Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a product removal device for an automatic vending machine that sells paper packaging, canned, bottled, or bottled goods. [Prior art] According to the prior art, this type of product carrying device includes a plurality of product storage units that store products in an up-down direction, and a vertically long hollow shape that opens each product storage unit in the width direction. The partition member and a carry-out unit mounted on the lower end side of the partition member are known (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-233866). The carrying-out device is composed of a freely rotating opening and closing plate that opens and closes the lower part of the product storage section, a substantially semicircular rotation restricting plate that restricts the rotation to the lower part of the opening and closing plate to a substantially horizontal position, and is provided in the product storage section so that The commodity holding plate that is seen in the width direction is formed by a cam-shaped abutment member that abuts on a predetermined portion of the commodity holding plate, and causes the commodity holding plate to protrude into the commodity storage portion. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned carrying-out unit, when an arbitrary product is selected, the product βι holding plate protrudes toward the product storage section, and is locked on the second product from below the product storage section, and from the first one below. The two products are held in the product storage section by the product holding plate. In this state, when the rotation restriction plate releases the rotation restriction of the switch plate, the opening and closing plate can be rotated downward to open the lower surface of the product storage section, and Remove the lowest item from the product-containing tribe. However, in the above-mentioned product carrying-out device, when the product holding plate is rotated downwards 200529105 β, it is accommodated in the carrying-out device. Therefore, the product holding plate is formed smaller in the depth direction of the product containing t than the carrying-out unit. Therefore, for example, in order to correspond to a long product such as a PET bottle in the width direction of the product holding plate, the size of the product storage section in the depth direction is made larger than the carrying-out unit, and in the depth direction of the product storage section. When accommodating a long product longer than the product holding plate, the product held by the product holding plate becomes unstable, for example, the product is oblique and the product is blocked, or the product falls off the product holding plate, so that multiple products are carried out, etc., easily. An unfavorable situation in which the goods are carried out occurs in the depth direction of the goods containing section. _ [Summary of the Invention] The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a product removal device that can always be carried out well even when there are long products in the depth direction of the product storage section. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object of the present invention, the product carrying-out device of the present invention is directed to a product storage unit including: a product storage unit that stacks products in a vertical direction; an opening and closing member that opens and closes the lower surface of the product storage unit; When the product holding member is rotatably installed on the inner surface facing up and down, and when the product holding member is rotated to protrude in the product storage section in the width direction, the second product can be held by the product from below the product storage section. The component is held in the product storage unit, and when the lower surface of the product storage unit is opened in this state, the product moving device that can lower the lowest product from the product storage tribe is provided with: The components protrude together into the product storage section, and the auxiliary component of the second product locked from below is formed in the depth direction of the product storage section to be longer than the product holding structure-6-200529105. Therefore, since the auxiliary member of the second product locked from below the product storage section is formed longer than the product holding member in the depth direction of the product storage section, the second component can be formed from below the product storage section. Each product is held horizontally and stably in the depth direction of the product storage section. Therefore, even when the product is elongated in the depth direction of the product accommodating section, such as a bottle, it can always be carried out well. [Embodiment] The product carrying-out device of this embodiment is composed of a product storage unit 10 for accommodating product A by pushing it up and down in a row, and one by one of the products A in each product storage unit 10 from below. The unloading unit 20 is an automatic vending machine used for selling canned, bottled, paper-packed, or bottled goods. Each product storage section 10 is spaced from each other in the width direction, and is separated in the width direction by a plurality of first and second partition members 1 1 and 12 that are alternately arranged one by one, and stores the products at both ends in the width direction. The sides of the section 10 are covered by the side plates 13 respectively. The first and second partition members 1 1 and 12 are formed in a hollow shape. On the lower end side of the first partition member 1 1, an opening portion 1 1 a that exposes a part of the carrying unit 20 is provided. 