Abstract

An automatic label-conveying device includes as a storing device, a label-sucking device, a coiling device, a correcting device, and a label-moving device. The label storing device has a label groove for storing a large number of labels therein, and a push board attached with the label groove and fixed with one end of a power spring for gradually moving the push board forward. The label-sucking device is positioned in front of the label-storing device, having a stationary rail, a moving member on the rail, and a sucking member fixed on the moving member for sucking a label from the label-storing device to carry it to the coiling device. The coiling device has plural winding shafts, and a C-shaped round cylinder surrounding each winding shaft, each winding shaft having a wind sucking function for sucking a label and then coiling the label by the round cylinder into a coil-shaped label. The correcting device is positioned at the side of the coiling device, for controlling the rotating curvature and the distance of each winding shaft, having a power source for driving a rotary shaft provided with two sensors positioned at different levels in order to produce correcting effect for ensuring smoothly sucking process for a label on the rotating shaft. The label moving device has a lateral arm and a moving member fixed on the lateral arm for self moving, and a clamp under the moving member for clamping a coiled label from the coiling device, and then carries it to a mold and places accurately the coiled label into the mold for sticking on a product integrally.
