200940415 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關一種空氣密封體及其製造方法,特別是一種無耐熱材之 空氣密封體及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 一般在包裝物品時,以利用泡棉或保麗龍等軟性提供物品緩衝保護之 用。然而’泡棉雖可緊密貼附於物品的表面,但防止碰撞之效果不佳,往 Φ 往還是會使物品遭受撞擊而損壞,再者,泡棉不易處理,容易造成環保問 題。保麗龍雖可避免物品因晃動而損壞,但保麗龍之體積蓬鬆而占用大量 空間,且不易被微生物分解,焚化處理會釋放出危害人體之毒氣,造成嚴 重的環境污染,s此,泡棉與保難造成環侧題,在環魅識高漲的今 天’保麗龍並不是相當理想的緩衝材料。
為解決上述問題’便發展出-種以樹脂膜為材料的空氣密封體,其經 由熱封成為密封狀態形成氣柱,且設有可供充氣之充氣口,當氣體經由充 氣口充入餘後’空氣密封體便可祕内包料作為緩衝材I其中,為 了達到閉氣效果,會於空氣密封體内裝設止氣閥。 請參閱第1A圖至第1C圖,為中華民國專利公告第58肩號發明專 利「密封體之Μ _安裝構造及具有開_之密封_製造裝置」,其於 熱封接著止氣閥時,先將-侧袋片材A11與二片閥片材仙、必叠合, 、·昼由熱封接著而形成固定用密封部A3卜藉此將—側袋片材AH與二片閣 片材仙、必熱封接著在一起(如第_);再叠合另一側袋片⑽, 經由熱封接著而形成前後密封部A4及補強贿部处,並於二個補強密 5 200940415 封部A32之間形成入氣口 A6 (如第1B圖);最後,經由熱封接著而形成 左右密封部A5,並於前後密封部A4與左右密封部A5之間形成氣柱A8, 而位於補強密封部A32 -側的二個左右密封部A5之間形成充氣通道a7 (如第1C®)’充氣通道A7之氣體即可由入氣口八6充入氣柱A8内。氣 體進入充氣通道A7後,使袋片材AU、A12向外拉開,但由於袋片材Au、 二片閥片材A2卜A22三層熱封在—起,二片閥片材必、必會隨著袋 片材All移動,因此入氣口 A6無法隨袋片材AU、A12向外拉開而打開, ® 導致氣體停留在充氣通道A7内,進而塵迫二片閥片材仰、必貼向袋片 材All而緊閉入氣口 A6,根本無法經由入氣口 A6灌入氣柱A8。 請參閱第2A @至第2B ®,為中華民國專利公告第奶卿77號發明 專利「連續充氣的空氣密封體」,其預先於二片内膜B11與B12之間為塗 佈耐熱材料B10’再將二片内膜B11與B12疊合於二片外膜B21與B22之 間,沿著熱封線B3、B4進行熱封,使二片外膜B21與肪接著而形成充 氣通道B9,並於熱封線B4塗佈耐熱材料B10處形成入氣口 B14,沿著熱 封線B4、B5、B6、B7以熱封手段進行熱封,使二片外膜B21與B22接著 而形成氣柱。此種:¾縣可解練述發明專法離人氣叹問題, 但必須於二片内膜與之間必須預先塗佈耐熱材料,才能疊合二片内膜,不 僅增加材料成本,且塗佈耐熱材料之製程費時費力,造成空氣密封體的製 造成本無法有效降低。 因此,如何設計一種空氣密封體,改良入氣口之結構及其製造流程, 降低塗佈_㈣所耗費的人力成本與材本,同時使其能有效開啟入 200940415 氣口而連續充氣以節省充氣時間,於充氣時可自動閉氣,且閉氣後可自動 鎖氣,以保持長時間空氣不外洩,係為本案之發明人以及從事此相關行業 之技術領域者所需面對的技術課題。 【發明内容】 有鑑於此,本發明提出一種無耐熱材之空氣密封體,包含:二外膜, 上下疊合;二内膜’位於二外膜之間;至少一氣柱,經由熱封手段熱封接 著而形成於二外膜之間;及至少一入氣口,以耐熱墊片置於二内膜之間, 〇 經由熱封手段熱封接著二外膜與二内膜而形成二内膜之間,氣體經由入氣 口充入氣柱而使氣柱充氣膨脹,氣柱之氣體壓迫二内膜覆蓋入氣口而封閉 氣柱。 