Abstract
一種牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,係將溶解加熱後之磷脂加入加熱後之植物油萃取物進行攪拌,攪拌後倒入加熱後之甘油中繼續攪拌,之後再加入牛蒡萃取物水溶液,將前述混合後之溶液進行高速攪拌進行乳化均質,再將乳化均質後之溶液以高壓加以均質化,最後以過濾膜將均質化後之溶液加以過濾,即可得到紫色透明狀之牛蒡濃縮液。藉此,可使牛蒡濃縮液形成奈米化之微乳製劑,而於服用後達到易於人體吸收以及較佳之保健效果。
Description
本發明是有關於一種牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,尤指一種可使牛蒡濃縮液形成奈米化之微乳製劑,而於服用後達到易於人體吸收以及較佳之保健效果者。
按,牛蒡(Arctium lappa,Linn)是屬於菊科草本植物,英文別名為great burdock,是營養價值很高之保健食品。其營養成分非常豐富,包括有菊糖(Insulin)、多酚類(polyphenols)、綠原酸(chlorogenic acid)、蛋白質、碳水化合物、維生素群、胺基酸、礦物質與不飽和脂肪酸等,其中胡蘿蔔素之含量遠比胡蘿蔔高出150倍,且氨基酸含量也很高,由於牛蒡具有高營養價值,因此,作為國內民眾之保健食物已有長久之歷史。
然而,以往之複方牛蒡精華液係以奈米微包液(Nanomicell)之劑型進行製備,而該奈米微包液包含油相、乳化劑以及少量之水相,當食用者口服後,若遇水則會均勻迅速自動分散成約100 nm左右之微乳劑,覆蓋胃黏膜,但是由於製成此劑型係因紫草、當歸之有效成分溶於油相中較多,而油相並不溶於水中,故於口服後之保健效果較差。
本發明之主要目之係在於,可使牛蒡濃縮液形成奈米化之微乳製劑,而於服用後達到易於人體吸收以及較佳之保健效果。
為達上述之目之,本發明係一種牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,至少包含有下列步驟:
混合:將溶解加熱後之磷脂加入加熱後之植物油萃取物進行攪拌,攪拌後倒入加熱後之甘油中繼續攪拌,之後再加入牛蒡萃取物水溶液。
乳化均質:將前述混合後之溶液進行高速攪拌。
均質化:再將乳化均質後之溶液以高壓加以均質化。
過濾:最後以過濾膜將均質化後之溶液加以過濾,即可得到紫色透明狀之牛蒡濃縮液。
於本發明之一實施例中,該混合步驟中之磷脂係以酒精溶解後隔水加熱,待酒精揮發後進行取用。
於本發明之一實施例中,該混合步驟中之植物油萃取物係可選自麻油萃取物、當歸萃取物、紫草萃取物之一或其混合物,且隔水加熱至80℃後進行取用。
於本發明之一實施例中,該混合步驟中之甘油係隔水加熱至80℃後進行取用。
於本發明之一實施例中,該乳化均質步驟中係以高速乳化均質機進行高速攪拌。
於本發明之一實施例中,該乳化均質步驟中高速攪拌之時間係介於2~4分鐘。
於本發明之一實施例中,該均質化步驟中係由高壓均質機以5個循環(8000 psi)進行均質化。
於本發明之一實施例中,該過濾步驟中係以0.1μm之過濾膜進行過濾。
於本發明之一實施例中,該牛蒡濃縮液係包含有油15%、卵磷脂5%、甘油60%及牛蒡萃取液20%。
請參閱『第1圖』所示,係分別為。如圖所示:本發明係一種牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,其至少包含有混合1、乳化均質2、均質化3以及過濾4等步驟,而各步驟之說明如下:
混合1:使磷脂以酒精溶解後隔水加熱,待酒精揮發後進行取用,而將該磷脂加入植物油萃取物進行攪拌,攪拌後倒入加熱後之甘油中繼續攪拌,之後再加入牛蒡萃取物水溶液,其中植物油萃取物係可選自麻油萃取物、當歸萃取物、紫草萃取物之一或其混合物,且隔水加熱至80℃後進行取用,而該甘油係隔水加熱至80℃後進行取用。
乳化均質2:將前述混合後之溶液以高速乳化均質機進行高速攪拌,而該高速攪拌之時間係介於2~4分鐘。
均質化3:再將乳化均質後之溶液由高壓均質機以5個循環(8000 psi)進行高壓均質化。
過濾4:最後以0.1μm之過濾膜將均質化後之溶液加以過濾,即可得到紫色透明狀之牛蒡濃縮液,而該牛蒡濃縮液係包含有油15%、卵磷脂5%、甘油60%及牛蒡萃取液20%;如此,可使牛蒡濃縮液形成奈米化之微乳製劑,而於服用後達到易於人體吸收以及較佳之保健效果。如是,藉由上述之結構構成一全新之牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法。
綜上所述,本發明牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法可有效改善習用之種種缺點,可使牛蒡濃縮液形成奈米化之微乳製劑,而於服用後達到易於人體吸收以及較佳之保健效果;進而使本發明之產生能更進步、更實用、更符合消費者使用之所須,確已符合發明專利申請之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍;故,凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

- 一種牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,其至少包括有下列步驟:混合:將溶解加熱後之磷脂加入加熱後之植物油萃取物進行攪拌,攪拌後倒入加熱後之甘油中繼續攪拌,之後再加入牛蒡萃取物水溶液;乳化均質:將前述混合後之溶液進行高速攪拌;均質化:再將乳化均質後之溶液以高壓加以均質化;以及過濾:最後以過濾膜將均質化後之溶液加以過濾,即可得到紫色透明狀之牛蒡濃縮液。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之牛蒡複方微米精華液製程方法,其中,該混合步驟中之磷脂係以酒精溶解後隔水加熱,待酒精揮發後進行取用。
