Abstract

A capacitor structure including a first electrode set and a second electrode set is provided. The second coupling circuit connects parts of striped electrodes, wherein the coupled second striped electrodes and the uncoupled second striped electrodes are arranged alternately. Furthermore, the coupled first striped electrodes are connected to the coupled second striped electrodes, and the uncoupled first striped electrodes are connected to the uncoupled second striped electrodes.