本發明亦提出一種無耐熱材之空氣密封體的製造方法,包含下列步 驟.提供二内膜;疊合二外膜使二内膜介於二外膜之間;以耐熱墊片置於 一内膜之間;熱封接著二外膜與二内膜,於二内膜之間形成至少一入氣口, 於二外膜之間形成至少—氣柱;取出耐熱墊片;經由人氣口充人氣體至氣 ❹柱而使氣柱充氣膨脹;及以氣柱之氣體壓迫二内膜覆蓋入氣口而封閉氣柱。 本發明在不需預錄佈耐熱材料的情況下,直接疊合二片嶋,並以 财熱墊片置於二_之間而熱封接著形成入氣口,有效縮短製造流程,並 能大崎低人力成本與材料成本,此外,當拉開兩片外膜時,由内卿成 的入氣口自_啟’經由人氣口填充氣體至多數個氣柱,充氣時無需對各 個入氣口輕,因此可節省絲_。各脉相互齡,有些氣柱破 損亦不致轉緩衝效果。氣柱之咖迫峨覆蓋人氣Π侧氣柱,可 防止氣體外洩而達成閉氣效果。 7 200940415 有關本發明的較佳實施例及其功效’茲配合圖式說明如後。 【實施方式】 請參照第3圖、第4圖、第5圖、第6A圖、第6B圖、第7A圖、第 7B圖為本發明之第一實施例,第3圖為充氣後的立體外觀圖,第4圖為置 入耐熱墊片加工的示意圖,第5圖為充氣後的剖面圖,第6A圖為耐熱墊 片加工的示意圖,第6B圖為充氣前的平面圖,第7A圖為置入耐熱墊片加 工的剖面圖(一),第7A圖為置入耐熱墊片加工的剖面圖(二)。 φ 無耐熱材之空氣密封體包含··二片外膜2a與2b、二片内膜la與lb、 充氣通道9、氣柱11、入氣口 2d。 二片外膜2a與2b上下疊合。 二片内膜la與lb介於二片外膜2a與2b之間,其長度短於外膜2a或 2b之長度,且二片内膜ia與比之頂端低於二片外膜2a與2b之頂端。 以耐熱墊片8置於二片内膜ia與lb之間,沿著熱封線4進行熱封, 二片内膜la與lb仍不接著而形成人氣口 2d,同時賴封手段產生熱封部 ❹ 2c’俾以接著外膜2a與内膜la、外膜2b與内膜lb。其中,耐熱墊片8設 有複數凸部81,耐熱墊片8之複數凸部81置於二片内膜與比之間, 沿著熱封線4熱簡著二片外餘與⑪、二片_㈣化而形成複數入 氣口 2d。 沿著熱封線3進行熱封’使二片外膜2a與2b接著而於韻線3、*之 間形成充氣通道9,充氣通道9包含充氣口 9a連接於外部氣體:沿著熱封 線5、6以熱封手段進行熱封,使二片外膜%與处接著而於熱封線*、$、 6之間形成氣柱u,氣柱u用以儲存氣體,入氣口 2d連通氣柱”與充氣 8 200940415 通道9。 進入充氣口 9a之氣體膨脹充氣通道9,使二片外膜2&與沘向外拉開, 由於外膜2a與内膜la、外膜2b與内膜lb經過熱封手段而接著,因此可經 由位於充氣通道9内之熱封部2C帶動二片内膜1&與lb向外撐開,藉以使 不接著的二片内膜la與lb向外拉開(如第5圖所示),自動開啟充氣通道 9所聯結的各入氣口 2d。充氣通道9之氣體可經由各入氣口 2d充入各氣柱 11而充氣膨脹,無需對各入氣口 2d定位後充氣,可節省充氣時間,且因 各氣柱11相互獨立,即時有些氣柱11破損也不致影響空氣密封體的整體 缓衝效果。 填充氣體經由入氣口 2d而進入氣柱π後,氣柱η之氣體的内部壓力 壓迫阻内膜la或lb覆蓋入氣口 2d而封閉氣柱11,使氣體不外洩而達成閉 氣的效果。 於氣柱11内可預先設置漸縮狀之氣體通道13連接於入氣口 2d,氣體 0 通道13連接於入氣口 2d之一端的寬度大於另一端的寬度,使入氣口 2d的 氣體容易進入而不易逸出,此外,亦可預先設置曲線狀之氣體通道13連接 於入氣口 2d ’於氣柱11内部壓力增大時迫緊氣體通道13之曲線部份而達 成鎖氣效果。 此外’内膜la與外膜2a以熱封手段熱封接著時,二片内膜la與lb 雙屋迫時側貼於外膜2a (如第5圖所示);當内膜lb與外膜2b以熱封手 段熱封接著時,二片内膜la與lb受壓迫時側貼於外膜2b ’此種二片内膜 la與1b受氣柱11内之氣體壓迫而側貼於外膜2a或2b,因此稱為「二片 200940415 貼壁式」的空氣密封^再者,二#喃la與ib受壓迫時不麵於外膜 2a或2b而懸掛於氣柱U中,稱為「二片懸壁式」的空氣密封體。 請參照第8A圖、第8B圖及第9圖為本發明之第二實施例,第8A圖 為置入耐熱墊片加工的示意圖(一),第犯圖為置入财熱墊片加工的示意 圖(二),第9圖為充氣後的剖面圖, 在本實施例中,二片内膜la與lb之頂端對齊於二片外膜^與㉑之