1 1 b. Each side plate 13 is formed to be shorter in size than the front-rear direction of the product storage portion 10, and the front end side is arranged further rearward than the front end surface of the product-receiving portion 10. Further, on the lower end side of each of the side plates 13, an extension portion 13 a inclined toward the front and extending downward is provided, and the front end of the extension portion 13 a extends to the front end position of the product storage portion 10. . A top plate -7-200529105 I4 is mounted on each of the partition members 11 and 12 and each of the side plates 13. The front end lower portion and the back surface are connected by a plurality of connection plates 15 extending in the width direction. At this time, the connection plates 15 on the back side are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction and are mounted at a plurality of positions. The support shaft extending in the downward direction is 19 a. That is, the fall prevention plate 19 is used to cover one end side in the width direction of the front face opening portion of the commodity storage portion 10, and when the fall prevention plate 19 is rotated backward, the front face opening portion of the commodity storage portion 10 can be covered. Be open. The unloading unit 20 is composed of: a unit body 200529105 2 inserted into the first partition member 11; a pair of opening and closing plates 22 for opening and closing the lower part of each of the commodity storage sections 10; The product holding plate 23, a pair of slides 24 supporting the product holding plate 23 in a vertical direction and freely supporting it, the auxiliary plate 25 mounted on the product holding plate 23, and the downward rotation of the opening and closing plate 22 are restricted to a substantially horizontal position The rotation restricting plate 26, a motor 27 for driving each of the opening and closing plates 22 and each of the commodity holding plates 23, and a cam member 28 that projects each of the commodity holding plates 23 into each of the commodity storage portions 10 are configured. The unit main body 21 is formed by frame-shaped members covering the front, upper, and back surfaces of the carry-out unit 20, and the width-side both side surfaces are opened. Further, reinforcement members 21a, 21b connecting the front end side and the rear end side of the unit main body 21 are mounted at approximately the center and the lower end side of the unit main body 21 in the up-down direction, respectively. Each of the opening and closing plates 22 is arranged at the lower end of each of the product accommodating portions 10, and one end side of each of the opening and closing plates 22 is rotatably supported on the unit body 21 via a support shaft 22a. The opening-and-closing plate 22 is formed to extend laterally to the side of the unit main body 21 so as to extend in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10, and a reinforcing rib 22b is formed on the lower side thereof. At this time, a plurality of recessed portions 22c having a regular hexagonal shape in a honeycomb shape are provided below the opening and closing plate 22, and each reinforcing rib 22b is formed between each recessed portion 22c. A spring 22d is attached to the support shaft 22a of the opening and closing plate 22. One end of the spring 22d is locked on the upper side of the opening and closing plate 22, and the other end is fixed to the unit body 21 side. That is, the opening-and-closing plate 22 is biased downward by the spring 22d. Each product holding plate 23 is disposed above the opening and closing plate 22, and each upper end is rotatably mounted on the lower end side of the slide plate 24 via a support shaft 23a. On the upper end side of the product holding plate 23, a pair of bearing portions 23b inserted through the support shaft 2a are provided, and the bearing portions 23b are spaced apart from each other in the width direction. A contact portion 23c abutting the cam member 28 is provided between each bearing 200529105 portion 23b, and the contact portion 23c is formed to be inclined rearward. Furthermore, the product holding plate 23 is provided with a pair of elongated holes 2 3 d for mounting the auxiliary plate 25 in a narrow shape and spaced apart from each other in the width direction. The slide plate 24 is provided on the unit body 21 in a freely upward and downward direction, and an operation pin 24a for moving the slide plate 24 in the vertical direction is mounted on the upper end side thereof. One end of the operation pin 24a is inserted into the long hole 24c of the operation plate 24b provided on the front face of the unit body 21 so as to move freely in the up-and-down direction. The long hole 24c is provided with the operation pins 24a to engage and face each other A plurality of grooves 24d are arranged at intervals in the direction. That is, when the operation pin 24a is engaged in the arbitrary groove 24d, the position of the product holding plate 23 in the vertical direction can be changed. The auxiliary plate 25 is formed by a flat plate-shaped member, and is formed in a horizontally elongated shape on the side surface of the unit body 21 in such a manner as to extend in the depth direction of the product storage portion 10. At this time, the auxiliary plate 25 is formed in an elongated shape longer than the product holding plate 23 in the depth direction of the product storage portion 10. The auxiliary plate 25 is provided with a pair of mounting pieces 2 5 a that are engaged with the long holes 2 3 d of the product holding plate 2 3 and are spaced in the width direction. As shown in FIG. The piece 2 5 a is bent along the inside of the auxiliary plate 25 to form a substantially L shape. That is, each mounting piece 25a is inserted into each of the long holes 23d of the commodity holding plate 23, and when the front end side of the commodity holding plate 23 is moved, each of the mounting pieces 25a is engaged with each of the long holes 23d. As shown in FIG. 7, the auxiliary plate 25 can be fixed to the product holding plate 2 3. The rotation restricting plate 26 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape, and can rotate the lower side of each of the opening and closing plates 2 2 200529105 