Abstract

A lens with multi-curvature and a LED package having the same is provided. The lens comprises a plurality of lens portion with different curvature respectively. The LED package comprises a chip, a carrier and the lens mentioned above is also provided. The chip is disposed on the carrier so that the lens with multi-curvature can encapsulate the chip and a portion of the carrier. The lens with multi-curvature of the LED package will guide the light emitted from the chip to the side of the lens so that the LED package can be applied to the application of illumination or the indicating light module.
