This apparatus comprises a first molding core, a second molding core which is arranged along with an axis line and is coordinate to the first mold, an outer sleeve which is set at the outer part of the first and the second molding core, and a inner sleeve which is set between the outer sleeve and the second molding core. The inner sleeve is positioned on the first supporting face of outer sleeve by using a ring shoulder part. Thereby, the purpose of non-coreing and precisely positioning the core is obtained by using the installation of the inner sleeve. By using a ring shoulder part to rely on the first supporting face, the inner sleeve can achieve the purpose of positioning the axis direction.
