Abstract
本發明係提供一種儲藏時之穩定性優異的表面處理液,且其係一種由其生成的處理塗膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性、與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性、熱潤滑性以及熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性優異的表面處理鋼板。本發明係有關於一種熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,包含ZnO水分散液(A)及水分散性有機樹脂(B),其中前述ZnO水分散液(A)包含水及粒徑為50~300nm之ZnO粒子,且前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)具有5~45mgKOH/g之酸值及5~300nm之乳膠粒徑,並且前述ZnO水分散液中的ZnO粒子之質量(WA)與前述水分散性有機樹脂的固形部分之質量(WB)之質量比(WA/WB)為30/70~95/5。
Description
本發明係有關於一種膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性、與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性優異的表面處理液。
近年來,為了環境保護及防止地球暖化,已提高了抑制化學燃料消費之需求,但此需求會對各種製造業造成影響。舉例而言,對於作為移動方式而在每日生活或活動中所不可缺乏的汽車亦無例外,其係要求藉由車體輕量化等來達到燃油效率的提升等。但在汽車方面,單純地實現車體之輕量化在製品品質上是不被允許的,而仍必須確保適當的安全性。
汽車之構造大多由鐵(特別是鋼板)來形成,減低此鋼板之質量對車體之輕量化而言係十分重要。但如上所述,單純降低鋼板之質量是不被允許的,而仍要求要確保鋼板之機械強度。如此對於鋼板的必要條件,不僅是在汽車製造業,在各種的製造業亦相同。
因此,現已在針對如下鋼板進行研究開發:該鋼板可藉由提高鋼板之機械強度而使得即便將至今使用的鋼
板做得更薄,仍能維持或更為提高其機械強度。
一般而言,具有高機械強度之材料,在彎曲加工等成形加工中多會有定形性低的情況,因此在加工成複雜的形狀時,加工本身會變得很困難。作為解決此關於成形性問題的手段之一,係所謂的「熱壓製方法(亦稱為熱壓印法、熱加壓法、模具淬火法)」。
在熱壓製方法中,係暫且於高溫加熱成形對象之材料而使其軟化,並在壓製加工後冷卻。若依據此熱壓製方法,由於將材料暫且於高溫加熱而使其軟化,因此可輕易地以模具壓製加工,並且藉由與成形後之模具的接觸冷卻而進行淬火,來提高材料之機械強度。因此,藉由熱壓製,可得到兼得良好定形性及高機械強度之成形品。
然而,在將熱壓製方法適用在鋼板時,舉例而言,由於鋼板被加熱至800℃以上之高溫,鋼板表面的鐵會氧化而產生鏽皮(氧化物)。因此,在熱壓製之後,必須要有去除鏽皮的程序(除鏽程序),故會減少生產性。又,在必須有耐蝕性的部材之情況下,加工後必須對部材表面施以防鏽處理或金屬被覆,因此必須進一步有表面清潔程序或表面處理程序,而會減少生產性。
作為抑制如此生產性減少的方法,係有預先對鋼板施加被覆的方法。一般而言,可使用有機系材料、無機系材料等各種材料來作為通常的鋼板被覆材料。其中,從抗蝕性能及生產技術的觀點來看,尤以對鋼板具有犠牲抗蝕作用之鋅系鍍敷鋼板係廣為使用於汽車鋼板等。
然而,由於熱壓製中的加熱溫度(700~1000℃)比有機系材料之分解溫度、Zn系等金屬材料之熔點、沸點更高,因此在熱壓製時被加熱時,鋼板表面之鍍敷層會熔融、蒸發,而會有表面性狀顯著劣化的情形。
因此,作為施加熱壓製之鋼板,係多使用例如施以包含相較於有機系材料之被覆、Zn系金屬被覆熔點、沸點更高的Al之金屬被覆的鋼板(所謂的Al鍍敷鋼板)。
若對鋼板施加包含Al之金屬被覆,可防止在鋼板表面生成鏽皮,而不需要除鏽程序等程序,故可提升生產性。又,包含Al之金屬被覆亦具有防鏽效果,故亦可提升塗裝後之耐蝕性。
專利文獻1中揭示了一種使用纖鋅礦(wurtzite)型之化合物(ZnO)來被覆Al鍍敷鋼板之表面,來改善熱潤滑性及熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性(化學轉化膜形成性)的技術。此技術對熱潤滑性之提升有效,且在熱壓製加工後之化學轉化處理性亦優異,亦可提升塗裝後耐蝕性。
然而,專利文獻1中係使用水溶性樹脂、矽烷偶合劑等來作為纖鋅礦型之化合物ZnO粒子之黏結劑,因此該膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性差,且其與Al鍍敷鋼板之黏著性亦不足。因此,ZnO膜脫落的部位無法穩定地表現熱潤滑性或熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性。除此之外,由於處理液中ZnO粒子之穩定性不足,故ZnO粒子會容易凝聚、沉澱而減少生產性。

