Abstract

A battery exchange/recharge apparatus with renewable energy and wireless communication abilities and the management system thereof are disclosed, the apparatus comprising: a renewable energy device; a power storage device; a power supply device; and a battery exchange device; wherein, a power management module is enable to detect statuses of the power supply device and the power storage device while transmitting the detected data to a wireless transmitting/receiving module arranged in the power supply device; and further a battery management module is enabled to detect statuses of the battery exchange device while transmitting the detected data to a wireless transmitting/receiving module arranged in the battery exchange module. In a preferred aspect, as the wireless transmitting/receiving modules of both the power supply device and the battery exchange module are enabled to communicate with a wireless communication system, a control center can monitor the status of the power supply device and the battery exchange module such that an operation center can manage the battery exchange/recharge apparatus dynamically and in real time while keeping the same in an optimal condition.
