Abstract

This invention relates to a forming machine for making heat-insulated roof tiles with glazed colors, including: a roller device; a forming device; a PU foaming material spraying device, a trimming device and a base plate transporting device. The roller device is provided with a rangefinder connected to a computer system. The forming device includes a machine bed. The machine bed is provided thereon with a press die controlled by a transmission assembly, servomotor and computer system to reciprocally move forwards and backwards. As such, at the time of forming the roof tiles with glazed colors, the press die is able to reciprocally move forwards and backwards during the process of pressing sheet materials, and to control the moving speed of the press die to be synchronous with the speed of transporting the sheet materials, whereby the sheet materials are able to move forwards under a steady speed, thereby constructing a fully automatic, integrated operation along with the PU foaming material spraying device, and eliminating uneven curing of the PU foaming material at the time of spraying, and achieving the object of automatically forming PU heat-insulated roof tiles with glazed colors.
