A micro-injection forming technology serves for forming high precision and high wear-tolerant parts by plastic materials instead of conventional metal materials. The part may be a roller guide, a joint and a linear track. The error of the precision is smaller than 0.02mm. The plastic material used is acetal or nylon which has superior wear-tolerant over than S316. The method of the present invention control the error within 0.02mm with a lower cost.
