A transport step of transporting the short strip-shaped uneven sheet to the strip-shaped object to be transported is provided. The transporting step uses a cutting device including an anvil roll having a bottom knife on the circumferential surface and a cutter member having a cutter that is in contact with the bottom knife on the surface. The anvil roll has a groove having a suction hole formed on the circumferential surface thereof, and the groove is formed corresponding to the position of the convex portion of the short strip-shaped uneven sheet. In the above-described transfer step, the short strip-shaped uneven sheet is sucked through the suction hole of the anvil roll and conveyed. Moreover, the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing an absorbent article in which a short strip-shaped uneven sheet obtained by cutting a strip-shaped uneven sheet having a concavo-convex structure is intermittently bonded to a conveyed belt-shaped object. The manufacturing apparatus includes a cutting device including an anvil roll having a bottom knife on a circumferential surface thereof and a cutter member having a cutter that is in contact with the bottom knife on the surface. The anvil roll has a groove having a suction hole formed on the circumferential surface thereof, and the groove is formed corresponding to the position of the convex portion of the short strip-shaped uneven sheet. The direction in which the convex portion of the short strip-shaped uneven sheet extends is the same as the direction in which the groove of the anvil roll extends.

1, it is not assumed that the sheet to be conveyed by the anvil roll is an uneven-shaped sheet, and there is room for improvement in the case of using the uneven-shaped sheet. Further, the groove formed in the anvil roll described in Patent Document 2 is formed so that the suction pressure of the second suction region is larger than the suction pressure of the first suction region. Patent Document 2 does not describe any relationship between the groove formed on the anvil roll of the intermittent cutting transfer device and the convex portion of the uneven-shaped sheet which is wound around the anvil roll and conveyed. Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for producing an absorbent article and a device for producing an absorbent article which can eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art described above. In the method for producing an absorbent article of the present invention, the strip-shaped uneven sheet obtained by cutting the strip-shaped uneven sheet having the uneven structure is intermittently bonded to the belt-shaped sheet which is conveyed as a belt-shaped conveyed material. A method of manufacturing an absorbent article. Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings based on preferred embodiments. The absorbent article produced by the production method of the present invention is, for example, an unfolded disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "diaper 1") shown in Fig. 1 . Further, in the method of manufacturing the diaper 1, the stretchable waist panel 2 corresponds to the short strip-shaped uneven sheet, and the front sheet 6a corresponds to the sheet (object to be conveyed) to which the waist panel 2 is attached. First, the unfolded diaper 1 having the stretchable waist piece to be manufactured will be described. As shown in Fig. 1, the diaper 1 has an absorbent body 6 having a ventral side A on the ventral side of the wearer when worn, a back side portion B on the back side, and a ventral side portion A and a back side portion B. A lower portion C between the lower side and a pair of left and right waist pieces 2, 2 are continuously disposed on the left and right sides of the back side portion B. Further, as shown in Fig. 1, the absorbent body 6 of the diaper 1 has a rectangular shape in a state of being spread in a planar shape. In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 6 (also in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1) will be referred to as the X direction, and the transverse direction of the absorbent body 6 (also in the width direction of the diaper 1) will be described as the Y direction. Each of the pair of waist pieces 2 and 2 has a rectangular shape in a state of being spread in a planar shape. Each waist piece 2 has two sheets 3 and 4 and a plurality of linear elastic bodies 5 disposed between the two sheets 3 and 4. As shown in Fig. 1, each waist piece 2 is placed between two rectangular sheets 3 and 4 having the same shape and the same size, and is arranged at a substantially equal interval in the longitudinal direction (X direction) in the transverse direction (Y direction). The elastic body 5 is formed by being integrally fixed by a method such as an adhesive or fusion. In the natural state, the waist piece 2 formed in this manner forms a plurality of wrinkles which become the convex portions 2t extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) by the contraction of the linear elastic body 5, thereby forming the uneven piece having the uneven structure. material. That is, in the waist piece 2, the extending direction (X direction) of the convex portion 2t intersects with the extending direction (Y direction) of the linear elastic body 5. More specifically, in the present embodiment, in the waist piece 2, the extending direction (X direction) of the convex portion 2t is orthogonal to the extending direction (Y direction) of the linear elastic body 5. The sheets 3 and 4 which are the waist sheets 2 which are the uneven sheets are usually used without any particular limitation