Abstract

A universal serial bus connector assembly comprises a plug connector and a docking connector. The plug connector mainly comprises a conductive clamping member which comprises a clamping member main body, an abutting portion and two clamping portions. The abutting portion passes through a docking space of the insulating main body. The docking connector has a docking tongue portion, a plurality of transmission terminals and a ground member. The ground member is exposed from the docking tongue portion and corresponds to the abutting portion. With the docking connector is docketed with the connector to allow the docking tongue portion to be inserted into the docking space, the transmission terminals correspondingly contact a terminal set, and the ground member electrically contacts the abutting portion and the two clamping portions.
