Abstract
To provide an organic silane-based compound suitable for being used as a blue luminescent material. The silane-based compound has a structure represented by chemical formula (1) (wherein n is an integer of 1-4; R3 and R4 are each selected from hydrogen, methyl, phenyl and a cyanide group and Ar is selected from a group consisting of phenyl, biphenyl, naphthyl, quinoline, carbazole, fluorene, diphenylbiphenyl, julolidine, anthracene, spirol and derivatives thereof).