as long as they are used for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers. For example, as the sheets 3 and 4, a laminated sheet of a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, a film, or the like can be used. As the linear elastic body 5, a polymer comprising natural rubber, polyurethane, polystyrene-polyisoprene copolymer, polystyrene-polybutadiene copolymer, ethyl acrylate-ethylene, or the like can be used. A linear stretchable material such as an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer. The adhesive tape 7 is fixed to the end portion on the outer side in the lateral direction (Y direction) of the waist sheet 2 of the uneven sheet by an adhesive or a fusion method. Further, the end portion on the inner side in the lateral direction (Y direction) of the waist piece 2 is fixed to the back side portion B of the back sheet 6b constituting the absorbent body 6 by a method such as an adhesive or fusion, and is continuously provided on the back side. The lateral direction (Y direction) of the portion B is outside. As shown in Fig. 1, the absorbent body 6 has a liquid-permeable front sheet 6a, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent back sheet 6b, and a liquid retaining property interposed between the two sheets 6a, 6b. Absorber 6c. The absorbent body 6 is formed by interposing the absorbent body 6c on the front sheet 6a constituting the inner surface of the diaper 1 and the back sheet 6b constituting the outer surface of the diaper 1, as shown in Fig. 1. The two sheets 6a and 6b are joined between the two sheets 6a and 6b. The front sheet 6a and the back sheet 6b constituting the absorbent main body are generally used without any particular limitation as long as they are absorbent articles such as disposable diapers. For example, as the front sheet 6a, a hydrophilic and liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or the like can be used, and as the back sheet 6b, a liquid impervious or water-repellent resin film or a laminate of a resin film and a non-woven fabric can be used. As the absorber 6c, it is possible to use an assembly of fibers such as pulp fibers coated with a water-permeable tissue or a non-woven fabric (or a nonwoven fabric) or to absorb particles of the water-absorbent polymer in an aggregate. Core and so on. Next, in a preferred embodiment of the method for producing an absorbent article of the present invention, a case of manufacturing the diaper 1 having the waist panel 2 having the above-described uneven structure will be described with reference to the drawings. 2 and 3, a manufacturing apparatus 100 preferably used for the manufacturing method of the diaper 1 is schematically shown. Further, as described above, since the waist piece 2 is continuously provided on the outer left and right sides of the back side portion B of the absorbent main body 6, a pair of right and left manufacturing apparatuses 100 are required, but the manufacturing apparatus 100 has the same configuration, and therefore Only one manufacturing apparatus 100 is shown in 2. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the direction indicated by the symbol x (x direction) indicates the transport direction (MD, Machine Direction), and the direction indicated by the symbol y (y direction) is orthogonal to the direction of the transport direction (x direction). . The conveying direction (x direction) is the same as the conveying direction of the continuous body of the diaper 1 to which the waist piece 2 is finally produced by the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the manufacturing apparatus 100 includes an interrupting transfer device 30 as a cutting device, and the cutting device includes an anvil roll 10 having a bottom knife 11 on a circumferential surface (surface) 10f and a surface thereof. The (circumferential surface) 20f has a cutter member 20 having a cutter 21 that is in contact with the bedknife 11. In the manufacturing apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the cutter member 20 is a cutter roller 20 having a cutter 21 on the circumferential surface 20f. The anvil roll 10 and the cutter roll 20 rotate in opposite directions to each other in the manufacturing apparatus 100. The intermittent cutting transfer device 30 is configured to supply a continuous strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B having a concavo-convex structure to the anvil roll which is rotated in the opposite direction to each other so as to be wound around the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 in the manufacturing apparatus 100. Between 10 and the cutter roll 20, the bottom knife 11 provided on the anvil roll 10 and the cutter roll 20 is brought into contact with the cutter 21, and the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is intermittently cut in the y direction; The waist sheet 2 which is formed into a short strip-shaped uneven sheet by the cutting is transferred and bonded to the strip-shaped front sheet 6a constituting the absorbent body 6 at a predetermined interval. In the intermittent cutting transfer device 30, it is necessary to intermittently transfer and bind the waist sheet 2 of the uneven sheet to the strip-shaped front sheet 6a. Therefore, by supplying the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B at a speed slower than the rotational speed of the anvil roll 10, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is slid on the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, and the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is cut. Broken, thereby forming the waist sheet 2 of the uneven