Abstract
在為了降低壓縮機之吸氣音的噪音而必須搭載吸氣消音器之現狀下,本發明提供下述之壓縮機作為解決消音器搭載與裝置之小型化之矛盾的技術課題之裝置,該壓縮機特徵在於包含有構成壓縮機之圓筒狀殼體之一部份並且具有形成壓縮機之吸氣口之小孔的第1蓋部、圓筒狀部、及與第1蓋部一同形成小室之第2蓋部;又,於第2蓋部具有用以將空氣吸入至該小室內之吸入噴嘴。
Description
本發明是有關於壓縮機之消音功能及防塵過濾功能,特別是有關於用以將氧濃縮空氣提供給呼吸器官疾病患者等使用者之醫療用氧濃縮裝置、及可實現運轉該醫療用氧濃縮裝置之際特別造成問題之壓縮機噪音之減低的裝置。
近年,為氣喘、肺氣腫、慢性支氣管炎等呼吸系統器官疾病所苦之患者有增加之傾向,其治療法最有效果之一有吸氧療法。此吸氧療法是使患者吸入氧氣或富氧空氣的療法。其供給源已知有氧濃縮裝置、液體氧、氧氣瓶等。從使用時之便利度及保養管理之容易度來看,在居家氧療法中,主流為使用氧濃縮裝置。
氧濃縮裝置是將存在於空氣中之約21%之氧濃縮而供給的裝置。此氧濃縮裝置有使用了使氧選擇性地透過之膜的膜式氧濃縮裝置、使用了可優先吸附氮或氧之壓力變動吸附式氧濃縮裝置,從可獲得90%以上之高濃度氧之優點來看,主要使用壓力變動吸附式氧濃縮裝置。
壓力變動吸附式氧濃縮裝置是藉交互地反覆進行加壓吸附步驟及減壓脫附步驟,可連續地生成高濃度氧氣,該加壓吸附步驟是使填充有5A型、13X型或Li-X型等之沸石分子篩作為可將氮優先於氧選擇吸附之吸附材的吸附筒藉供給業經以壓縮機壓縮之空氣,而在加壓條件下,吸附氮,該減壓脫附步驟是將前述吸附筒內之壓力減至大氣壓或大氣壓以下,清除為吸附材所吸附之氮,而進行吸附材之再生。
此種氧濃縮裝置大多設置於較靠近患者之處,而不論患者飲食時或就寢時,可整日連續使用。因此,從氧濃縮裝置產生之噪音便直接進入患者或患者家人等之耳朵,而有造成不舒服之虞。特別是就寢時等,噪音造成之影響大,妨礙患者或患者家人的睡眼,而擔心也對心理健康造成不良影響。壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置之噪音產生因素有來自壓力變動用壓縮機之固體音、該壓縮機之吸氣音及排氣音、壓縮機驅動用馬達之作動音、吸附地板清除氣流音、機體內冷卻用風扇之作動音等。當中包含壓縮機之固體放射音、壓縮機之吸氣音及排氣音等起因於壓縮機的噪音佔裝置整體之比例大。
如上述,在氧濃縮裝置中,壓縮機之噪音源必須靜穩化。在習知之氧濃縮裝置中,為使壓縮機之吸氣音等氣流音減低,而使用了稱為開洞式或膨脹式之消音器。此外,市場對氧濃縮裝置之小型輕量化之要求亦高,為實現此,消音器之小型化也為必要。舉例言之,在記載於日本
專利公開公報平10-245203號之消音器中,令其形狀為長方體,可消除無效空間,且藉與吸氣過濾器之安裝構件一體化,可謀求省空間化。
而在如上述之開孔式消音器中,具有以下特徵,該特徵是開孔截面積之比越大,排出之音之衰減率便越大,開孔之長度與要減低之音之頻率相關。是故,開孔之物理性之尺寸根據要減低之音之頻帶及衰減率決定,而此為阻礙低噪音之氧濃縮裝置本體之小型輕量化的主要原因之一。
為提高消音器之消音效果並且進行小型輕量化,例如在日本專利公開公報2003-235982號中揭示有一種技術,該技術是組合開孔式消音器及共鳴式消音器,將該等分別設置於無效空間,藉此,可維持小型化,並且亦確保消音化性能。
又,將低頻帶之噪音與高頻帶之噪音分別以不同之原理消音之消音器公開有諸如記載於日本專利公開公報2005-6731號之技術。在此技術中,備有2個用以將高頻帶之噪音及低頻帶之噪音消音之消音器,在前者之消音化,構成使用了吸音材之長流路,進一步,將此消音器內藏於用以減低低頻帶之噪音之開孔式消音器,藉此,實現了消音性能及小型輕量化。然而,用以將低頻帶之噪音消音之開孔式消音器需為如習知般之大小,而仍遺留根本之技術性課題。再者,習知之消音器需與為振動體之壓縮機之吸氣口藉由配管連接,而必須確保用於振動絕緣之構造或空
