Abstract
The present invention provides a film foaming method of producing an inorganic protective film on the metal surface which includes five procedures: cleaning, micro-etching, stabilization, surface coating and post-processing. The nano metal oxides form the protective film on the surface of the processed objects which can be iron, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel …etc. metals or alloys derived from such metals and alloy compound. The procedures include evenly coating the nano power gel of metal oxide on the surface of the processed object by the specified machining process, preset baking, and then forming a dense thin-film which is excellently absorbed to the surface of the processed object. The effects of surface gloss, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, finger-print-proof can be greatly improved.
