Abstract
The present invention provides a horizontal type hydraulic variable blade power generator. The power generator comprises: a main body, multiple variable blade members, and a shaft having one end fixed to the main body. The variable blade members are disposed in a radial shape and arranged at intervals for being fixed to the outside of the main body. Each of the variable blade members has a bar. One end of the bar is fixed to the main body. A connecting component is configured at the other end of the bar. Moreover, a blade is pivotally configured at the connecting component. The blade is equipped with two corresponding surfaces. One surface faces the bar while the other surface serves as water facing surface. At least one reinforcing rib is configured in between the bar and the main body. The horizontal type hydraulic variable blade power generator can be horizontally disposed in flowing water, a river, and/or a ditch. The design of the power generator increases the installation locations. Moreover, the power generator still can be driven effectively with a small amount of water for providing an excellent power generating efficiency.
