An over current protection compensation circuit is disclosed, including an adjustable compensation signal unit for generating a slope compensation signal with adjustable slope, a first comparing calculation unit for comparing a reference signal and the slope compensation signal to output a compensation control signal, a second comparing calculation unit for comparing the slope compensation signal and a multi-slope signal to output a first protection signal, a third comparing calculation unit for comparing the reference signal and the multi-slope signal to output a second protection signal, and a logic switch unit for selectively outputting the first protection signal or the second protection signal according to the compensation control signal.
