Abstract

This invention relates to a production method for thick liquid of high solid-content micro-powder, which is particularly meant to the production method in which the thick liquid obtained by the first centrifugal process is putted in a mixing and vibrating environment. The mixing and vibrating actions are used to break the inter-particle cross-linking. Then, the liquid is passed through a second centrifugal process for solid-liquid separation. This method can greatly increase the efficiency of the centrifugal process, such that even higher solid content of thick liquid can be obtained. Moreover, the mixing and vibrating actions will make the powder more homogeneous so that the defects in post production process can be reduced. It has advantages of high speed, simplicity and high value-addition.
