Abstract
一種燈具,包括燈座、燈殼、驅動電路模組、發光模組,該燈殼套接在該燈座上,該驅動電路模組收容在燈殼與燈座共同形成的內空腔裏,該發光模組搭載在燈殼上。該驅動電路模組包括第一金屬針,該第一金屬針抵接燈座或發光模組中的至少一個而導通電流。
Description
本發明涉及一種燈具,尤其是一種發光二極體燈具。
LED產業是近幾年最受矚目的產業之一,發展至今,LED產品已具有節能、省電、高效率、反應時間快、壽命週期時間長、且不含汞、具有環保效益等優點,所以近年來其越來越多地被當作理想光源而廣泛應用於各種燈具。傳統的燈具包括一燈殼、收容於燈殼內的發光二極體模組及固定於燈殼上且罩設發光二極體模組的一燈罩。
隨著LED燈具趨向裝置輕及小型化的特點,其所衍生出的組裝問題日益嚴重,傳統的燈具採用導線來實現LED燈內部的各種電氣連接。此種導線連接方式需要耗費較多的人工進行定位及固定,使組裝廠商增加了人力的投入。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種組裝容易的燈具。
一種燈具,包括燈座、燈殼、驅動電路模組、發光模組,該燈殼套接在該燈座上,該驅動電路模組收容在燈殼與燈座共同形成的內空腔裏,該發光模組搭載在燈殼上,其中,該驅動電路模組包括第一金屬針,該第一金屬針抵接燈座或發光模組中的至少一個而導通電流。
本發明的燈具由於採用金屬針實現驅動電路模組在燈具內部的插接式電性連接,拆裝與維修便利,與導線相比,金屬針不易發生形變,當該驅動電路模組組裝到燈殼上時,該金屬針即可卡接在對應的位置上導通電流,也確保連接的可靠性。
如圖1所示,示出了本發明燈具100的立體組裝圖,燈具100包括一燈座10,一設置於燈座10上方的燈殼30以及一設置於該燈殼30上方的燈罩50。
請同時參閱圖2和圖3,示出了燈具100的立體分解圖及另一角度的立體分解圖。以下敍述中,以圖2所示之方向為燈具100的正方向,即燈座10位於最底端,燈罩50位於最頂端。燈具100還包括一驅動電路模組20位於燈座10與燈殼30之間,一發光模組40位於燈殼30與燈罩50之間。該燈座10包括一旋擰部12以及一定位部14。所述旋擰部12套設於定位部14的底端。該旋擰部12為上端開口的內空圓筒,其外表面設有旋紋121,用以與電源相關裝置(如燈具插口)連接,該旋擰部12底端中部設有一導電接點123,用於與電源電性連接。該導電接點123與旋擰部12的其他部分絕緣。該定位部14由下至上依次包括一與該旋擰部12連接的第一連接件141、一呈球面向上延伸的定位件143和一與燈殼30連接的第二連接件145。定位件143的最上端具有一最大半徑,其內部還包括兩定位槽147用於卡接驅動電路模組20的電路板,使驅動電路模組20定位在定位部14與燈殼30的中部。固定件143的下邊緣處還包含一凹槽149,為驅動電路模組20與燈座10的旋擰部12達成電性連接之用。該驅動電路模組20上搭載著多個電子元件以驅動燈具100發光。該驅動電路模組20下端伸出一根金屬針21用於與電源電性連接,上端伸出兩根金屬針25用於與發光模組40達成電性連接。該驅動電路模組20的側邊還包含一彈性的扣片23,用於抵接燈座10的內側壁面,以與燈座10達成電性連接。扣片23由導電材料製成,在本實施例中,扣片23為金屬製成。該金屬針21、25以及扣片23均作為燈具100的各導電部分的電連接器件。燈殼30由具有高散熱性能的塑膠材料或其他絕緣材料製成,其為一下端開口的桶狀結構,其上端半徑較大下端半徑較小。該燈殼30週邊由上向下呈球面狀逐漸收窄至孔徑與定位件143的最大半徑相等後再延伸一小段直筒形狀。該燈殼30內部的中空結構用於收容驅動電路模組20。燈殼30的上端凸伸出一半徑比燈殼30的最大半徑小的圓形狀承接台32,承接台32用以承接發光模組40。發光模組40為呈一圓餅形的電路板上搭載多個發光器件,該圓餅形電路板的半徑比燈殼30的承接台32的半徑略小。發光模組40可採用單個或多個LED或OLED作為發光光源。發光模組40上還帶有均勻分佈在靠近其圓周邊上的三個螺絲41,該三個螺絲41用以將發光模組40固定在燈殼30的上表面。燈罩50呈一側開口的、內空的半球形,其固定於燈殼30頂端且罩設發光模組40。該燈罩50大致呈一球面狀,其包括一半球形的透光部、自透光部底端邊緣水準向內延伸的一環狀的抵靠部51。該燈罩50頂端最薄,由頂端向抵靠部51逐漸變厚。該抵靠部51的外徑與燈殼30的最大半徑相等,抵靠部51的內孔徑與燈殼30的承接台32的半徑匹配。