如前所述,經施以高熔點Al鍍敷之鍍敷鋼板(Al鍍敷鋼板)被視為有希望作為要求有耐蝕性之汽車用鋼板,而已有人提案了以下技術:藉由使用身為纖鋅礦型化合物之ZnO粒子及水溶性樹脂來被覆Al鍍敷鋼板之表面,可改善熱潤滑性及熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性之技術。但,由於水溶性樹脂無法得到作為黏結劑的充分性能,因此不僅膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性不佳,亦無法得到對ZnO膜之鍍敷鋼板之黏著性,結果在實際上無法穩定地表現熱潤滑性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性。又,在將矽烷偶合劑作為黏結劑使用時,由於二氧化矽會在加熱後殘存,而會阻礙塗裝時的化學轉化處理性,因此無法得到塗裝後耐蝕性。
因此,本發明有鑑於前述課題,而將下述者作為課題:藉由在鍍敷鋼板中使膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性、與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性提升,來確保穩定的熱壓製時之成形性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性,且將提供可解決該課題之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液作為目的。
本發明人為了解決前述課題而全心研究,結果發現到使用特定的含有ZnO水分散液及水分散性有機樹脂之表面處理液,並使以特定質量比含有ZnO粒子及水分散性有機樹脂的表面處理膜形成於鍍敷鋼板的表面上,可提升膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性及與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性,而確保穩定的熱潤滑性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性。亦即,本發明之要旨係如下所述。
(1)一種熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,包含有:ZnO水分散液(A)及水分散性有機樹脂(B),其中前述ZnO水分散液(A)包含水及平均粒徑為10~300nm之ZnO粒子,前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)具有5~300nm之乳膠平均粒徑,並且前述ZnO水分散液中的ZnO粒子之質量(WA),與前述水分散性有機樹脂的固形部分之質量(WB)的質量比(WA/WB)為30/70~95/5。
(2)如第(1)項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)係選自於由以下所構成之群組的1種或2種以上之樹脂:水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水分散性環氧樹脂、水分散性丙烯酸樹脂、水分散性聚酯樹脂。
(3)如第(1)或(2)項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)之數平均分子
量在10000以上。
(4)如第(1)至(3)項中任一項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)具有5~45mgKOH/g之酸值,且係選自於由以下所構成之群組的1種或2種以上之樹脂:水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水分散性丙烯酸樹脂、水分散性聚酯樹脂。
(5)如第(1)至(4)項中任一項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其包含選自於以下化合物之至少1種的添加劑(C):包含選自於由B、Mg、Si、Ca、Ti、V、Zr、W、Ce所構成之群組的元素之化合物。
(6)如第(5)項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO水分散液中的前述ZnO粒子之質量(WA),與前述添加劑(C)之質量(WC)的質量比(WC/WA)為0.05~0.6。
(7)如第(1)至(6)項中任一項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO粒子之縱橫比(長徑/短徑)為1~2.8。
