Abstract
The present invention is related to a thermal interface material. The thermal interface material includes a matrix material and a plurality of carbon nanotubes embedded in the matrix material. An average length of the carbon nanotubes is in the range from about 600 nm to about 2000 nm. Each of the carbon nanotubes has at least one open tip.