sheet. The anvil roll 10 that intermittently cuts the transfer device 30 is provided with a metal roll body 10B. As shown in FIG. 4, a groove 13 having a suction hole 12 is formed on the circumferential surface 10f of the roll body 10B, and the groove 13 corresponds to The position of the convex portion 2t of the waist piece 2 of the short strip-shaped uneven sheet is formed. In the present embodiment, the suction hole 12 is provided in the bottom portion 13b of the groove 13. The anvil roll 10 is preferably formed in the manufacturing apparatus 100 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and has a plurality of horizontal holes 14 extending from the one end surface 10e1 of the roll body 10B in the orthogonal direction (y direction), and is connected to the horizontal direction. The hole 14 has a plurality of suction holes 12 (refer to FIG. 4) extending in the circumferential direction of the anvil roll 10 and at least one bottom knife 11 provided on the circumferential surface 10f. Further, a plurality of suction holes 12 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the bottom portion 13b of the groove 13. As shown in Fig. 2 to Fig. 4, the bottom blade 11 of the anvil roll 10 is disposed on the circumferential surface 10f so as to extend in the axial direction (y direction) of the roller body 10B, and is fixed in such a manner that the blade edge protrudes from the peripheral surface 10f. On the roller body 10B. In the manufacturing apparatus 100, a pair of bottom blades 11 are disposed at a position facing the roller body 10B. The groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 is formed on the circumferential surface 10f corresponding to the position of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheet. Further, the extending direction of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheet is the same direction as the extending direction of the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10. Here, the extending direction of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheet is the extending direction of the convex portion 2t with respect to the conveying direction of the uneven sheet, and the direction of the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 is the direction of rotation of the anvil roll 10 with respect to the direction of rotation of the anvil roll 10. Extend the direction. As described above, when the convex portion 2t and the groove 13 extend in the same direction, the uneven sheet can be stably conveyed. In the manufacturing apparatus 100, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, since the convex portion 2t extends in the transport direction (x direction), the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 is formed to extend in the circumferential direction of the anvil roll 10. In this way, the grooves 13 extending in the circumferential direction of the circumferential surface 10f are disposed in plural in the axial direction of the roller body 10B in the manufacturing apparatus 100. From the viewpoint of stably conveying the formed waist piece 2, the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 can be formed at least in the peripheral surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 and can be conveyed as a portion of the waist piece 2 of the short strip-shaped uneven sheet. However, in the manufacturing apparatus 100, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, not only the surface of the portion for conveying the waist sheet 2 but also the surface of the waist sheet 2 is also conveyed from the viewpoint of more stably conveying the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the waist sheet 2. The surface formed on the portion of the belt-like uneven sheet 2B is formed over the entire circumference of the anvil roll 10 other than the portion where the bottom knife 11 is disposed. In the anvil roll 10 in which the groove 13 is formed over the entire circumference except for the portion of the bottom blade 11, the groove 13 has a first groove portion 131 and a second groove portion 132 formed in the bottom blade 11 The reference is the downstream side of the rotation direction of the roller, and the portion of the waist piece 2 formed by the cutting is conveyed. The second groove portion 132 is formed on the upstream side in the roller rotation direction with respect to the bottom blade 11 and conveys the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B. Part of it. In the present embodiment, since the bottom blade 11 is disposed at a position facing each other, the roller body 10B is divided into a normal line that connects the center of the diameter of the roller body 10B provided to one of the opposing positions to the bottom blade 11. In the two portions, the first groove portion 131 is provided on the downstream side in the roller rotation direction of each of the bed blades 11, and the second groove portion 132 is provided on the upstream side in the roller rotation direction of each of the bed blades 11. Further, from the viewpoint of more stably conveying the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the waist piece 2, the depth of the groove of the first groove portion 131 is formed to be larger than the depth of the groove of the second groove portion 132. In order to stably convey the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the waist piece 2, it is preferable that the convex portion 2t easily enters into the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the groove width W1 of the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 is preferably wider than the width W2 of the band-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the convex portion 2t of the waist piece 2. The width W2 of the convex portion 2t is the length at the widest position among the lengths of the orthogonal directions (y directions) of the convex portions 2t. From the same point of view, the ratio (W1/W2) of the groove width W1 of the groove 13 to the width W2 of the convex portion 2t is preferably 1. 