To provide a battery layout structure of an electrically-driven vehicle capable of radiating the heat emitted by a battery efficiently to outside and suppressing the size of the body front part likely to become large. The battery layout structure of the electrically-driven vehicle is equipped with a down tube 4 extending from a head pipe 3 down backward in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body and is configured so that the battery 74 as power source to feed current to a motor is supported by a battery holder 90 installed on the down tube 4. The battery holder 90 is made of the same material as the down tube 4, formed in a single piece with the down tube 4, and has an extension part 91 extending in the vehicle width direction.