(8)如第(1)至(7)項中任一項所記載的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO水分散液(A)包含陰離子系分散劑及非離子系分散劑中任一者或兩者。
根據本發明,可提供包含ZnO水分散液及水分散性有機樹脂且儲藏時之穩定性優異的特定表面處理液。又,使用此表面處理膜,可確保膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性及
與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性,而穩定地得到熱潤滑性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性優異的鍍敷鋼板。

<鍍敷鋼板>
可使用本發明表面處理液的鋼板係鍍敷鋼板,例如在鋼板單面或兩面上形成有至少含有Al之鍍敷層的鋼板。
(鋼板)
鋼板較佳係在熱壓製後具有所欲機械性特性(意指拉伸強度、降伏點、延伸、壓擠、硬度、衝撃值、疲勞強度、潛變強度等關於機械性變形及破壞的諸特性。)的鋼板。前述鋼板,例如以質量%計含有C:0.1~0.4%、Si:0.01~0.6%、Mn:0.5~3%、Ti:0.01~0.1%及B:0.0001~0.1%中至少1者以上,且含有剩餘部分Fe及不可避的雜質而成者。熱壓製係指例如在900℃大氣中將鋼板升溫至900℃之後保持1分鐘,並夾於模具中來進行急速冷卻之意。
(鍍敷層)
鍍敷鋼板之鍍敷層,如前所述,係被形成於鋼板之單面或兩面上。鍍敷層雖可藉由例如熔融鍍敷法來形成,但鍍敷層之形成方法並不限定於熔融鍍敷法。鍍敷層之形成的目的,是為了在熱壓製之加熱時,防止在鋼板表面上形
成鏽皮(鐵的氧化物),因此鍍敷層較佳係形成在鋼板之兩面上。
鍍敷層只要至少含有Al即可,鍍敷層中之Al的含量至少係成為10質量%,且典型係成為80質量%以上。Al以外之成分雖無特別限定,但亦可基於以下理由來添加Si。
Si係在熔融鍍敷時抑制Fe-Al合金層生成的元素。當包含Al之鍍敷層中的Si添加量小於3質量%時,熔融鍍敷時Fe-Al合金層會成長得很厚,並且在加工時會助長鍍敷層破裂,而會有損及耐蝕性之可能性。又,若Si添加量大於15質量%,包含Al之鍍敷層之加工性、耐蝕性等會減少。因此,包含Al之鍍敷層中的Si添加量係以3~15質量%為佳。
前述成分組成之包含Al之鍍敷層可防止熱壓製前的輸送中、熱壓製後的輸送中、作為汽車部件使用時的鋼板之腐蝕。又,在熱壓製時的加熱之際,可防止在鋼板表面生成鏽皮(鐵的氧化物)。此等效果在鍍敷層中Al的含量在10質量%以上時可獲得,且更佳是在80質量%以上時可獲得。
藉由在鋼板之單面或兩面上存在有包含Al之鍍敷層,可省略或者簡略化熱壓製後的鏽皮去除程序、表面清潔程序、表面處理程序等,而可提升生產性。又,由於相較於藉由有機系材料形成的被覆、藉由其他金屬系材料(例如Zn系材料)形成的被覆,包含Al之鍍敷層之熔點、沸點更高,因此在熱壓製時可進行高溫下的加工。
包含Al之鍍敷層所含有的Al之一部分會在熔融鍍敷時、熱壓製時等,與鋼板中之Fe進行合金化。藉此,該鍍敷層之成分組成並非必定會以一定的單一層來形成,而會成為含有部分合金化之層(合金層)者。
<表面處理液>
本發明之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液為:含有使平均粒徑為10~300nm之ZnO粒子分散於水中而成的ZnO水分散液(A)、乳膠平均粒徑為5~300nm之水分散性有機樹脂(B),且前述ZnO水分散液中的ZnO粒子之質量(WA)與前述水分散性有機樹脂的固形部分之質量(WB)的質量比(WA/WB)為30/70~95/5之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液。
於此言及的質量比(WA/WB)可藉由例如採取預定量(質量W)表面處理液,在大氣中900℃進行加熱以使水分蒸發,由於燃燒水分散性有機樹脂,令殘存的ZnO量為WA,並從W-WA算出WB,藉此求得(WA/WB)。
(ZnO水分散液(A))
本發明所使用的ZnO水分散液(A)所含有的ZnO粒子之平均粒徑為10~300nm。考慮到在ZnO水分散液(A)中ZnO粒子會部分凝聚。因此,於此所述的平均粒徑係亦包含了凝聚粒子之平均粒徑。若ZnO粒子之平均粒徑大於300nm時會沉澱,而會變得容易發生結塊,因此無法確保表面處理液之儲藏穩定性。又,當ZnO粒子之平均粒徑小於10nm未滿時會變得容易發生凝聚,會隨著時間沉澱而變得無法確保表面處理液之儲藏穩定性。此時,為了分散穩定化而變得
需要大量地摻合分散劑,而較不適宜。
ZnO水分散液中的ZnO粒子之平均粒徑可藉由例如動態光散射式粒度分布測量裝置(Microtrac UPA-EX150,日機裝股份有限公司製)來測量。或者,以場效發射式掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)觀察將表面處理液塗布於鍍敷鋼板之表面上並乾燥而得之膜表面,測量100個以上之ZnO粒子之長徑及短徑,並從其平均值求得之方法,或者,藉由以穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)觀察將表面處理液塗布於鍍敷鋼板之表面上並乾燥而得之膜表面的截面之方法,亦可同樣地求得。
