Abstract

A humidifier (1) has a heat generation body (31), a temperature control layer (32) for covering the surface of the humidifier (31), and a first surface sheet (4) covering the surface of the temperature control layer (32) and to be in contact with skin. The temperature control layer (32) is formed from a foamed resin sheet in which a large number of through holes (34) permeable to oxygen and steam are formed.