頂端,以熱封手段產生熱封部2c,俾以接著外膜2a與内膜la、外膜%與 内膜1b,其中,熱封部2C可為複數熱封點(如第8A圖),亦可為熱封直 線(如第8B圖),但不以此為限。 再者,當沿著熱封線3進行熱封,二片内膜“與化接著而於熱封線 3、4之間形成充氣通道9。當充氣通道9充入氣體而膨服,帶動二片内膜 la與向外拉開而自動開啟充氣通道9所聯結的各入氣口 %,使充氣通 道9之氣艘可經由各人氣口 2d充人各氣柱n而充氣膨服。 請參照第10圖、第U圖及第12圖為本發明之第三實施例第㈣ 為充氣前的平面圖,第U縣充氣後的剖面圖(_),第u圖為充氣後的 剖面圖(二)。 本發明更可包含:二片_膜7a與7b,位於二片内膜u與化之間, 沿著輔助熱封線42熱封接著二片議la與lb、二片輔助臈%與几之_ 側邊,再將耐熱墊片8之凸部81置於二片輔助膜7a與几之間 熱封線41熱封接著二片内膜與lb、二片辅助膜%與几, 助臈7a與7b之間形成辅助入氣口 7d。 ’沿著辅助 而於二片辅 200940415 其中’二片輔助膜7a與7b設置於二片内膜la與ib之間的底部位置, 即位於熱封線4下方之位置(如第n圖),亦可設置於二片内膜h與化 之間的中段位置,即輔麵7a與%的其中_部份位於熱封線4上方之位 置,另一部份則是位於熱封線4下方之位置(如第12圖)。 本實施例秘置充氣通道9的情況τ,使用者可直接以手動方式向外 拉開二片内膜la與lb ’同時使不接著的二片輔助膜7a與几向外拉開,自 動開啟輔助入氣口 7d,再以充氣工具(圖未示出)充氣,氣體即可依序經 由入氣口 2d、辅助入氣口 7d充入各氣柱u而充氣膨腺。 雖本實施例以氣柱U之侧邊獨置絲通道9細,抑此為限,亦 可依需求而調整實際結構,如熱封接著二片外膜2a與此或二片内膜^與 比而形成充氣通道9,進入充氣口 9a之氣體膨脹充氣通道9,使二片外膜 2a與2b向外拉開,由於外膜2a與内膜la、外膜处與内膜化經過熱封手 段而接著,因此可經由位於充氣通道9内之熱封部2c帶動二片内膜h與 _ lb向外樓開’藉以使不接著的二片内膜lamb向外拉開自動開啟充氣 通道9所聯結的各入氣口 2d,並同時使不接著的二片辅助膜%與%向外 拉開’自動開啟輔助入氣口 7d。充氣通道9之氣體可依序經由人氣口况' 辅助入氣口 7d充入各氣柱11而充氣膨脹。 在本實施例中,二片内膜1a與lb之間増設二片輔助膜7a與7b,藉以 可供高壓氣體充人氣柱U N,避免高壓氣體在充氣過程造成二片内膜ia 與1b破損,有效提升充氣效率。 本發明之無耐熱材之空氣密封體的製造方法,包含下列步驟· 200940415 步驟1 :提供二片内膜la與lb。 步驟2 :疊合二片外膜2a與2b使二片内膜la與lb介於二片外膜2a 與2b之間。 二片内膜la與lb之長度短於外膜2a或2b之長度,其中,二片内膜 la與lb之頂端低於二片外膜2a與2b之頂端,亦可將二片内膜la與lb 之頂端對齊於二片外膜2a與2b之頂端。 步驟3 :以耐熱墊片8置於二片内膜la與比之間。 熱墊片8設有複數凸部81,耐熱墊片8之複數凸部81置於二片内膜 la與lb之間。 步驟4 :熱封接著二片外膜2a與汍、二片内膜u與比,於二片内膜 la與lb之間形成入氣口 2d,於二片外膜%與迚之間形成氣柱“。