in a horizontal direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, when the rotation restricting plate 26 is positioned on both sides of each of the opening and closing plates 22, each of the opening and closing plates 22 restricts downward rotation through any one of the rotation restricting plates 26, and thus maintains the locked state and rotates. When the restriction plate 26 is rotated on either side of the opening-closing plate 22, the other opening-closing plate 22 releases the above-mentioned rotation restriction and rotates downward, so that the lower surface of the product storage portion 10 is opened. The motor 27 is disposed above the unit body 21 and is configured to be able to rotate forward and backward. The drive shaft 2 7 a extending to the lower end of the unit body 21 is connected to the motor 2 7 through the gear unit 2 7 b. The drive shaft 2 7 a is rotatably supported by each reinforcement of the unit body 21 The members 21a, 21b are provided with a rotation restricting plate 26 at the lower end. That is, the motor 27 is connected to a control unit (not shown) of the vending machine, and the rotation operation is controlled by the control unit. The cam member 28 is formed by an elongated member having an oblong cross section, and is mounted on the drive shaft 27a so as to rotate integrally. At this time, the cam member 28 is formed so that the drive shaft 27a is deviated toward one end side in the longitudinal direction of the cross section, and a part of the circumferential direction (the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the cross section) is abutted on The first contact portion 2 8 a on the contact portion 23 c of the product holding plate 23. The second abutment portion 28b that can abut on the lower end side (front end side) of the product holding plate 23 is projected on the lower end side of the cam member 28 in a radial direction, and the second abutment portion 28b is connected to the first The 1 contact portion 28a projects in the same direction. The carrying-out unit 20 configured as described above is provided with a partition 2 1 c on the back side of the unit body 21, and is inserted into the first partition member 11 from below, and is fixed to the first partition member by screws or the like. 1 1 on. At this time, both side surfaces of the unit body 21 in the width direction are covered by the side surfaces of the first partition member 11 and each opening-closing plate 2 2 and each commodity holding plate 2 3 of the unit-11- 200529105 2 〇 are carried out, starting from the first The opening 1 1 a of the partition member ii is exposed to the outside. Next, when the above-mentioned product unloading device unloads the product A from the product storage unit 10, as shown in FIG. 14, the motor 27 of the unloading unit 20 is rotated to rotate the rotation restricting plate 26. At this time, the cam member 28 rotates together with the rotation restricting plate 26, and the first abutment portion 28a of the cam member 28 abuts on the contact portion 23c of the product holding plate 23, so that the product holding plate 23 is in the product storage portion 10. It rotates on the side, and the 2nd contact part 28b of the cam member 28 moves below the lower end side of the commodity holding plate 23. Therefore, the product holding plate 23 and the auxiliary plate 25 φ protrude into the product accommodating section 10, and the auxiliary plate 25 is locked on the second product A from below, so that the product A is held in the product accommodating section 10. At this time, the product A held by the product holding plate 23 includes not only the first contact portion 28 a of the cam member 28 abutting on the upper end side of the product holding plate 23 but also the second contact portion 28 b of the cam member 28. Supported. Thereafter, when the rotation of the rotation restriction plate 26 is continued, the rotation restriction plate 26 is released from the rotation restriction of the opening and closing plate 22. As shown in FIG. 15, the opening and closing plate 22 is rotated downward by the spring 22d to store the product. The lower part of the section 10 is opened, so that the lowest-order product A of β is dropped and carried out. When the above-mentioned product carrying-out device changes the product '10 stored in the product storage section 10 to another type of product having a different outer diameter, etc., and when the protruding position of the product holding plate 23 is to be adjusted, the operating pin 24a of the slide plate 24 is used. , Just move the product holding plate 2 3 up and down any position. In addition, when "the product stored in the product storage section 10" is changed to another type of product with a different length and size, and the depth of the product storage section 10 is to be adjusted "-12- 200529105 As shown in Figure 11 Just move the product partition 16 to any position in the front-back direction. The product carrying-out device according to this embodiment is provided with a product holding plate 23 that protrudes from the product storage portion 10 and is locked to the second 'subsidiary plate 2 of commodity A' from the bottom, and the auxiliary plate 2 5 is formed in the coating direction of the product storage section 10 and is longer than the product holding plate 23, so that the product A can be stably held across the depth direction of the product storage section 10, for example, even if the bottle is When the product storage section has an elongated product in the depth direction, it can always be carried out well. Further, since the auxiliary plate 25 is formed into a flat plate shape, the auxiliary plate 25 does not become large in the thickness direction. Therefore, there is an advantage that the auxiliary plate 25 is used without hindering the downward movement of the goods in the product accommodating portion 10. In addition, since the auxiliary plate 25 is detachably mounted on the product holding plate 23, the auxiliary plate 25 can be provided as needed, thereby