As shown in Fig. 3, the storage space of the storage box 706a is divided into two parts, front and rear, by a partition wall 79 standing in the depth (height) direction, in other words, the one connected to the outer side of the storage box 76a. The first storage space 77a on the side (the side of the garnish 80) and the second storage space 77b on the side close to the end wall 82a are formed. The first storage space 77a is smaller than the second storage space 77b, that is, the partition wall 79 is disposed at a position slightly shifted toward the rear side (the side of the garnish 80) from the center portion in the rear direction before the storage box 76a. The upper opening side of the first storage space 76b is covered by a movable protection member 83 that is assembled on the upper surface of the partition wall 79. In other words, the protective member 83 is rotated upward by the side of the partition wall 79 as a fulcrum by the hinges 87 and 87 (refer to FIG. 5), and the hinges 87 and 87 are fixed to the partition wall 79 by a pair. Coil springs (elastic members) 85, 85 on both sides. Further, the engaging pin 83a is protruded from the lower surface of the front end portion of the front end portion of the protective member 832, and the inner side surface of the side wall constituting the outer side of the box body 78•13-200816092 joined to the garnish 80 is provided with a snap fit. The recessed portion 8 3 b is engaged with the engaging pin 83a in a state where the protective member 83 is closed. The engagement pin 83a and the engagement recess 83b can fix the protection member 83 in a closed state in the engaged state, and can be configured to be released when the protection member 83 is slightly pushed downward in the fixed state. In the above-described engagement state, the protective member 83 is opened to function as a so-called latch mechanism (holding mechanism). A pair of recessed portions 8 1 and 8 1 are formed at a lower portion of both sides of the case body 78. The pair of recessed portions 8 1 and 8 1 are formed to have a rectangular shape extending in a front-rear direction (refer to the section). 5)) A pair of left and right movable rails 84, 84 extending forward and backward are fixed to the recessed portion 81. In addition, fixed rails 86, 86 are fixed on the inner side surfaces of the collecting wall 82. The fixing rails 86, 86 are respectively extended to the front and rear corresponding to the movable rails 84, respectively, on the fixed rails 86, respectively. The rollers 88, 88 carrying the movable rail 84 are supported. Further, in the front portion of the movable rail 84 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, a slider which is slidably attached to the upper bottom surface of the two fixed rails 86 and which is not shown in the drawing is fixed. In this way, the storage box 76a can be slid in a fully closed position that is stored in the storage wall 82; and can slide between most of the fully open positions in the collection wall 82, and the fascia 80 of the storage box 76a is The inner cover 36 surfaces are joined to form substantially the same surface. In other words, the storage box 76a can be inserted into the opening (concave portion) of the inner box cover 36 constituting the accommodating portion 74, and the entire portion constituting the entire portion can be pulled out from the inner box cover 36. Further, the protective member 83 can be formed into the following two methods of use by providing the above-described latch mechanism. In the first method of use, for example, the engagement pin 14-200816092 83a is continuously engaged with the engagement recess 83b to fix the protection member 83. In this case, it is irrelevant to the opening and closing of the storage box 76a, and can be based on the rider's It is intended to open and close the protective member 8 3 . In the above-described case, when the latch mechanism is released in a state in which the storage box 76a is pulled out, the spring force of the coil spring 85 is turned upward (refer to Fig. 5). Further, when the storage box 76a is closed, it is slidably closed on the upper wall surface of the storage wall 82, and the engagement pin 83a of the latch mechanism is engaged with the engagement recess 83b and fixed (refer to FIG. 4). Figure). At this time, of course, the storage box 76a can be closed in a state where the protective member 83 is closed by the above-described latch mechanism. The second method of use, for example, the engaging pin 8 3 a and the engaging recess 8 3 b are generally in a non-engaged state, and when the storage box 7 6 a is opened, the protective member 83 is formed by the coil spring 85 The elastic force is automatically opened by the elastic force, and when the storage box 76a is closed, the protective member 83 is closed by the upper wall portion of the storage wall 82. In the above case, when the protective member 83 forms an interference, for example, when the article enters the second storage space 77b, the protective member 83 may be held in a closed state by operating the above-described latch mechanism. As shown in Fig. 2, a portion of the inner box cover 36 that is close to the storage box 76a is provided, and a box lock mechanism 90 that locks the storage box 76a at a completely closed position is provided. The box lock mechanism 90 can be locked by engaging an unillustrated engagement member provided on the vehicle body side with a stopper (not shown) formed in the storage box 76a. Controlled by an electric actuator not shown in the face. Next, in the Scooter