Abstract

More than two separated heat reservoirs are provided at an upper part of a combustion chamber of a closed-bottom radiant tube, and a fuel and air for combustion heated by one heat reservoir are ejected to burn in the combustion chamber, while combustion exhaust gas is discharged through another heat reservoir by operating a switching value. Thereby the facility is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the operation becomes much easier. A combustion chamber (11) is formed in a radiant tube (10) having a closed bottom, and more than two separated heat reservoir (13a, 13b) are disposed at an upper part of the combustion chamber. Fuel is passed through a fuel pipe and ejected into the combustion to bum with combustion air which is ejected through one heat reservoir. A switching device is provided for switching the introduction of air through one heat reservoir and discharging of combustion exhaust through another heat reservoir.