本發明所使用的ZnO水分散液(A)所含有的ZnO粒子之縱橫比(長徑/短徑)係以1~2.8為佳。若縱橫比大於2.8會無法得到良好的熱潤滑性。當縱橫比為1~2.8時,ZnO粒子之形狀會十分接近球狀,且粒子表面之平坦度低,因而使得熱壓製時的接觸面積變小且摩擦係數變小而使得熱潤滑性優異。
ZnO粒子之縱橫比可以場效發射式掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)觀察將表面處理液塗布於鍍敷鋼板之表面上並乾燥而得之膜表面,測量100個以上之ZnO粒子之長徑及短徑,並從其平均值求得。或者,以穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)觀察將表面處理液塗布於鍍敷鋼板之表面上並乾燥而得之膜表面的截面,亦可同樣地求得。
為了確保表面處理液之儲藏穩定性,ZnO水分散液之分散劑較佳係添加陰離子系分散劑及非離子系分散劑
中任一者或兩者。若使用陽離子系之分散劑則會在與水分散性有機樹脂混合時無法確保作為處理液之穩定性。可使用的陰離子系分散劑之範例可列舉萘磺酸銨、萘磺酸鈉、聚丙烯酸銨、聚丙烯酸鈉等。可使用的非離子系分散劑之範例可列舉聚氧基伸乙基萘基醚、聚氧基伸乙基烷基醚等。
(水分散性有機樹脂(B))
自本發明所使用的水分散性有機樹脂(B)得到的膜在耐水性、耐溶劑性上優異,並且會成為ZnO粒子之黏結劑成分,而使得與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性提升。於此「水分散性有機樹脂」係指乳膠平均粒徑在5nm以上之有機樹脂的水分散體。平均粒徑(中間徑)可以例如動態光散射式粒度分布測量裝置(Microtrac UPA-EX150,日機裝股份有限公司製)來測量。
再者,以例如聚丙烯酸、聚乙烯醇等作為代表之水溶性樹脂、以矽烷偶合劑之水解物等作為代表之水溶性的高分子前驅物等,由於不會形成乳膠,因此並非「水分散性有機樹脂」。
水分散性有機樹脂(B)之數平均分子量係以在10000以上為佳。若水分散性樹脂(B)之數平均分子量在10000以上,則在形成膜時的屏蔽性會提高而使氧不穿透性、水蒸氣不穿透性提升,更會易於得到對水、溶劑等之耐性。數平均分子量可藉由膠透層析法(GPC)等來測量。
水分散性有機樹脂(B)之酸值係以5~45mgKOH/g為佳,且以10~25mgKOH/g之範圍更佳。當水分散性有機樹
脂(B)之酸值小於5mgKOH/g時,對水的親和性會變低,而變得難以作為乳膠而分散於液中,因此淨是會無法確保充分的液穩定性,亦無法得到與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性。若酸值大於45mgKOH/g,則身為親水基之陰離子基會變得過剩而在做成膜之後變得容易引入水,而使得耐水性變得不足,而無法得到ZnO粒子與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性。若酸值為5~45mgKOH/g,可確保作為處理液之儲藏穩定性,且可兼得做成膜之後的耐水性。
酸值之測量方法係遵循JIS K0070-1992來測量。將樣品溶解於甲基乙基酮,製作添加酚酜(phenolphthalein)溶液之樣品溶液。以0.1N氫氧化鉀乙醇溶液滴定樣品溶液而從終點計算出酸值。又,滴定僅有甲基乙基酮之樣品溶液來作為空白試樣值。酸值係藉由式1計算出。

若水分散性有機樹脂之乳膠平均粒徑小於5nm,則常常會使構成乳膠之有機樹脂的酸值過高且/或分子量過低,則會使作為膜之屏蔽性、對水、溶劑等之耐性變低,而使得耐水性、耐溶劑性變得不足而無法得到ZnO粒子與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性,因此不適合作為本案之水分散性有機樹脂(B)。另一方面,若乳膠平均粒徑大於300nm,則會發生造膜不良,而成為具凹凸之不均勻膜,故無法得到充分的耐水性、耐溶劑性。又,由於乳膠粒子變得比ZnO粒子更大,在塗布並乾燥表面處理液的過程中,會阻礙ZnO
粒子之均勻塗布性,ZnO粒子會成為不均勻的膜,而會有無法穩定得到熱壓製時之成形性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性的情況。
(固形部分質量比(WA/WB))
在本發明之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液中,相對於表面處理液之全固形部分,所使用的ZnO粒子之質量係30質量%~95質量%,且較佳為35質量%~80質量%。又,相對於表面處理液之全固形部分,所使用的水分散性有機樹脂之質量作為樹脂固形部分為5質量%~70質量%,且較佳為20質量%~65質量%。
