Abstract

The present invention provides a flyer filament winding machine, which includes: a chuck 12 for maintaining an iron core 20; a flyer 23 including a nozzle 34 for delivering a filament material 35; and a welding head 60 for welding the filament material 35 into terminals 20C, 20D formed on the sides of iron core 20. The chuck 12 and the flyer 23 are installed on one side of the iron core 20, and the welding head 60 is installed on the other side corresponding to the chuck 12 and the flyer 23. Thus, the flyer 23 and the welding head 60 are prevented from interfering each other during the winding and welding operations.
