Abstract
The present invention is to provide an antistatic resin composition having at least one antistatic monolayer on a base material, the main component of the antistatic resin composition including a conductive agent and a binder resin made of vinyl chloride resin or vinyl chloride-vinyl acctate copolymer resin, the increasing amount of surface resistivity of the antistatic resin composition before and after the fastness test to rubbing using IPA (isopropyl alcohol) being 10<SP>4</SP> ohms/square or less. When the surface of the antistatic resin composition having these characteristics is wiped and cleaned by a wiping cloth impregnated with alcohols, surface resistivity and transparency are not deteriorated.
