Abstract

A liquid dispensing system includes a base frame, a stage carried on the base frame, a head supporter provided at the base frame so as to span across the stage and to be linearly reciprocated, a head supporter driving unit for reciprocating the head supporter, a head unit movably mounted at the head supporter, a head driving unit for driving the head unit, a manufacturing line conveyor arranged adjacent the base frame for transferring substrates therealong, and a loading/unloading unit for loading a substrate transferred to the manufacturing line conveyor onto the stage or transferring the substrate onto themanufacturing line conveyor. Even if a substrate has an increased size, the substrate can be stably transferred. Also, even if the stage has an increased size as the substrate has an increased size, a liquid dispensing process can be stably performed.