間,而也有對省空間化之課題。

對最近之氧濃縮裝置,要求更進一步之靜音化性能,並且為作為攜帶用,亦強烈要求小型、輕量化。為實現此要求,消音器本體之性能提高及小型化亦為必要。在為了降低為最大噪音源之壓縮機之吸氣音的噪音而必須搭載吸氣消音器之現狀下,進行了各種消音器之開發,然而,為了減低壓縮機之噪音,要另外搭載消音器在將氧濃縮裝置小型化上,成為矛盾之技術課題。
本發明是提供一種技術,該技術是為了抑制搭載於氧濃縮裝置之壓縮機產生之吸氣噪音,並非搭載消音器,而是謀求壓縮機本身之靜穩化。
本案發明人等發現了關於以下之壓縮機之發明作為此問題之解決方法。
1.一種壓縮機,該壓縮機特徵在於,壓縮機之殼體端部具有小室,該小室包含有構成壓縮機之殼體之一部份並且具有形成壓縮機之原料空位之吸氣口之小孔的第1蓋
部、筒狀部、以及與第1蓋部及筒狀部一同形成小室之第2蓋部;又,具有用以將空氣導入至該小室內之吸氣噴嘴。
2.如上述1記載之壓縮機,其中該小室內具有過濾器,而將該小室分割成壓縮機吸氣口側及吸入噴嘴側。
3.如上述1記載之壓縮機,其中該吸入噴嘴具有100mm以上之長度。
4.如上述1記載之壓縮機,該壓縮機為往復運動式壓縮機,該殼體為圓筒狀曲軸箱。
5.一種氧濃縮裝置,該氧濃縮裝置包含有填充有可將氧優先於氮吸附之吸附材的吸附筒、用以供給該吸附筒之加壓空氣之壓縮機、及流路切換閥,該流路切換閥切換該壓縮機與吸附筒、排氣管之間之流路,以在一定時間點反覆進行吸附步驟與脫附步驟,該吸附步驟是加壓該吸附筒來吸附壓縮空氣中之氮而生成未吸附之氧,該脫附步驟是將該吸附筒減壓排氣而使吸附材再生,又,該氧濃縮裝置搭載有如前述1記載之壓縮機作為該壓縮機。
根據本發明,可提供可維持消音性能且小型輕量化之壓縮機。

就本發明之壓縮機,使用圖式,說明如下。此外,本發明非限於此實施態樣例。
圖1所示之具有1個活塞-汽缸之往復運動式(往復式)壓縮機是將馬達11之旋轉運動經由收容在殼體12內之曲軸部轉換成汽缸13內之活塞之往復運動而可將外部空氣導入汽缸內作為壓縮空氣來供給的裝置。
如圖2之截面示意圖所示,從設在曲軸箱22之吸氣孔26取入之外部空氣經由設在活塞25之吸氣閥27送至汽缸23內作為原料空氣,以活塞25之上下運動壓縮,從汽缸上部之排氣閥28供給作為加壓空氣。雖然因將馬達21之旋轉運動轉換成活塞之往復運動之曲軸部份24及活塞25之汽缸內的往復運動還有吸/排氣閥之動作產生的噪音之大半部份被封進箱內,但由於一部份從用以導入原料空氣之吸氣口漏出至外部,故壓縮機噪音成為問題。
本發明之壓縮機如圖3所示,於殼體之吸氣口側具有小室。具體言之,於圓筒狀曲柄箱32a之前端以具有習知第1吸氣口36a之第1蓋部39a、具有用以取入外部空氣之第2吸氣口36b之第2蓋部39b、延長之筒狀殼體32b形成小室,並於小室內設置過濾器30。
此過濾器30發揮防塵過濾器之作用,例如藉將不織布過濾器設置於此小室內,可防止異物混入壓縮機內。
再者,不需如習知般,於吸氣配管中另外設置吸氣過濾器等,對裝置整體之小型化顯著地起作用。當無法對此防塵過濾器期待消音效果而設置具有消音效果之孔格微小的吸音材時,產生吸氣壓上升等之缺點。
為提高消音效果,不是將第1吸氣口36a與第2吸氣口36b之開口部之配置設於直線狀之位置,而是配置成空氣之流動具有90度之角度,當將第1吸氣口36a設於第1蓋部39a之中央時,第2吸氣口36b設於筒狀部32b之側面。又,小室之口徑為各吸氣口之口徑之5倍以上,較佳為10倍以上,藉此,發揮膨脹式消音功能。
