Abstract

The present grained tone artificial leather sheet consists of a fibric substrate layer, an adhesive layer formed on the suface and a coating layer formed on the adhesive layer. The fibric substrate layer consists of a nonwoven fabric of an ultrafine fiber having a single fiber fineness of 0.1 dtex or less. The adhesive layer mainly consists of polyurethane/styrenic thermoplastic elastical copolymer, and the coating layer mainly consists of a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer. The above grained tone artificial leather sheet has excellent adhesive strength and peeling strength between the coating layer and the fibric substrate, hence it neither hardly happens problem such as peering in using it, nor it may not appears cheap grained tone on the a coating layer surface when it is pulled.
