Abstract

A hinge mechanism is used to pivotally connect a main body and a cover of an electrical such as a mobile phone. The hinge mechanism includes a fix member, a shaft and a rotate member. The fix member is columned with a housing therein. A first hollow is defined in the fix member at the bottom. The rotate member is columned with a second hollow on one end surface. The two hollows are stagger. The shaft, contained in the housing of the fix member, is elastic. Two ends of the shaft respectively stand against the two hollows. The rotate member is rotatable relative to the fix member. The present invention also disclosed a electrical device including the hinge mechanism.