type locomotive 1 1 , the smart -15-200816092 key entry knob that is disposed between the left front accommodating portion 70 and the right front accommodating portion 72 that constitutes the accommodating portion 74 is urged. The state of action of 92 is the first lock below the smart key knob 92, and the lock of the box lock mechanism 90 can be released. The change key is operated to a predetermined position by the knob 92, and the operation button 93 is released to promote the locked state of the electric actuator fixing mechanism 90, and the storage box 76a can be provided with a coil spring (not shown) provided by the 90 The position of the elastic force is slightly pressed toward the open side. The aforementioned wisdom: in the state in which the rider holds the keyless type (smart key), it can be assembled in the unillustrated communication key part of the vehicle body by approaching the speed range. The comparison is performed, so that the key is inserted into the vehicle body, and only the system of various operations such as the start of the smart key engine is operated. A box holding mechanism not shown in the storage box 76a near the inner box cover 36, when the box holding mechanism 76a is opened from the fully closed position, the intermediate position between the temporary position and the fully open position is maintained completely The position where the closed position and the fully open position are temporarily kept semi-faint by the box holding mechanism is set to be: a person who covers 90% of the Japanese population, and in the state of riding on the front seat 20a, the box 76a (please Refer to the dotted line in Figure 1). Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the front right front and the lower side are operated by the operation release button 9 3, which means that the wisdom f can be released by pressing the first lock, and the lock can be unlocked by the aforementioned box. The mechanism forms a receiving portion or the like that is predicted from the fully-closed key knob 92 as the communication key of the Keda-type locomotive 1 1 , and the rider can perform the position without the key knob 92. The drawing surface can be kept completely closed when the storage box is operated, for example, a slight central portion between temporary positions, and the storage box 76a of the 0 state is lower than the height of 175 cm, and the knee does not interfere with the receiving side. The portion 72 is configured to: -16- 200816092 The housing recess 94 formed in the inner box cover 36 is closably covered by a cover 98 having a hinge 96 rotatably coupled to the inner box cover 36. The grip portion 98a. The storage recessed portion 94 (the right front storage portion 72) is slightly smaller than the storage box 76a of the left front storage portion 70, and the width is slightly narrower as it is formed toward the front (the FR direction in the drawing). The cover body 9 8 is connected to the lower end side with a hinge 96, and is rotated downward to open the housing recess 94. At the fully closed position, a latch mechanism (not shown) formed on the upper end side thereof is used. It is fixed to substantially the same surface as the inner box cover 36. Further, a first lock release operation button 93 and a second lock release operation button 99 are provided below the smart key knob 92, and the first lock release operation button 93 is for the left front storage unit 70, and The lock release operation button 99 is for unlocking the storage box formed below the seat 20. Basically, the mounting structure 1 〇a of the vehicle communication device of the first sinus type constituting the above-described scooter type locomotive 11 is incorporated, and the storage box 76a and the ETC vehicle-mounted device (vehicle communication device) 100 are provided. In other words, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the storage box 76a of the left front housing portion 70, for example, a card reader portion 10a is mounted as a vehicle communication device, and the card reader portion is configured. 〇a is an ETC vehicle-mounted device that corresponds to an ETC system for the purpose of automatically collecting tolls such as toll roads. Therefore, the mounting structure 10a of the vehicle communication device according to the first embodiment will be mainly described with reference to Figs. 5 and 6 . Fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view showing a state in which the storage box 760a of the left front housing portion 7 is pulled out from the vehicle body, and since it is a schematic view, the inner box cover 36 and -17- are omitted. 200816092 Collection wall 8 2 and so on. The 6th plan is a schematic cross-sectional view of the VI-VI line in Figure 5. The ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is electrically connected to the following members by a communication line not shown in the drawing: a card reader portion (a body portion μ 〇〇a, the card reader portion (body portion) l〇〇a 1C card (ETC card) that is not displayed in the drawing and records various information; and antenna i00b, which is used to perform communication with a road surface antenna such as a toll road; Part (display unit) 100c, the indicator unit (display unit) 100 (the state of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is displayed by the lighting of the lamp. The card reader unit 100a is connected to the display unit 100a. One end of the power cord and the other end are connected to a battery not shown in the plane of the Scooter type locomotive 11. The antenna 1 〇〇b, for