1 or more, more preferably 2. 0 or more, and, preferably, 5. 0 or less, more preferably 3. 0 or less, specifically, preferably 1. 1 or more and 5. 0 or less, more preferably 2. 0 or more and 3. 0 or less. In particular, in the present embodiment, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B has two sheets 3 and 4 and a plurality of linear elastic bodies 5 disposed between the two sheets 3 and 4, and the convex portion 2t The extending direction intersects with the extending direction of the linear elastic body 5, and more specifically, in the natural state, by the contraction of the linear elastic body 5, a plurality of convex portions 2t extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) are formed. Since the gap between the convex portion 2t and the groove 13 which enters the groove 13 is less likely to occur by the contraction force of the linear elastic body 5, the suction force is increased, and the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B can be more stably conveyed. And waist piece 2. The lateral holes 14 of the anvil roll 10 are disposed at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction of the rolls. Each of the lateral holes 14 is formed in a circular shape. Each of the horizontal holes 14 is formed in parallel with the axial direction of the roller body 10B, and penetrates from the one end surface 10e1 to the other end surface 10e2. Each of the horizontal holes 14 is closed by an annular sealing member (not shown) on the other end surface 10e2 side. The suction holes 12 of the anvil roll 10 are disposed corresponding to the respective horizontal holes 14 and extend between the horizontal holes 14 and the grooves 13. In other words, one end of the suction hole 12 communicates with the horizontal hole 14, and the other end thereof is disposed at the bottom portion 13b of the groove 13. The suction holes 12 are disposed at the bottom portion 13b of the groove 13, and therefore, in the manufacturing apparatus 100, as shown in Fig. 4, are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the anvil roll 10, and are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the roll body 10B. And configuration. Each of the suction holes 12 is formed in a circular shape. A suction ring (not shown) is disposed on one end surface 10e1 of the anvil roll 10. A suction ring (not shown) is fixed to the side of the end surface 10e1 of one of the pair of drive shaft support members (not shown) that rotatably supports the roller body 10B of the anvil roll 10. That is, the suction ring (not shown) does not rotate together with the anvil roll 10. Further, a suction ring (not shown) is formed as a disk body having substantially the same diameter as the diameter of the roller body 10B. The suction ring (not shown) has a plurality of mutually independent spatial regions therein, and the manufacturing apparatus 100 has three spatial regions, a space region a, a space region b, and a space region c, as shown in FIG. The space area a of the suction ring (not shown) corresponds to the cutting of the bottom blade 11 and the cutter roller 20 which feed the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B wound in the state of the circumferential surface 10f to the anvil roll 10 in the anvil roll 10. The area between the knives 21. Further, the space region b of the suction ring (not shown) corresponds to the waist sheet 2 of the anvil roll 10 which is cut into a strip-shaped uneven sheet by the anvil roll 10 and the cutter roll 20, and is attached to the front side of the belt. The area up to the sheet 6a. The space area c of the suction ring (not shown) corresponds to the area of the anvil roll 10 in which the waist piece 2 is bonded to the strip-shaped front sheet 6a and then the band-shaped uneven sheet 2B is received again. An intake fan (not shown) is connected to a suction ring (not shown), and by driving the intake fan, the pressures of the spatial region a, the space region b, and the space region c which are independent of each other can be adjusted. In 100, the space area a is maintained at a negative pressure, the space area b is maintained at a negative pressure higher than the space area a, and the space area c is maintained at atmospheric pressure (pressure is zero). The suction air generated by the intake fan (not shown) is passed through the suction ring (not shown) to the lateral hole 14 formed in the roller body 10B of the anvil roll 10. Further, the suction air is passed through the horizontal hole 14 to the suction hole 12 disposed in the bottom portion 13b of the groove 13 formed in the circumferential surface 10f of the roller body 10B. Therefore, in the spatial region a of the suction ring (not shown), the strip-shaped uneven sheet is made by the suction air that is passed to the suction hole 12 through the plurality of lateral holes 14 located at the position corresponding to the space region a. 2B is sucked to the surface 10f of the anvil roll 10. Then, in the space region b of the suction ring (not shown), the waist piece 2 is sucked by the suction air that is passed to the suction hole 12 through the plurality of transverse holes 14 located at the position corresponding to the space