再者,固形部分係指構成膜之固形成分之意,不包括溶劑等。
ZnO粒子之固形部分質量(WA)與水分散性有機樹脂之固形部分質量(WB)的質量比(WA/WB)為30/70~95/5。
若質量比(WA/WB)小於30/70,則膜內水分散性有機樹脂的固形部分所占的比例會變多,因此在加熱後會在鍍敷鋼板板上殘存樹脂,使得化學轉化處理性變得不足,因而無法得到塗裝後耐蝕性。另一方面,若(WA/WB)大於95/5,則水分散性樹脂之黏結劑效果會變得不足,ZnO粒子與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性會變得不足,ZnO粒子會脫落,而無法穩定地表現熱潤滑性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性。
前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)若具有5~300nm之乳膠平均粒徑,則其種類並無特別限定,但其具體例可列舉
水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水分散性環氧樹脂、水分散性丙烯酸樹脂、水分散性聚酯樹脂。
水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂之種類只要是將非水溶性的聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂分散於水中而得者就無特別限定,可使用一分子內具有2個以上異氰酸酯基之二異氰酸酯或聚異氰酸酯,與一分子內具有2個以上羥基之二醇或多元醇之縮合聚合物等一般的聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂之水分散體。分散方法可使用利用界面活性劑、水溶性高分子等分散劑進行水分散化而得之強制乳化型,及在構造中含有親水基之自乳化型之任一者。
水分散性環氧樹脂之種類只要是將非水溶性的環氧樹脂分散於水中而得者就無特別限定,例如可使用單核多價酚化合物之聚去水甘油基醚化合物、多核多價酚化合物之聚去水甘油基醚化合物、多元醇類之聚去水甘油基醚等水分散體。再者,亦可將環氧樹脂中的一部分進行乙烯基改質、丙烯醯基改質、磷酸改質、異氰酸酯改質、胺改質、矽基改質。分散方法可使用利用界面活性劑、水溶性高分子等分散劑進行水分散化而得之強制乳化型,及在構造中含有親水基之自乳化型之任一者。
水分散性丙烯酸樹脂之種類只要是將非水溶性的丙烯酸系樹脂分散於水中而得者就無特別限定,且藉由何種聚合方法得到者皆可。可舉例如,藉由在聚合起始劑及乳化劑的存在下聚合之乳化聚合、溶液聚合、核殼型之晶種聚合等而得到的水分散性之丙烯酸系單體的單獨聚合
物或共聚物。
水分散性聚酯樹脂之種類只要是將非水溶性的聚酯樹脂分散於水中而得者就無特別限定,可舉例如:順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、伊康酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、辛二酸、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、二聚酸、三聚酸、間苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸、偏苯三甲酸、均苯三甲酸、苯均四酸、萘二羧酸等多元酸,與乙二醇、二乙二醇、三羥甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、1,4-環己烷二甲醇(1,4-CHDM)、聚合物多元醇、聚己內酯多元醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚丁二烯多元醇、新戊二醇、甲基戊二醇等多元醇之縮合樹脂的水分散體等。
(耐蝕性提升添加劑(C))
本發明所使用的耐蝕性提升添加劑(C)係選自於以下化合物之至少1種:包含選自於B、Mg、Si、Ca、Ti、V、Zr、W、Ce之元素的化合物,且可使塗裝後耐蝕性進一步提升。耐蝕性提升添加劑(C)之含量,相對於表面處理液中的ZnO粒子之質量較佳為5質量%~60質量%,且更佳為5質量%~20質量%之範圍。當小於5質量%時,會無法充分獲得熱壓製後的塗裝後耐蝕性之提升效果,若大於60質量%,則由於添加劑(C)會抑制對ZnO粒子之酸的蝕刻效果,並且對添加劑(C)之酸的蝕刻效果不足,在化學轉化處理時會抑制必要的酸成分所造成的蝕刻,而使得熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性變得不足,反而會有塗裝後耐蝕性減少的情況。
再者,如一般所知,磷酸鋅膜處理等化學轉化處理,是在使酸性的化學轉化處理液與金屬等基材接觸而進行蝕
刻時,藉由接觸面附近的化學轉化處理液之pH上升而形成膜。因此,當前述蝕刻效果低時,化學轉化處理性會有減少的傾向。