example, is fixed on the top of the tachometer mask 64a, and is pointed as a communication. The direction of the road antenna of the object (for example, the direction of tilting toward the front) (refer to Fig. 1). In order to ensure the visibility of the driver, the indicator portion 100c is fixed to the base portion of the grip 18. Above the speed surface plate 64 (please refer to Figure 2). As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the card reader unit 100a is formed in a rectangular box shape, and has one side surface: an insertion port 102 for inserting and removing the 1C card; and The lid body 104 is formed by an openable/closed single-sided hinge structure and covers the insertion opening 102, and the card reader portion 100a is disposed in the first storage space 77a of the storage compartment 76a. The insertion port 102 is directed upward. In the first housing space 77a, the card reader portion 100a is fixed to the side wall side of the outer surface of the case body 78 that is joined to the garnish 80 by, for example, the rubber band 106. When the above-described ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is used, the driver first sets the smart key knob 92 to a predetermined position while riding the front seat 20a, and presses the first lock release operation. When the storage box 76a protrudes from the design surface side of the vehicle body, the button 93 is pulled out to a predetermined position, for example, the first storage space 77a is pulled out to a position exposed to the outside. When the aforementioned latch mechanism of the protective member 8 3 is The elastic force of the coil spring 85 is released, and the protective member 83 is automatically opened upward toward a predetermined angle (refer to FIGS. 5 and 6). Thus, the card reader portion 100a constituting the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 will be formed. The upper surface, that is, the surface on which the lid 104 covering the insertion opening 102 is disposed is exposed. In this case, since the storage box 76a is pulled from the inner box cover 36 provided between the front cover 32 and the seat 20a. Since the first storage space 77a in which the card reader unit 100a is housed is opened upward (opened), the driver can visually view the insertion port of the card reader unit 10a while riding in the front seat 20a. 1 02, for example, it is possible to easily perform the insertion and removal of the 1C card or to perform an operation on an operation unit (not shown) provided in the card reader unit 1a, and it is also possible to perform the operation in a stable posture. As described above, according to the mounting structure 1 of the first embodiment, the card reader unit 10a of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 1 that is a vehicle communication device is housed in the storage box 76a. In this way, the driver can easily perform the operation of inserting and removing the 1C card while sitting in the front seat 20a, and the operability of the ETC vehicle-mounted device can be greatly improved. In this case, the protective member 83 is provided in the storage box 76a, and the protective member 83 is configured to be opened to rotate upward by a predetermined angle. Therefore, the 'protective member 83 can function as a protective device for protecting the exposed surface of the card reader portion 100a of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 from the wind and rain attack of 200816092, and can protect the insertion port 102 when the ETC vehicle-mounted device is operated. To avoid the entry of rain or dust. Further, when the storage box 76a is pulled out, when the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is not operated, the protective member 83 can be kept closed by the latch mechanism, and the concealing effect can be obtained, and the wind and rain can be isolated. The item protects the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100. Moreover, when the storage box 76a is completely closed, the accommodating box 76a is completely housed inside the vehicle body, that is, in the storage wall 82 of the inner box cover 36, and the garnish 80 is formed therein. The cover body 36 constitutes a substantially identical surface of the vehicle body. Therefore, when the ETC vehicle-mounted device is not operated, once the storage box 76a is completely closed, the wind and rain cannot be directly blown into the storage box 76a (the storage box 76a is provided in the inner box provided behind the cover 32 before the front surface of the vehicle body is covered) The card reader unit 100a of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 in the cover 36) can further improve waterproofness and dustproofness, and can also be expected to be burglar-proof when viewed from the outside during parking. Further, in the mounting structure 10a, the card reader unit 100a of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is fixed to the first storage space in which the partition wall 79 for partitioning the storage space of the storage box 76a is partitioned. Within 77a. Therefore, the other articles can be accommodated in the second storage space 77b partitioned by the partition wall 79, and the other articles can be isolated to protect the card reader unit 100a, and each storage area is formed independently. It is also possible to sufficiently ensure the storage capacity of the storage box 76a. In addition, in the storage box 76a, the card reader portion 100a is disposed on the side of the side wall constituting the outer side of the box body 