Abstract
Disclosed are an electro-acoustic transducer and a manufacturing method thereof, which are applicable to an audio amplifier. The electro-acoustic transducer includes at least a vibrating film member, two conductive back plates respectively disposed on two opposite sidess of the vibrating film member and having a plurality of apertures, and two insulators respectively disposed between the vibrating film member and the two conductive back plates. The present invention features that the vibrating film member, which has opposite sides forming a plurality of nano-meso micro-pores and containing an electret material, once being charged is capable to keep higher positive or negative bias or the same positive or the same negative bias for a long time. After the two conductive back plates receive two in-phase or two out-of-phase alternating voltages outputted by the audio amplifier respectively, according to Coulomb's Law, the vibrating film member generates push-pull effect due to the electrostatic force, so that the vibrating film member vibrates and drives air to produce sound through the apertures of the conductive back plates. Since the vibrating film member can keep higher positive or negative bias or the same positive or the same negative bias for a long time after the vibrating film member is charged, the two in-phase or anti-phase alternating voltages outputted by the audio amplifier can be smaller. Relatively, the audio amplifier with small volume and low unit price can be utilized. Therefore, the present invention does not only satisfy the demands of future market and high tone quality, but also has advantages of power and cost saving.