耐蝕性提升添加劑(C)可舉例如:硼酸、硼酸鋅、磷酸銨鎂、磷酸氫鎂、氧化鎂、乙醯丙酮鎂、檸檬酸鎂、矽酸鎂、膠體二氧化矽、矽酸鈉、矽酸鋰、矽酸鉀、3-環氧丙氧基氧基三甲氧基矽烷、3-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧矽烷、3-胺基丙基三乙氧矽烷、N-2-(胺基乙基)-3-胺基丙基三甲氧矽烷、氧化鈣、磷酸鈣、氧化鈦、鈦氟化氫酸、鈦氟化銨、二異丙氧鈦雙(乙醯丙酮)鹽、二異丙氧鈦雙(三乙醇胺化物(triethanol aminate))、偏釩酸銨、氟化釩、磷酸氧釩、草酸釩、氧基乙醯丙酮釩、氧基三異丙氧化釩、氧化鋯、氟鋯酸、氟鋯酸銨、鎢酸銨、鎢酸鈉、硝酸鈰、氧化鈰等。
(pH)
本發明之表面處理液之pH係以6~12為佳,且以8~11更佳。若pH在此範圍,則表面處理液之儲藏穩定性亦會良好。若pH過低或過高,則會無法得到表面處理液之儲藏穩定性。
用於調整pH之pH調整劑可使用迄今眾所皆知者。可舉例如:磷酸、氟化氫酸、硝酸、甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、乙醇酸、磺酸、檸檬酸、酒石酸、氨、氫氧化鈉、單乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二胺等。
(溶劑)
本發明之表面處理液之溶劑雖使用水,但因應膜之乾燥性改善等需要,亦可為添加有醇、酮、賽路蘇系之水溶
性有機溶劑的水性溶劑。
本發明之表面處理液中的溶劑量雖無特別限定,但相對於處理液總質量,係以30質量%~99質量%為佳,且以50質量%~90質量%更佳。
(其他添加劑)
在不損及本發明之宗旨及膜性能之範圍內,可在本發明之表面處理液中添加蠟、顏料、界面活性劑、消泡劑、調平劑、增黏劑等添加劑。
(表面處理液之製備方法)
本發明之表面處理液之製備方法並無特別限定,而可藉由眾所皆知的方法來製造。例如,可藉由在ZnO水分散液(A)中添加預定量的水分散性有機樹脂(B)並混合、攪拌來製造。
說明經使用本發明之表面處理液來處理的鋼板之較佳態様。
<具有表面處理膜之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板>
具有本發明之表面處理膜的前述熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的ZnO附著量,令其為Zn時在每個單面係以0.3~2g/m2為佳,且以0.5~1.5g/m2更佳。ZnO附著量令其為Zn時若小於0.3g/m2,則無法得到熱壓製時之潤滑性,即便大於2g/m2,亦不會進一步提升熱壓製時之潤滑性,反而會減少點熔接性。
(熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板之製造方法)
具有本發明之表面處理膜的熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板之製造
方法係包含下列步驟的製造方法:將本發明之表面處理液塗布於包含Al之鍍敷鋼板的表面上之塗布步驟;加熱乾燥塗布於該鍍敷鋼板的表面上之表面處理液而得到膜之加熱乾燥步驟。再者,在將本發明之表面處理液塗布於包含Al之鍍敷鋼板之前,亦可進行以去除油分、污垢為目的之前處理。前處理並無特別限定,可舉例如熱水洗滌法、溶劑洗淨、鹼脫脂洗淨等。
前述塗布步驟中的塗布方法並無特別限定。可舉例如,一般使用的輥塗布、淋塗布、空氣噴塗、無空氣噴塗、簾幕流塗法、刷毛塗布、浸漬等。
前述加熱乾燥步驟中的加熱乾燥方法可列舉乾燥機、熱風爐、高頻誘導加熱爐、紅外線爐等。加熱乾燥步驟中的加熱乾燥溫度係以最高到達板溫度為50~200℃為佳,且以60~150℃更佳。若最高到達板溫度在此範圍內,水分蒸發速度快而使乾燥效率更為良好。
若依據本發明,藉由在鍍敷鋼板之表面上形成含有ZnO粒子之特定表面處理膜,可得到耐水性、耐溶劑性、與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性、熱潤滑性以及熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性及塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性優異的鋼板。其理由雖不一定明瞭,但推測是因為如下述般的作用效果。
自水分散性有機樹脂得到的膜之耐水性、耐溶劑性、與鍍敷鋼板之黏著性係取決於有機樹脂之分子量、酸值。若水分散性有機樹脂之平均粒徑在5nm以上,由於有機樹脂之數平均分子量大於10000,會使得對水或溶劑之耐性
變高,而成為強韌的膜。又,認為水分散性有機樹脂之酸值不僅會表現對水的親和性,亦會因與ZnO粒子、鍍敷表面等之相互作用而表現黏著性。
含有ZnO粒子之表面處理膜可實現高潤滑性之理由,被認為是因為ZnO之結晶構造會成為相較於其他物質更接近球狀的粒子,而對於壓製加工時使用的模具摩擦抵抗較小等。又,認為是ZnO之熔點很高(約1975℃),即便在熱壓製中的高溫下(約800℃以上)亦不會熔融等。
