201224355 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 [0001] 本發明涉及一種照明裝置,特別涉及_ 具。 種發光二極體燈 [先前技術] [0002] 〇 [0003] 發光二極體(Light Emitting Did , ’簡稱LED)光源 作為一種新興之第三代光源,雖麸银* a 雄…、現在還不能大規模取 代傳統之白熾燈’但是其具有工作* 邗母命長、節能、環保 專優點,而普遍被市場看好。且, 目刖由發光二極體組 成之模組能產生大辦、高亮度之光源,是故將廣泛地 、革命性地取代傳統之白熾燈等^之光源,進而成為 符合節能環保主題之主要光源。 目前’典型之發光二極體燈具—般包括_平板狀基板以 及複數貼設於基板底面之發光二極輯組,這類燈且之 照射方向單-、且出光角度較小,其雖然能夠滿足較大 部分之照明需求,m特定之應料合,例如車 庫、煤礦等需歸具之*光角度較大之場所,就顯得不 夠適用。 【發明内容】 [0004] —種發光二極體燈具,包括疊置之二發光模組,每一發 光模組包括中空燈殼、容置於燈殼内之發光二極體模組 、及罩置發光二極體模組之透光燈罩,該燈罩收容於燈 殼内,該燈罩包括容置於燈殼内之筒狀罩體及與該罩體 一端開口相結合之蓋板,該燈殼上開設有通口,以供發 光二極體模組發出之光線通過,該發光二極體模組發出 099141661 表單編號A0101 第3頁/共11頁 0992072415-0 201224355 之光線分別透過燈罩之罩體及蓋板向外射出,其中由蓋 板穿過之光線直接照射該發光模組正對之方向,由罩體 穿過之光線穿過燈殼上之通口,以照射發光模組之外周 〇 [0005] 該發光二極體燈具包括疊置之二發光模組,每一發光模 組中發光二極體模組發出之光線可以分別透過燈罩之罩 體及蓋板向外射出,由蓋板穿過之光線直接照射該發光 模組正對之方向,由罩體穿過之光線穿過燈殼上之通口 ,以照射發光模組之外周,從而使發光二極體燈具整體 —上具有立體之照明效果。 【實施方式】 [0006] 請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明一實施例之發光二極體燈具包 括上下疊置之二發光模組100,該二發光模組100呈對稱 設置。每一發光模組100包括燈殼10、容置於燈殼10内之 發光二極體模組20、容置於燈殼10内並罩置該發光二極 體模組20之燈罩30、及用以固定該燈罩30之固定件40。 [0007] 上述燈殼10呈桶狀,其具有一開口(未標示)。該燈殼 10包括基板12及由基板12外周緣向下延伸出之筒體14。 該燈殼10可由金屬材料如鋁、鐵及二者合金等一體製成 。在本實施例中,該基板12呈圓形,筒體14為圓筒狀。 該燈殼10之筒體14上開設有通口 140。該通口 140之數量 為多個,該等通口 140均勻、間隔分佈在筒體14上。該通 口 140呈條形,沿該筒體14之周向延伸並貫通該筒體14。 [0008] 上述發光二極體模組20包括一圓形電路板22及複數均勻 、間隔貼置於該電路板22上之發光二極體24。該電路板 099141661 表單編號 A0101 第 4 頁/共 11 頁 0992072415-0 201224355 22設置於該基板1 2上,發光二極體24面向燈殼10之開口 设置。忒發光二極體24之數量可根據發光二極體燈具之 具體功率而不同。 [0009] ❹ 上述燈罩30包括筒狀罩體32及與該罩體32—端開口相結 合之蓋板34。該罩體32容置於燈殼1〇内,並對應貼合燈 殼10之筒體14之内側壁面。該燈罩30可以由玻璃、樹脂 、塑膠等材料一體製成,可以理解地,該燈罩3〇之罩體 32與蓋板34也可以分開形成,所採用之材料也可以不同 ,如罩體32採用金屬材料如鋁、鐵、合金等,而蓋板34 由玻璃、樹脂或者塑膠製成。該蓋板34呈圓盤狀,其對 應蓋置於該罩體32靠近燈殼10開b之一端,,用以密封該 罩體32。該蓋板34之中部向上凹陷形成有凹陷部340。該 凹陷部340之頂面中央開設有貫通孔342,用以供該固定 件40穿置於凹陷部340中。

- 201224355 七、申請專利範圍: 1 . 一種發光二極體燈具,包括疊置之二發光模組,每一發光 模組包括中空燈殼、容置於燈殼内之發光二極體模組、及 罩置發光二極體模組之透光燈罩,其改良在於:該燈罩收 容於燈殼内,該燈罩包括容置於燈殼内之筒狀罩體及與該 罩體一端開口相結合之蓋板,該燈殼上開設有通口,以供 發光二極體模組發出之光線通過,該發光二極體模組發出 之光線分別透過燈罩之罩體及蓋板向外射出,其中由蓋板 穿過之光線直接照射該發光模組正對之方向,由罩體穿過 之光線穿過燈殼上之通口,以照射發光模組之外周。 2 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該燈 殼包括基板及由基板外周緣向下延伸出之筒體。 3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該燈 殼之筒體上開設該通口。 4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該通 口之數量為多個,該等通口均勻、間隔分佈在筒體上。 5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該通 口呈條形,該通口沿該筒體之周向延伸並貫通該筒體。 6 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該蓋 板之中部向上凹陷形成有凹陷部,該凹陷部之頂面中央開 設有貫通孔。 7 .如申請專利範圍第6項所述之發光二極體燈具,還包括固 定件,該固定件包括主體部及由該主體部頂面中央向上凸 伸而出之管狀連接部。 8 .如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該主 099141661 表單編號A0101 第8頁/共11頁 0992072415-0 201224355 體部之周緣向外一體延伸而出一環邊,該環邊貼合於蓋板 上凹陷部之周緣處。 9 .如申請專利範圍第7項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該主 體部容置於蓋板之凹陷部内,連接部穿過貫通孔以與蓋板 固定連接。 10 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具,其中該二 發光模組呈對稱設置,該二發光模組之正對方向相反。 0992072415-0 099141661 表單編號A0101 第9頁/共11頁
