Abstract

A substrate positioning mechanism is installed in the main body of a substrate process equipment to align a display substrate with a correct position on the substrate process equipment, in which the substrate comprises a first side and a second side opposite to each other and the substrate positioning mechanism comprises a first positioning arm and a second positioning arm. The first positioning arm having a first pressing part on one end is installed on a side of the and can move the first pressing part to a base line position when the display substrate is delivered into the substrate process equipment. The second positioning arm is installed opposite to the first positioning arm and has an elastic element and a second pressing part on one end, where the second pressing part is installed on the second positioning arm by means of the elastic element. By moving the second pressing part to push the second side of the display substrate, the first side of the display substrate can press tightly against the first pressing part and align with the base line position. Also, the relative distance between the second pressing part and the second positioning arm can be adjusted by means of the elasticity of the elastic element.