當二片内膜la與lb之頂端低於二片外膜23與213之頂端,沿著熱封 線4熱封接著二片外膜2a與2b、二片内膜la與lb而形成複數入氣口 2d, 並同時以觸手段產钱神2e,俾赠餅膜&與峨^、外膜办與 内膜lb,沿著熱封線3進行熱封,二片外膜2a與沘接著而於熱封線3、4 之間形成統通道9,絲通道9包含充氣口 %連接於外部氣體。 當二片内膜la與lb之頂端對齊於二片外膜%與%之頂端,以卖 手段產生熱封部2c ’俾以接著外膜2a與内膜1&、外膜处與内膜化,其 熱封部可為複數熱封點’亦可為熱封直線。沿著熱封線4料接著_ 外膜^2b、二編U與1b而形成複數入氣口 W沿著熱封線3 行熱封’二娜_ _著而於熱封線3、4之嶋充氣通道9, 12 200940415 氣通道9包含充氣口 9a連接於外部氣體。 沿著熱封線5、6以熱封手段進行熱封,使二片外膜2a與2b接著而於 熱封線4、5、6之間形成氣柱11,氣柱11用以儲存氣體,入氣口 2d連通 氣柱11與充氣通道9。此外,充氣通道9位於氣柱11之侧邊。 步驟5 :取出耐熱墊片8。 步驟6 :經由入氣口 2d充入氣體至氣柱丨丨而使氣柱^充氣膨脹。 當充氣通道9由二片外膜2a與2b接著形成時,進入充氣口 9a之氣體 膨服充氣通道9’使二片外膜23與215向外拉開,由於外膜2a與内膜la、 外膜2b與内臈lb經過熱封手段而接著,因此可經由位於充氣通道9内之 熱封部2c帶動二片内膜la與lb向外撐開,藉以使不接著的二片内膜la 與lb向外拉^ ’自動開啟充氣通道9所聯結的各入氣口如,充氣通道9 之氣體可經由各人氣口 2d充人各氣柱丨!而域膨脹;當充氣通道9由二 片内膜la與lb接著形成時,進入充氣口 9a之氣體膨服充氣通道9,帶動 二片内膜la與lb向外拉開而自動開啟充氣通道9所聯結的各入氣口 2d, 使綠通道9之氣體可經由从氣^ 2d充人各餘u而充氣膨服。 步驟7.以氣柱11之氣體壓迫二片内膜la與lb覆蓋入氣口 2d而封閉 氣柱11。 填充氣體經由入氣口 2d而進入氣柱u後,氣柱u之氣體的内部壓力 驗阻内膜la或lb覆蓋人氣口 2d而封閉氣柱u,使氣體不外泡而達成閉 氣的效果’其中’二片内膜la與lb受壓迫時可側貼於—片外族如或2b, 亦可不側貼於外膜2a或2b而懸掛於氣柱u中。 13 200940415 再者’於步驟】之步職,更包含:提供:編心與几使二片 輔助膜7a與7b介於二片嶋la與lb之間。因此,於地卜預先产 著輔助熱_2熱封接著二片_ la與lb、二編心與几之二侧 邊,此後再將对_ 8之複數凸部81置於二片% ϋ 著辅助熱封線4_接著二以膜la與lb、二片輔賴%與几,而於 二片輔助膜7a與7b之間形成複數辅助人氣π %。其中,二片輔助膜% 與几設置於二片_ la與lb之間的底部位置,即位於熱封線4下方之位 置,亦可設置於二片内膜la與lb之間的中段位置,即輔助膜%與几的 其中-部份位於諸線4上方之位置,另一部份則是位於熱封線4下方之 位置。 本發明直接疊合二片_,料需於二片嶋之間縣塗佈雜材 料,並叫熱塾片置於二内模之間而熱封接著形成入氣口,有效縮短製造 流程,並能大齡低人力成本與㈣成本,此外,本發日騰絲時可自動 開啟入氣π,以由人氣口填統體至多數個錄,絲時無需對各個入氣 口疋位,因此可節省充氣時間。各紐相互獨立,即使有些氣柱破損亦不 致影響缓衝效果。氣柱之氣體壓迫_覆蓋人氣口而封閉驗,可防止氣 體外洩而達成閉氣效果,再者,氣柱内部壓力增大時迫緊氣體通道之曲線 部份而達成鎖氣效果。 雖然本發明的技術内容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限 定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與 潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇内,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申 14 200940415 請專利範圍所界定者為準。
