the absorbent article containing the absorbent body and the cushion member is further provided with a compliant structure in the foregoing. Since it is sucked on the body side, it is not easily generated between the body and the absorbent article, and can be effectively absorbed. In addition, since the compliant structure is loosely packed into a soft outer package, it can cope with subtle uneven deformation. Furthermore, when this absorbent article is applied to underwear, it is possible to provide a diaper which has almost no leakage. This kind of urine is adjusted by the elasticity of the wrinkles of the lower thigh and the elasticity of the side of the leg. The gap between the body and the body, the body-type diaper of the shape element, by -34- (31) (31) 200401629, the central part of the The rigidity of the absorbent body is set to be higher than the rigidity of the absorbent body on the side thereof, so that the shape of the cross section (or cup) that becomes the bottom of the boat when wearing a diaper can be formed. Therefore, in accordance with the sitting posture including the user, it can be tightly fitted to the central urination opening of the absorbent article. In particular, in the case of a seat, the granular elements that do not crush the absorbent article due to body pressure are filled into the above-mentioned compliant structure, and the character (or cup) shape of this cross section can be effectively volatilized.