藉由在包含Al之鍍敷鋼板上具有ZnO粒子而可使化學轉化處理膜良好地析出的理由,被認為是使對酸的反應性變化。化學轉化處理反應係藉由酸所造成之對素材的蝕刻而使素材界面之pH上升而析出化學轉化處理膜之反應,但推測當在800℃以上加熱包含Al之鍍敷鋼板時,鍍敷表面會成為對酸極為非活性的Al-Fe合金層,化學轉化處理反應會變得難以發生。另一方面,當具有含ZnO粒子之膜時,加熱後之鍍敷表面會成為Al-Zn之氧化物層,藉此可以化學轉化處理來蝕刻素材,故使得化學轉化處理膜可良好地析出,而可表現電沉積後之耐蝕性。
以下雖舉出實施例來說明本發明,但本發明當不受該等實施例所限定。
(1)供試驗材
將具有表1所示的鋼成分之鋼帶經由一般的熱軋、酸洗、冷軋程序而將板厚調整成1.4mm後,於無氧化爐型之
連續熔融鍍敷生產線中進行Al鍍敷。此時的Al鍍敷浴含有9%之Si、2%之Fe。附著量係調整成單面40g/m2。
(2)前處理(洗淨)
試驗板之製作方法首先係使用日本PARKERIZING(股)製PARCLEAN N364S來處理前述供試驗板之表面,去除表面的油分、污垢等。接著,以自來水進行水洗而確認金屬材料表面100%以水濕潤之後,再使純水(去離子水)於其上流動,將以70℃環境氣體之烘箱乾燥水分而成者作為試驗片使用。
(3)ZnO水分散液之製造方法
於珠磨機中,在初期粒徑500nm之氧化鋅粉末300g及分散劑30g中投入水670g,並使用直徑0.3mm之氧化鋯珠粒進行分散至成為預定的平均粒徑為止。粒度分布係以動態光散射式粒度分布測量裝置(Microtrac UPA-EX150,日機裝股份有限公司製)測量,且令中間徑(d50)為氧化鋅之平均粒徑。

丙烯酸樹脂A之合成方法
使用甲基丙烯酸甲酯72份、丙烯酸丁酯27份、甲基丙烯酸1份作為單體組成。合成方法係於以6:4混合反應性非離子性乳化劑及聚氧基伸乙基辛基苯基醚(HLB17.9)而成的10質量%乳化劑水溶液100份中,混合前述單體,使用均質機,以5000rpm進行乳化10分鐘,而得到單體乳化液。接著,於具有攪拌機、回流冷卻器、溫度計及單體供給泵之四頸燒瓶中,添加前述乳化劑水溶液150份,保持在40~50℃,將過硫酸銨之5質量%水溶液(50份)及前述單體乳化液分別收集於滴液漏斗,使其裝設在燒瓶的其他頸部,耗費約2小時進行滴液,將溫度升溫至60℃並攪拌約1小時。一邊攪拌一邊冷卻至室溫,而得到丙烯酸樹脂A之水分散液。此丙烯酸樹脂呈現陰離子性。
丙烯酸樹脂B~G之合成方法
藉由與丙烯酸樹脂A相同之合成方法,以表2所示的單體組成得到丙烯酸樹脂B~G之水分散液。
(水分散性聚酯樹脂)
聚酯樹脂A之合成方法
以下述方法合成藉由乙二醇3.2份及新戊二醇30.9份所構成的醇成分,與間苯二甲酸16.5份、對苯二甲酸38.2份、己二酸7.8份及偏苯三甲酸酐3.4份所構成的酸成分之縮合反應而得之陰離子性聚酯樹脂。在裝設有克萊森管(Claisen tube)及空氣冷卻器之1000mL之圓底燒瓶中,加入全酸成分及全醇成分及催化劑(乙酸鈣0.25g、N-丁基鈦酸酯0.1g),將系統內進行氮取代,並加熱至180℃而使內容物融解。然後,將浴溫提升至200℃,加熱攪拌約2小時,而使酯化或酯交換反應進行。
接著,將浴溫提升至260℃,在約15分後將系統內減壓至0.5mmHg,使其反應(聚縮合反應)約3小時。反應結束後,在氮導入下進行放置冷卻,並取出內容物。在經取出的內容物中使其最終pH成為6~7之適當量的氨水,於熱壓爐中在100℃下加熱攪拌2小時,而得到水分散性的聚酯樹脂。
聚酯樹脂B~G之合成方法
藉由與聚酯樹脂A相同之合成方法,以表3所示之單體
組成來得到聚酯樹脂B~G之水分散液。

(5)表面處理液之組成
以使各成分成為表4所示的組成比(質量比(WA/WB))的方式,在水中混合ZnO水分散液與水分散性有機樹脂,而得到表面處理液。又,以動態光散射式粒度分布測量裝置(Microtrac UPA-EX150,日機裝股份有限公司製)測量水分散性有機樹脂之平均粒徑(中間徑)而得之結果係示於表4。
(6)處理方法
在經進行前處理之試驗板的單面上藉由輥塗布器塗布表面處理液,並加熱乾燥,而得到表面處理膜。所形成的表面處理膜之ZnO附著量(令其為Zn時之值)及加熱溫度(PMT:最高到達板溫度)示於表4。藉由以下方法評定所得
到的表面處理鋼板。

耐水性
將表面處理鋼板置於溫度50℃、濕度98%之恆溫恆濕槽72小時,以XRF測量試驗前後之ZnO粒子之殘存率。

表面處理液之儲藏穩定性
儲藏穩定性係藉由固形部分之變化來判斷,表面處理
液之固形部分若為初期的固形部分之90%以上,則視為保持有儲藏穩定性。(再者,當未保持儲藏穩定性時,會因表面處理液成分沉澱,而使表面處理液之固形部分減少至小於90%的狀態)
於40℃下靜置保管表面處理液,評定可保持儲藏穩定性的期間。
固形部分係從採取任意量的表面處理液並於熱風乾燥爐在110℃乾燥2小時後的重量變化來計算出。