當從第2吸氣口36b直接取入外部空氣時,無法充分抑制壓縮機噪音。如圖4所示,設至少100mm長度之吸氣噴嘴57為重要。當吸氣噴嘴越長,越可呈現噪音減低效果,但當過長時,吸氣壓力則增高,而成為吸氣量減少之原因。從確保必要吸氣量與噪音減低效果之平衡的觀點來看,以採用100mm-150mm之噴嘴長度為佳。
要將壓縮機之殼體本身加工成設圖3所示之具有第1蓋部、第2蓋部之小室,耗費大幅之成本。在本發明中,宜為於圖5所示之殼體末端嵌入內部具有過濾器之蓋體構造體的構造。構造體之原料除了可為鋁等金屬製外,亦可為ABS等耐熱性樹脂製。
具體言之,如於圖5顯示結構構件般,由中央具有第1吸氣口53之第1蓋體51、不織布過濾器55、側面具有連接於吸氣噴嘴57之第2吸氣口54之第2蓋體52構成。第1蓋
體51具有將過濾器55保持在中央之唇口並且具有環狀密封材56。從吸氣噴嘴57取入之原料空氣從第2蓋體52導入,可維持過濾器55之防塵過濾功能,並且可從第1蓋體51之第1吸氣口53供至壓縮機箱內。
第1蓋體之外面具有O形環,藉使第1蓋體嵌合於圓筒狀壓縮機箱之末端,可將蓋體密封於殼體末端,而可簡易、低價地製作本發明之具有具消音功能、防塵功能之小室的壓縮機。
此外,舉了具有1個活塞、汽缸之往復運動式(往復式)壓縮機為例,如圖6般具有2個活塞、汽缸之往復運動式壓縮機亦可以同樣之構想將本發明應用於曲軸箱部。
比較本發明壓縮機之噪音減低效果時,在圖2所示之具有1個活塞、汽缸之習知型往復運動式壓縮機中,顯示55dBA之噪音位準,相對於此,在圖3所示之本案發明之壓縮機中,顯示50dBA之10%之噪音減低效果,再者,在圖4所示之更裝設有100mm之吸氣噴嘴之壓縮機中,顯示47dBA之更進一步之噪音減低效果。
本發明之壓縮機可應用於壓力變動吸附式氧濃縮裝置。氧濃縮裝置具有用以供給加壓空氣之壓縮機、填充有可將氮優先於氧選擇吸附之吸附劑的吸附筒、切換吸附步驟、脫附步驟及均壓步驟等程序之流路切換機構。業經以吸附筒從加壓空氣分離生成之氧濃縮氣體暫時儲存於製品槽後,以調壓閥、流量調整閥調整成預定壓力、預定流量後,從氧取出口使用插管提供給使用者。
從外部取入至裝置內之原料空氣中含有約21%之氧氣、約77%之氮氣、0.8%之氬氣、二氧化碳以外之氣體1.2%。在此裝置中,僅將作為呼吸用氣體必要之氧氣濃縮而取出。
氧濃縮氣體之取出是藉下述方式進行,前述方式是對填充有由可將氮分子優先於氧分子選擇吸附之沸石等構成之吸附劑的吸附筒以供給閥、排氣閥依序切換為對象之吸附筒,並且以壓縮機將原料空氣加壓供給,在吸附筒內選擇吸附去除原料空氣中所含之約77%之氮氣。此吸附劑可使用5A型、13X型、Li-X型等之沸石分子篩等。
此壓縮機可使用圖4所示之具有1個活塞、汽缸之單頭型、圖6所示之具有2個活塞、汽缸之雙頭的往復運動式壓縮機。藉此,可不另外承接吸氣消聲器,而可構成小型且低噪音之氧濃縮裝置。
本發明之壓縮機為壓縮機本身具有吸氣消音功能、吸氣過濾功能並且在維持靜音化下仍輕量小型化之壓縮機,可利用於攜帶式氧濃縮裝置等醫療機器。

Claims (5)
- 一種壓縮機,其特徵在於包含有:第1蓋部,構成壓縮機之圓筒狀殼體之一部份並且具有形成壓縮機之吸氣口之小孔;圓筒狀部;及第2蓋部,與第1蓋部一同形成小室;又,於第2蓋部具有用以將空氣吸入至該小室內之吸入噴嘴。
- 如請求項1之壓縮機,其中該小室內具有過濾器,而將該小室分割成壓縮機吸氣口側及吸入噴嘴側。
- 如請求項1之壓縮機,其中該吸入噴嘴具有100mm以上之長度。
- 如請求項1之壓縮機,該壓縮機為往復運動式壓縮機,該圓筒狀殼體為曲軸箱。
- 一種氧濃縮裝置,包含有:吸附筒,填充有可將氧優先於氮吸附之吸附材;壓縮機,用以供給該吸附筒之加壓空氣;及流路切換閥,切換該壓縮機與吸附筒、排氣管之間之流路,以在一定時間點反覆進行吸附步驟與脫附步驟,該吸附步驟是加壓該吸附筒來吸附壓縮空氣中之氮而生成未吸附之氧,該脫附步驟是將該吸附筒減壓排氣而使吸附材再生;又,該壓縮機是如前述請求項1記載之壓縮機。
