Abstract

The invention relates to a monitoring system of solar cell array and its monitoring method. The monitoring system includes a plurality of electrical property monitoring boxes and a cloud server. Each electrical property monitoring box has an electrical property monitoring module and a communication module, wherein each electrical property monitoring module is electrically connected with the communication module and one solar cell of the solar cell array. In the initial operation, each electrical property monitoring module records electrical property information of its corresponding solar cell, and transmits a plurality of electrical property information to the cloud server via the communication module. When abnormal electrical property information is encountered, the cloud server transmits a diagnostic instruction to the electrical property monitoring module of the corresponding solar cell, so as to use the electrical property monitoring circuit to diagnose and evaluate the lifetime and strategy of each abnormal solar cell thereby achieving the purpose of conveniently maintaining the solar cell array.