○(良):儲藏穩定性3個月以上
△(可):儲藏穩定性1個月以上,小於3個月
×(不可):儲藏穩定性小於1個月
熱潤滑性
使用如圖1所示的熱Bowden裝置。以在供試驗材上配置有重量1kg之接觸子的狀態下,將供試驗材插入保持在900℃之爐內。於供試驗材上熔接熱電對,在到達900℃的時點使爐溫減少,且在到達700℃時連著供試驗材一起使爐體驅動,以測力器計測此時施加的荷重。將前述荷重除以接觸子重量而令其為動摩擦係數。判定基準係如下述。
○(良):摩擦係數0.5以下
△(可):摩擦係數0.5~小於0.7
×(不可):摩擦係數大於0.7
點熔接性
將試驗板在大氣中升溫至900℃之後保持1分鐘,夾持於模具而急速冷卻。針對該試驗板,令熔接條件為交流電
源、氧化鋁分散銅電極、電極形狀DR(先端6 φ-40R)、加壓400kgf、通電時間20循環,令下限焊塊徑為4√t、上限為粉塵產生,來評定適當電流範圍。評定基準係如下述。
○(良):適當電流範圍1.5kA以上
×(不可):適當電流範圍小於1.5kA
加熱後之化學轉化處理性
將試驗板在大氣中升溫至900℃之後保持1分鐘,夾持於模具而急速冷卻。使用日本PARKERIZING(股)製的鹼脫脂劑FC-E2001將該試驗板去除表面污垢。之後施以水洗,並於室溫浸漬於以自來水將日本PARKERIZING(股)製的磷酸鋅處理用之表面調整劑PREPALENE-X稀釋成3g/L而成的液體30秒之後,於35℃將其浸漬於以自來水將日本PARKERIZING(股)製的磷酸鋅表面處理劑PARBOND SX35稀釋成48g/L並遵循使用說明書來調整全酸度及遊離酸度、促進劑濃度而成的液體2分鐘。
○(良):磷酸鋅膜緻密地析出

塗裝後耐蝕性
在前述化學轉化處理後塗裝15μm之關西塗料(股)製環氧系陽離子電著塗料GT-100。賦予橫切(cross cutting)後,實施180循環(60日)之公益社團法人汽車技術會所制定的複合腐蝕試驗JASO-M610,計測自橫切之單側最大膨脹寬度。評定基準係如下述。
◎(優):膨脹小於3mm
○(良):膨脹3~6mm
×(不可):膨脹大於6mm
將評定結果示於表5。

若依據本發明,可藉由在鍍敷鋼板之熱壓製,披覆耐水性、耐溶劑性、黏著性優異的表面處理膜,來穩定地確保熱潤滑性、熱壓製後之化學轉化處理性、塗裝後耐蝕性、點熔接性。因此,本發明由於可擴大鍍敷鋼板對熱壓製之適用範圍,而可提升最終用途即對汽車、產業機械之鍍敷鋼板的可適用性,故其產業上可利用性高。
Claims (8)
- 一種熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,包含有:ZnO水分散液(A)及水分散性有機樹脂(B),其中前述ZnO水分散液(A)包含水及平均粒徑為10~300nm之ZnO粒子,前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)具有5~300nm之乳膠平均粒徑,並且前述ZnO水分散液中的ZnO粒子之質量(WA),與前述水分散性有機樹脂的固形部分之質量(WB)的質量比(WA/WB)為30/70~95/5。
- 如請求項1之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)係選自於由以下所構成之群組的1種或2種以上之樹脂:水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水分散性環氧樹脂、水分散性丙烯酸樹脂、水分散性聚酯樹脂。
- 如請求項1或2之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)之數平均分子量在10000以上。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述水分散性有機樹脂(B)具有5~45mgKOH/g之酸值,且係選自於由以下所構成之群組的1種或2種以上之樹脂:水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、水分散性丙烯酸樹脂、水分散性聚酯樹脂。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其包含選自於以下化合物之至少1種的添加劑(C):包含選自於由B、Mg、Si、Ca、Ti、V、Zr、W、Ce所構成之群組的元素之化合物。
- 如請求項5之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO水分散液中的前述ZnO粒子之質量(WA),與前述添加劑(C)之質量(WC)的質量比(WC/WA)為0.05~0.6。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO粒子之縱橫比(長徑/短徑)為1~2.8。
- 如請求項1至7中任一項之熱壓製用鍍敷鋼板的表面處理液,其中前述ZnO水分散液(A)包含陰離子系分散劑及非離子系分散劑中任一者或兩者。
