在此描述之本發明之概念係有關於一種緩衝板及包含其之顯示裝置。

行動裝置通常包含殼體及設置於殼體內以顯示影像之顯示面板。緩衝板係設置於顯示面板及殼體之間。緩衝板一般係為矩形且平坦的。
一或多個實施例可提供一種緩衝板,其包含:緩衝薄膜,係界定出緩衝板之第一表面;及沉積於緩衝薄膜之至少一表面之附著層,附著層界定出緩衝板之第二表面,其中緩衝薄膜及附著層包含相對於第一表面及第二表面傾斜之複數個氣泡排出元件,複數個氣泡排出元件包含貫穿緩衝薄膜及附著層之孔洞,以移除黏附生成之氣泡,孔洞具有於附著層上之第一端及於緩衝薄膜上之第二端;以及各個氣泡排出元件係以穿透角傾斜於緩衝板內,穿透角係為形成於各氣泡排出元件及垂直於緩衝板平面之線間之角度,直線自相應之氣泡排出元件之第一端延伸至緩衝板之第一表面。各個氣泡排出元件可包含貫穿緩衝薄膜及附著層之矩形狹縫。

一或多個實施,可提供一種顯示裝置,其包含用於顯示影像之顯示面板;承接顯示面板之殼體;位於顯示裝置自其輸出顯示面板之光線之一側之視窗元件;以及位於顯示面板及殼體間之緩衝板,緩衝板包含相對之第一表面及第二表面,且複數個氣泡排出元件相對於第一表面及第二表面傾斜,包含貫穿緩衝板之孔洞之複數個氣泡排出元件於相對之第一表面及第二表面間,孔洞之第一端對應至第二表面之位置,且孔洞之第二端對應至第一表面之位置,其中各個孔洞之第一端及第二端未重疊。各個孔洞之第一端及第二端可相對彼此對角線地設置。

參照第1至4圖,根據本發明概念之實施例之顯示裝置包含顯示面板100、用於承接顯示面板100之殼體200、設置於顯示面板100上之視窗元件400以及設置於顯示面板100及殼體200間之緩衝板300。
顯示面板100顯示影像。顯示面板100不限定特定實例。舉例而言,顯示面板100可包含自發光顯示面板,例如有機發光顯示(OLED)面板、電漿顯示面板(PDP)以及相似物。更進一步地,顯示面板100可包含非發光顯示面板,例如液晶顯示(LCD)面板、電泳顯示(EPD)面板、電潤濕顯示(EWD)面板以及相似物。若使用非發光顯示面板作為顯示面板100,顯示裝置可包含供應光至顯示面板100之背光單元。
殼體200承接顯示面板100。第2圖繪示殼體200之實施示例,其包含具有空間或腔體之單一元件,以在其中承接顯示面板100。然而,殼體200可由兩連接元件所形成(未顯示),其一起形成空間或腔體。於實施示例中,將描述由一個元件所形成之殼體200。
殼體200更可承接印刷電路板,其上安裝複數個主動元件(未顯示)及/或複數個被動元件(未顯示)。殼體200更可承接適合於顯示裝置之電供應單元(未顯示)。
緩衝板300設置於顯示面板100及殼體200間,並且能夠吸收顯示面板100承受之外部衝擊。緩衝板300防止外部衝擊直接施加至顯示面板100。舉例而言,緩衝板300可減輕顯示面板100上外部衝擊的影響。
緩衝板300包含能夠吸收外部衝擊之緩衝薄膜301及沉積於緩衝薄膜301的第一及第二相對表面之一或兩者之附著層302。舉例而言,附著層302可沉積於緩衝薄膜301之第一表面,例如,相鄰顯示面板100,以固定緩衝板300至顯示面板100上。此外或視情況地,附著層302可沉積於緩衝薄膜301之第二表面,例如,相鄰殼體200,以固定緩衝板300至殼體200上。緩衝薄膜301可界定出緩衝板300之第一表面300a。附著層302可界定出緩衝板300之相對的第二表面300b。緩衝薄膜301可包含泡綿或泡綿層疊結構,且可具有大約300μm之厚度。
緩衝板300包含複數個氣泡排出元件310。氣泡排出元件310可包含貫穿緩衝板300之孔洞,例如,穿過緩衝薄膜301及附著層302,以允許移除緩衝板300黏附至顯示面板100或殼體200上所生成之氣泡。舉例而言,氣泡可穿透氣泡排出元件310。各個氣泡排出元件310可包含第一端310a及第二端310b。第一端310a可位於附著層302,且第二端310b可位於緩衝薄膜301。各個氣泡排出元件310可包含一狹縫,例如,藉由切割緩衝板300之貫穿部分所形成之矩形孔洞。
各個氣泡排出元件310可以穿透角α設置於緩衝板300內,並可相對於厚度方向傾斜,即緩衝板300之厚度。根據執行情況,各個氣泡排出元件310可相對於緩衝板300之第一表面300a及第二表面300b之平面傾斜,穿透角α可為形成於氣泡排出元件310之一及垂直於緩衝板300平面的直線間之角度,且自氣泡排出元件310之第一端310a延伸至緩衝板300之第一表面300a。各個氣泡排出元件310之穿透角α可大於30度。
各個氣泡排出元件310之穿透角滿足下列方程式:

