Abstract

The present invention provides a rocker arm device with variable lift, which is disposed within an engine and comprises a shaft, a first rocker arm pivoted on the shaft, a second rocker arm pivoted on the shaft adjacent to the first rocker arm, a first roller unit disposed on the first rocker arm, a second roller unit disposed on the second rocker arm, and a joining pin slidably disposed within the first roller unit. The first rocker arm comprises a first lever portion and a first shaft hole penetrating the first lever portion. The second rocker arm comprises a second lever portion and a second shaft hole penetrating the second lever portion. During the assembly, the support members within the first roller and the second roller may be respectively retreated from the first shaft hole and the second shaft hole penetrating the first rocker arm and the second rocker arm for convenience of assembly.
