Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of low temperature preservation of aquatic animal cells, which provides cells intended to be preserved under low temperature. The method of the present invention comprises treating the aquatic animal cells with anti-freezer and diluent for 1 to 40 minutes, and forming droplets of the treated cells with anti-freezer and diluent in the PE dish, finally adding liquid nitrogen into PE dish to contact the treated cell droplets.
