Abstract

Disclosed is a pneumatic micro fluid driving apparatus, for driving flow of a micro fluid in a micro channel, including: a force-attracting unit and a force-repelling unit integrated to an end of the micro-channel. When air is supplied to the force-attracting unit, a sucking force is transmitted to the micro-channel for driving the micro fluid to flow towards the pneumatic micro fluid driving apparatus. When air is supplied o the force repelling unit, a repelling force is transmitted to the micro-channel for driving the micro fluid away from the pneumatic micro fluid driving apparatus. Alternatively, two force repelling units may be connected to opposite ends of the micro-channel. When air is supplied to one of the force-repelling units, a repelling force may be supplied to micro-channel for driving the micro fluid to flow towards another force-repelling unit, thereby achieving the effect for driving the micro fluid forwards, backwards or standing.
