Abstract
An ionic material used in an electrolyte for display elements, the electrolyte for display elements comprising an ionic substance having an anion reporesented by the following formula (1): In the formula, X representing at least one element selected from the group consisting of B, C, O, Al, Si, P, S, As, and Se; A and B being the same or different and each representing an organic linking group; Q representing an organic group; a being an integer of 1 or more; and b, c, d, and e each independently being an integer of 0 or more.