於此方程式中,W表示狹縫之寬度,且T表示緩衝板300之厚度。舉例而言,T包含緩衝薄膜301之厚度以及附著層302之厚度。
根據執行情況,各個氣泡排出元件310之第一端310a係位於不同位置上,例如,不對齊第二端310b。舉例而言,第一端310a及第二端310b可以不垂直對齊。根據一些實施例,第一端310a及第二端310b不以相對於彼此重疊之狀態設置。根據一些實施例,第一端310a及第二端310b可相對於彼此對角線地設置。因此,其可以防止氣泡排出元件310被顯示裝置之使用者看到。
根據實施例,視窗元件400係設置於顯示裝置自其輸出來自顯示面板100之影像之一側。視窗元件400係連接殼體200,以形成具有殼體200之顯示裝置的外表面。
視窗元件400包含顯示區域AR,在此自顯示面板100生成之影像被顯示出來;及相鄰至少一部分之顯示區域AR之非顯示區域NAR。
非顯示區域NAR不顯示影像。至少一部分之非顯示區域NAR可包含輸入圖標區域NAR-I。當顯示裝置於一特定模式下操作時,輸入圖標區域NAR-I可被激活。
根據實施例,顯示裝置更可包含附著板500,其係設置於顯示面板100及視窗元件400間。附著板500是用來連接視窗元件400至顯示面板100。附著板500可為透明,以防止降低從顯示面板100輸出之影像的亮度。
如上所述,根據實施例,顯示裝置包含氣泡排出元件310,其具有穿透角α且相對於緩衝板300之厚度方向傾斜。因此,氣泡排出元件310可能不會被顯示裝置之使用者看到。
以下,參照第5至6圖,將描述另一實施例。於第5圖與第6圖中,與繪示於第1至4圖中之元件相同的元件以相同的參考符號來標識,且省略對其之描述。將僅討論顯示於第1至4圖之實施例與顯示於第5至6圖之實施例之區別。
第5圖係為根據另一實施例繪示能夠適用於顯示裝置之緩衝板之透視圖。第6圖係為繪示沿著第5圖之直線II-II’之剖視圖。
參照第5及6圖,根據實施例,顯示裝置之緩衝板300包含氣泡排出元件320。氣泡排出元件320可為貫穿緩衝板300之環形貫穿孔,例如,穿過緩衝薄膜301及附著層302。各個氣泡排出元件320可包含第一端320a及第二端320b。第一端320a可位於附著層302,且第二端320b可位於緩衝薄膜301。
各個氣泡排出元件320可以穿透角β設置於緩衝板300內,且可相對於厚度方向傾斜,例如,緩衝板300之厚度。各個氣泡排出元件320可相對於第一表面300a及第二表面300b之平面傾斜。穿透角β可為形成於氣泡排出元件320的其中之一及垂直於緩衝板300的直線間之角度,且自氣泡排出元件320之第一端320a延伸至緩衝板300之第一表面300a。各個氣泡排出元件320之穿透角β最好可大於30度。
各個氣泡排出元件320之穿透角滿足下列方程式:

