Abstract
This invention provides one kind of manufacturing method of cloth or cloth products. There is proposed a technique that fixing a decorative cloth consisting of another type of cloth on cloth, thereafter conducting cutting of the decorative cloth into decorative cloth pieces of given pattern, not only reduces working labor and time, but also realize beautifully cutting into the decorative cloth pieces. There are carried out the steps of joining by adhesive or sewing decorative cloth larger than decorative cloth pieces to cloth or cloth product constituting decoration object cloth at parts of the decoration object cloth for fixing of the decorative cloth pieces so that their texture directions are approximately orthogonal to each other; applying etchant capable of etching the decorative cloth to the decorative cloth along the peripheral configuration of the decorative cloth pieces outside the same; and removing parts of decorative cloth pieces having the etchant applied thereto.