78, and the box body 78 is attached to the fascia 80 in -20-200816092. Therefore, the operation of the card reader unit 1a can be performed without pulling out the storage box 76a, and since it is not necessary to pull out significantly, the driver's foot can be prevented from coming into contact with the storage box 76a. The ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is operated. In this case, since the hinge 87 provided in the protective member 83 of the storage box 76a is assembled to the upper portion of the partition wall 79, the storage box 76a can be pulled out so that at least the partition wall 79 is exposed to the outside. The ETC in-vehicle device 100 can be operated by fully opening the protective member 83, and in the above-described Scooter type locomotive 1 1, a mounting structure 10b for a vehicle communication device, and a mounting structure 10b of the vehicle communication device can be used. The storage box 76a constituting the attachment structure 10a is changed to the storage box 76b, and the storage box 76b omits the latch mechanism formed by the engagement pin 83a and the engagement recess 83b (please refer to FIG. 7). In the above case, the protective member 83 is formed such that when the storage box 76b is pulled out, it is automatically opened upward by the spring force of the coil spring 85, and when the storage box 76b is closed, it is slipped by The upper wall portion of the storage wall 82 is closed (refer to Fig. 4). Moreover, in the storage box 76b, for example, the coil spring 85 can be omitted. In this case, the protective member 83 may be closed by the driver in a manual manner. The storage box 76b can be manufactured at a lower cost than the storage box 76a. Further, as shown in Fig. 8, in the case of the mounting structure 10c of the communication device for a vehicle, the mounting structure of the communication device for the vehicle is a storage box 76c in which the protective member 83 and the partition wall 79 are omitted, and can be made lower. Low cost manufacturing. Although the above-described storage boxes 76b and 76c are slightly inferior to the storage box 76a in terms of water repellency, dustproofness, and operation, the visible speed of the locomotive 1 1 can be reduced because the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Effective use of conditions such as use. Next, the mounting structure 10d of the vehicle communication device according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be mainly described with reference to Fig. 9. In the ninth embodiment, the same reference numerals as those of the reference numerals shown in Figs. 1 to 8 are the same or similar structures, so that the same or similar functions and effects can be achieved, so that the description is omitted. The description is also omitted in the following description. In the mounting structure 10d of the second embodiment, the ETC vehicle-mounted device 101 as a vehicle communication device is housed in a storage box 76d for replacing the storage box 76a. The ETC vehicle-mounted device 101 has a body portion integrally formed by the card reader portion 100a and the indicator portion 100c. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, in the state in which the ETC vehicle-mounted device 101 is housed in the storage box 76d, the indicator portion 100c is disposed on the outer side surface side of the side of the fascia 80 forming the card reader portion 100a. . Ο Next, the side wall of the box body 78 of the storage box 76d and the fascia 80 are provided with a transmissive portion 110 corresponding to the position of the indicator portion 100c described above, and For example, a window formed of a transparent resin. In this way, even if the storage box 76d is stored in the inner box cover 36, the indicator portion 100c can be visually displayed. As described above, in the mounting structure 10d of the second embodiment, the indicator unit 1 can be secured even in the ETC vehicle-mounted device 1〇1 formed by the card reader unit and the indicator unit 100c. The 〇〇c is stored in the storage box 76d in a visual state. -22-200816092 In the mounting structure i〇d of the second embodiment, of course, even if the indicator unit 100c and the card reader unit 10 a form separate members, the indicator unit 100c can be formed separately from the ETC vehicle-mounted device. The same applies. In other words, in the above-described case, the indicator portion 10c may be disposed in the storage box 716d together with the Zener unit 10a. Next, the attachment structure l〇e of the vehicle communication device according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be mainly described with reference to Figs. 1 and 11 . In the mounting structure 10 of the third embodiment, the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is housed in a storage box 760 e for replacing the storage box 716a. In the storage box 706e, the upper portion of the first storage space 777a is covered by the cover member 112, and the cover member 112 is formed in substantially the same shape as the protective member 83. The cover member 112 is a fixed type (non-movable type) different from the aforementioned protective member 83. The storage box 76e described above is provided with a lid body 114 that can open and close the side wall portion of the box body 78, and the box body 78 is connected to the first storage space 77a in which the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 is housed. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the cover body 14 is a horizontally opened and closed cover which is substantially the same as the protective member 83, in other words, a pair of hinges which are assembled in the upper and lower directions of the partition wall 79. 1 16 and 1 16 and the coil springs 1 18 and 1 18 are spring-loaded to the side with the side of the partition wall 79 as a fulcrum. Moreover, the cover body 1 14 is the same as the above-described protective member 8.3. The engagement pin 114a' is protruded from the inner surface of the front end of the front end of the cover body 114 and is attached to the case body 78 of the fascia 8〇. The inner side surface of the outer side wall is provided with an engaging recessed portion 114b which is engaged with the engaging pin 1 14a of -23-200816092 in a state where the lid body 114 is closed. The cover body 114 can be fixed in the closed state by the engagement between the engaging pin 1 14a and the engaging recessed portion 114b. In addition, the cover body 114 can be pressed into the inner side during the above fixing. In the direction ', the latching mechanism is released and the latch mechanism of the cover 1 14 is opened to function. Next, in the mounting structure 100 of the third embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1, the ETC vehicle-mounted device 1 is fixed in a horizontal shape. In other words, the opening portion is formed to be opened and closed by the lid body 112, and is formed to be the insertion port 1 〇 2 of the δ card purchaser portion 1 0 0 a. In this way, during the operation of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100, when the storage box 76e is pulled out and the cover 114 is opened, the insertion opening 102 does not face upward and is exposed to the outside, in particular, even in a wind and rain strong occasion. Further, by inserting the 1C card laterally and laterally into the insertion port 102, it is possible to more reliably prevent rainwater or the like from penetrating into the insertion port 102, and it is possible to further improve environmental resistance. Next, the mounting structure l〇f of the vehicle communication device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be mainly described with reference to Figs. 12 and 13 . In the mounting structure 10 of the fourth embodiment, the ETC vehicle-mounted device 1 is not disposed in the storage box 76a or the like, but is disposed in the storage box 120. The storage box 1 20 is provided on the grip 18. The upper surface of the rotational speed surface plate 64 on the side of the base portion functions as a housing portion of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 (please refer to FIG. 1 2). The storage box 120 can be opened upward by operating the third lock release operation button 122, and the third lock release operation button 122 such as -24-200816092 can be arranged in parallel with the first lock release operation button 93, and The first lock release operation button 93 is the same, and is actuated in a state in which the smart key knob 92 is actuated. In other words, similarly to the first lock release operation button 93, the smart key knob 92 is operated to a predetermined position, and the third lock release operation button 122 is pressed to urge the electric actuator to operate, thereby releasing the map. In the locked state of the box locking mechanism not shown in the surface, the storage box 120 is biased by the elastic force of the coil spring provided in the box locking mechanism, and Φ is slightly pushed toward the open side (upward) from the completely closed position. After that, when the driver grips the grip portion 12 provided on the storage box 120 and pulls up, as shown in FIG. 13, the card reader portion 10 of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 (the insertion port 1 of the ^) 02 is directed toward the driver's side, and protrudes from the upper surface of the rotational speed surface plate 64 constituting the exterior surface of the vehicle body. Therefore, the driver can easily operate the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100. Thus, even the mounting structure of the fourth embodiment is provided. 1 Of, the operability and environmental resistance of the ETC vehicle-mounted device 100 can be improved. The above description is based on the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above description, as long as the present invention is not deviated from the present invention. It is a matter of course that various configurations can be employed. For example, in the ETC vehicle-mounted devices 100 and 101 described in the above embodiments, the antenna 100b is a member other than the card reader unit 100a, but The present invention is not limited thereto, and the same applies to the present invention, even in the case where the antenna 1b is formed in the card reader portion 10a. In the above case, the device is disposed in the storage box 76a. ~7 6e and 120 antennas 1 00b In addition to the ETC vehicle, the above-mentioned storage boxes 76a to 76e and 120 can also be used in the storage boxes 76a to 76e and 120. For example, a main body of a navigation system or a portable audio player is used as a communication device for a vehicle. In addition, the opening method of each of the storage boxes 76a to 76e and 120 is connected to a knob for a smart key as described above. In addition to the button operation type of 92, a locking mechanism of a type in which a φ key insertion portion is provided in the vicinity of each of the storage boxes 7 6 a to 7 6 e and 1 2 0 and a key is rotated after the key is inserted may be provided.