於此方程式中,D表示貫穿孔之直徑,且T表示緩衝板300之厚度。
如上所述,氣泡排出元件320不會被顯示裝置之使用者看到。
藉由總結和回顧,當緩衝板連接至殼體時,氣泡可能產生於一般行動裝置之殼體中。針對這個原因,緩衝板具有用於排除氣泡之狹縫。然而,狹縫可被行動裝置之使用者看到。
相對地,根據實施例,緩衝板包含形成以穿透其之氣泡排出元件,且用來防止黏附時產生氣泡。氣泡排出元件具有相對於緩衝板之厚度方向傾斜之穿透角。因此,根據實施例,於具有該緩衝板之顯示裝置中,其可以防止氣泡排出元件被使用者看到。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種緩衝板,包含︰
    一緩衝薄膜,係界定出該緩衝板之一第一表面;以及
    一附著層,沈積於該緩衝薄膜之至少一表面上,該附著層係界定出該緩衝板之一第二表面,其中:
    該緩衝薄膜及該附著層包含相對於該第一表面及該第二表面傾斜之複數個氣泡排出元件,該複數個氣泡排出元件包含貫穿該緩衝薄膜及該附著層之多個孔洞,以移除黏著所生成之氣泡,該些孔洞具有於該附著層之一第一端及於該緩衝薄膜之一第二端;以及
    該複數個氣泡排出元件各以一穿透角傾斜於該緩衝板內,該穿透角係為形成於該複數個氣泡排出元件中的相應之一及垂直於該緩衝板平面之一直線間之角度,該直線自相應之該氣泡排出元件之該第一端延伸至該緩衝板之該第一表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之緩衝板,其中該複數個氣泡排出元件各包含貫穿該緩衝薄膜及該附著層之一矩形狹縫。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之緩衝板,其中各該狹縫之該穿透角係由α表示,且滿足下列方程式,

    其中,各該些孔洞之該第一端及該第二端未重疊。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之緩衝板,其中每一該孔洞之該第一端及該第二端係相對彼此對角線地設置。
  9. 一種顯示裝置,包含:
    一顯示面板,顯示一影像;
    一殼體,承接該顯示面板;
    一視窗元件,設置於該顯示裝置自其輸出該顯示面板之光線之一側上;以及
    一緩衝板,設置於該顯示面板及該殼體間,該緩衝板之一第一表面係相鄰該顯示面板,且該緩衝板之一第二相對面係相鄰該殼體,包含貫穿該緩衝板之多個孔洞之各複數個氣泡排出元件位於該些緩衝板之相對之該第一表面及該第二表面間,該些孔洞之一第一端對應至該第二表面之位置,且該些孔洞之一第二端對應至該第一表面之位置,其中
    各該複數個氣泡排出元件以一穿透角傾斜於該緩衝板內,該穿透角係為形成於該些氣泡排出元件中的相應之一及垂直於該緩衝板平面之一直線間之角度,該直線自相應之該氣泡排出元件之該第一端延伸至該緩衝板之該第一表面。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之顯示裝置,其中該緩衝板包含:
    一緩衝薄膜;以及
    一附著層,沈積於該緩衝薄膜之至少一表面上,其中該些氣泡排出元件貫穿該緩衝板及該附著層。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之顯示裝置,其中各該些氣泡排出元件包含貫穿該緩衝薄膜及該附著層之一矩形狹縫,且各該狹縫之該穿透角係由α表示,且滿足下列方程式,

  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之顯示裝置,其中每一該孔洞之該第一端及該第二端係相對彼此對角線地設置。
