Abstract
A manufacturing method of stuffed food conveys flat flour dough (added baking powder) toward stuff forming device via conveyer, while stuffed flour dough falls right above the edge of conveying flat flour dough from the bottom of stuff forming dispenser outside in perpendicular direction. The two flour dough are rolled into cylinder shape with flat flour dough covering stuffed flour dough with roll collar device on one side near the end of the conveyer. The cylinder shaped dough is then conveyed to guide pulley set on the other side of the conveyer to be sliced into required stuffed food. After heating the stuffed food, flour dough with baking powder on the outer layer would puff up, while inner layer without baking powder would remain the same, locking broth and stuffing inside without flowing outward.
