The light-mixing element has at least one light-mixing cavity, and one side of the light-mixing cavity is a light-emitting surface. These illuminating elements and the photo detectors are disposed inside the light-mixing cavity. The diffuser can be disposed inside the light-mixing cavity, and located between the illuminating elements and the light-emitting surface. The diffuser also could be disposed on the light-emitting surface.