improving the versatility. Figures 16 to 19 are diagrams showing another embodiment of the auxiliary board. Figure 16 is a perspective view of the auxiliary board. Figure 17 is a perspective view of the main part of the unit unit after the auxiliary board is installed. Figures 8 and 19 are side views of the commodity holding plate and the auxiliary plate. The auxiliary plate 30 shown in the figure is formed by a flat plate-shaped member, which extends in the depth direction of the product storage section 10, and forms a horizontally long shape on the side of the unit body 21. At this time, as in the above embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is formed in an elongated shape longer than the product holding plate 23 in the depth direction of the product storage portion 10. At both ends of the auxiliary plate 30 in the width direction (the depth direction of the commodity storage section 10- 13-200529105), mounting pieces 30a extending to the front and back sides of the unit body 21 are provided, respectively. The mounting piece 30 a is rotatably supported on a support shaft 31 protruding from the front surface and the back surface of the unit body 21. That is, the front end of each mounting piece 30a is provided with an engaging portion 30b rotatably engaged with the support shaft 31, and the engaging portion 30b is detachably formed on the support shaft 31 in a substantially U shape. shape. The support shaft 31 is provided at a plurality of positions which are different from the unit body 21 in the vertical direction, and the auxiliary plate 30 is mounted on an arbitrary support shaft 31. In the present embodiment, when the product holding plate 23 protrudes inside the product accommodating portion 10, the product holding plate 23 abuts below the auxiliary plate 30, and the auxiliary plate 30 rotates around the support shaft 31 and holds the product The plate 23 rises and protrudes inside the commodity storage section 10. Therefore, as in the above embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is locked to the second product A from below, so that the product A is held in the product storage unit 10. When the product holding plate 23 is moved up and down, as shown in FIG. 18, the auxiliary plate 30 attached to the lower support shaft 31 is removed from the support shaft 31, as shown in FIG. 19 As shown in the figure, when mounted on the upper support shaft 31, the auxiliary plate 30 and the product holding plate 23 can be moved upward and downward together. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is mounted on the support shaft 31 provided on the unit body 21, and the abutment of the product holding plate 23 is used to rotate around the support shaft 31. Therefore, it is not necessary Since the new structure of the installation support plate 30 is provided on the product holding plate 23, the structure of the product holding plate 23 can be simplified. -14- 200529105 In addition, since the support shaft 31 is provided at a plurality of positions which are different from each other in the vertical direction, and the auxiliary plate 30 is installed to be able to be mounted on any of the support shafts 31, the auxiliary plate 30 can be made. Moving with the commodity holding plate 23 in the up-down direction can correspond to the outer diameter dimension of the product, and can definitely correspond to the case where the protruding position of the commodity holding plate 23 is adjusted in the up-down direction. 20 to 23 are provided with restricting members that restrict the attachment and detachment of the auxiliary plate 30. Figs. 20 and 21 are perspective views of the auxiliary plate and the restricting member, and Figs. 22 and 23 are side sections thereof. The restriction members 32 shown in the figure are respectively provided on the front and rear ends of the unit body 21, and are formed by bending plate-like members so as to cover the support shafts 31. On the front side and the back side of the restricting member 32, locking pieces 32a extending in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 31 are respectively provided. Each locking piece 32a corresponds to the supporting shaft 3 1 above and the supporting shaft 3 below. One way, and each is set in two positions. That is, each locking piece 32a is individually arranged above the support shaft 31, and there is a predetermined distance D between the support shaft 31 and the support shaft 31 in the up-down direction. When the auxiliary plate 30 is removed from the support shaft 31 in the above configuration, As shown in FIG. 22, the auxiliary plate 30 is rotated around the supporting shaft 31 to a predetermined rotation position (the auxiliary plate 30 is substantially horizontal), and in this state, the auxiliary plate 30 is moved along the restricting member. When the locking piece 3 2 a of 3 2 is moved in the radial direction of the supporting shaft 31, the supporting shaft 31 is separated from the U-shaped opening portion of the engaging portion 30 b to release the engagement with the supporting shaft 31. Then, the auxiliary plate 30 is removed from the support shaft 31. In addition, during the normal unloading operation, the auxiliary plate 30 has not been rotated to the above-mentioned turning position at the time of removal (the auxiliary plate 30 is approximately horizontal position). Therefore, -15-200529105 At other times, as shown in FIG. 23, even when the auxiliary plate 30 is moved obliquely upward, the engaging portion 30b is locked on the locking piece 3 2a of the restricting member 32, and the direction is restricted from being released from the engagement. Because of the movement, the engaging portion 30b does not leave the support shaft 31, so that the accidental fall of the auxiliary plate 30 can be reliably prevented. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment shown. For example, a product carrying device provided on a screw post may also be applied to a person having a lock handle as a switch member and a lock handle as a product holding member.