請同時參閱圖4和圖5,示出了燈具100的兩個垂直方向上的剖視圖。定位部14的第一連接件141套接在旋擰部12上形成燈座10,燈殼30套接在定位部14的第二連接件145上,驅動電路模組20收容於燈殼30與燈座10共同形成的內空腔裏,發光模組40搭載在燈殼30上端的承接台32上,燈罩50的抵靠部51抵靠承接台32外周邊使燈罩50與燈殼30結合並包覆燈殼30的上端。燈罩50內可根據需要摻雜不同的螢光粉。燈殼30內還鑲嵌有一金屬杯34。如圖4中所示,金屬杯34分為左右對稱的兩部分,該左右兩部分由其中間的一間隙隔開。金屬杯34整體與燈殼30的形狀相似,均是呈向下開口的桶狀。金屬杯34靠近其頂端的位置處有一最大半徑,並向下呈一弧線收窄再垂直延伸出一直筒狀。金屬杯34的頂面與燈殼30的承接台32的頂面緊密結合,二者共面。金屬杯34向下延伸的直筒狀一直延伸到燈殼30與定位部14的第二連接件145連接的部分。也即是說,金屬杯34鑲嵌在燈殼30內,並由其頂面貫穿燈殼30的頂面並延伸至接近燈殼30的位置處。發光模組40搭載在承接台32上,三個螺絲41由發光模組40的上方向下穿過並固接於承接台32與金屬杯34的頂面上。發光模組40可直接把熱量傳輸到金屬杯34上。借由金屬杯34較佳的熱傳導性,發光光源所產生的熱量可經由傳導分佈平均,再快速分散至外界,從而實現對發光模組40的快速散熱。驅動電路模組20卡接在定位部14的兩個定位槽147上,其下端的金屬針21伸入導電接點123中並與導電接點123連接。該驅動電路模組20上端的兩根金屬針25穿過燈殼30和金屬杯34插入發光模組40的圓餅形電路板內而與發光模組40電連接,其側邊的扣片23穿過凹槽149與旋擰部12接觸並抵接於燈座10的內側壁面上,並與燈座10的側面達成電性連接。當燈具100的燈座10接通電源後,電流的兩極通過導電接點123中的金屬針21以及燈座10的側邊導入到驅動電路模組20內,經過處理由驅動電路模組20頂端的金屬針25傳輸到發光模組40上,使發光模組40對外發光。
本發明的燈具100由於採用金屬針23、25實現驅動電路模組20在燈具100內部的電性連接,解決了現有的導線連接方式導致的耗費較多的人工進行定位及固定的問題,節省了組裝廠商的人力投入。又由於金屬杯34鑲嵌於燈殼30內,所以能把發光模組40發光時產生的熱量快速均勻地傳導到整個燈殼30。又由於燈殼30由散熱性能良好的材料製成,所以能起到快速散熱的效果。

Claims (11)
- 一種燈具,包括燈座、燈殼、驅動電路模組、發光模組,該燈殼套接在該燈座上,該驅動電路模組收容在燈殼與燈座共同形成的內空腔裏,該發光模組搭載在燈殼上,其改良在於:該驅動電路模組包括第一金屬針,該第一金屬針抵接燈座或發光模組中的至少一個而導通電流。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的燈具,其中該驅動電路模組還包括三個用於導通電流的金屬器件。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的燈具,其中該三個用於導通電流的金屬器件為第二金屬針、第三金屬針和金屬扣片。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的燈具,其中該燈座底端中部包括一導電接點,該導電接點與燈座的其他部分絕緣。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的燈具,其中該第一金屬針抵接該燈具的燈座的導電接點,該第二金屬針和第三金屬針抵接發光模組,該金屬扣片抵接燈座的內側邊。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的燈具,其中該燈殼內還鑲嵌有一金屬杯,該金屬杯整體形狀與燈殼相似,其中間由一間隙分成對稱的兩部分。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的燈具,其中該金屬杯由燈殼的頂面貫穿燈殼的內部並延伸至接近其最下端的位置處。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的燈具,其中該燈座的上端凸伸出一承接台,金屬杯的頂面與燈殼的承接台的頂面緊密結合,二者共面。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的燈具,其中該發光模組由螺絲固定在該承接台和該金屬杯頂面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的燈具,其中該燈具還包含一燈罩覆蓋在該發光模組的上端並罩設該發光模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的燈具,其中該發光模組由LED或OLED作為發光光源。