area b. To the surface 10f of the anvil roll 10. Further, since the suction ring (not shown) is fixed to the drive shaft support member (not shown) independently of the anvil roll 10, the position of the space area a, the space area b, and the space area c even if the anvil roll 10 rotates. It will not change, and the range through which the suction air passes is always fixed. The cutter roller 20 that intermittently cuts the transfer device 30 is a metal roller, and is disposed adjacent to the anvil roll 10 so as to sandwich the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 . In the manufacturing apparatus 100, the cutter rolls 20 are disposed so as to be in contact with one of the anvil rolls 10 and the bottom blades 11, 11 to cut the strip-shaped uneven sheets 2B by the pair of cutters 21 and 21. The pair of cutters 21 and 21 are disposed at positions facing each other of the cutter roller 20, and are fixed so that the blade edge protrudes from the surface 20f of the roller body 10B. The cutter roll 20 is rotated in the reverse direction with the anvil roll 10, and is rotationally controlled so that the respective cutters 21, 21 are in contact with the bottom blades 11, 11 of the anvil roll 10. That is, during the one rotation of the anvil roll 10 and the cutter roll 20, one cutter 21 is in contact with one bottom knife 11, and the other cutter 21 is in contact with the other bottom knife 11, with respect to the anvil roll. 10 The rotation of the cutter roller 20 described above is performed. The manufacturing apparatus 100 has a pair of driving rollers 41 and 42 that supply the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B to the anvil roll 10. The rotation of the driving rollers 41, 42 is controlled such that the supply speed of the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is slower than the peripheral speed of the anvil roll 10. Next, a method of manufacturing the diaper 1 having the waist sheet 2 having the uneven structure using the above-described manufacturing apparatus 100 will be described. The method for producing an absorbent article of the present invention includes a conveying step of conveying the uneven sheet to a belt-shaped sheet as a belt-shaped conveyed material. In the manufacturing method of the diaper 1, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the stretchable waist sheet 2 correspond to the above-mentioned uneven sheet, and the strip-shaped front sheet 6a corresponds to the above-mentioned strip-shaped sheet (belt-shaped conveyed object). In the transporting step of the present embodiment, the intermittent cutting transfer device 30 is provided, and the intermittent cutting transfer device 30 is provided with an anvil roll 10 having a bottom knife 11 on the circumferential surface 10f and having a contact with the bottom knife 11 on the surface 20f. The cutter member of the cutter 21 is the cutter roller 20. Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing the diaper 1 of the present embodiment using the manufacturing apparatus 100 will be specifically described. The strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B which is a raw material of the elastic waist sheet 2 can be produced, for example, by the method for producing a stretchable sheet described in JP-A-2012-090835, JP-A-2012-090836, and the like. Manufacturing. The strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B produced by such a manufacturing method has the convex portion 2t extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) by the contraction of the linear elastic body 5. In addition, before the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is wound around the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, an adhesive is applied to a portion of the strip-shaped back sheet 6b. First, in the space area a and the space area b of the suction ring (not shown) of the manufacturing apparatus 100, the connected intake fan (not shown) is actuated to become a negative pressure. By making the space area a of the suction ring (not shown) and the space area b into a negative pressure, the suction air is passed through a plurality of horizontal holes 14 located at positions corresponding to the space area a and the space area b. The suction hole 12 of the groove 13. The uneven sheet is sucked to the surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 by suction air from the suction holes 12. Then, the anvil roll 10 provided in the intermittent cutting transfer device 30 is rotated, and the cutter roller 20 provided in the intermittent cutting transfer device 30 is rotated in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the anvil roll 10. Further, in the present embodiment, the strip-shaped front sheet 6a is fed to the downstream side of the roll rotation direction of the anvil roll 10 at the same supply speed as the peripheral speed of the anvil roll 10 (including a suction ring (not shown)). The portion of the space area b and the space area c is transported. Then, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is supplied to the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 by the pair of driving rollers 41 and 42. Here, by controlling the rotation of the driving rollers 41, 42, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is supplied to the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 at a supply speed slower than the peripheral speed of the anvil roll 10. The strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B supplied to the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 is sucked by the suction air from the suction hole 12 of the groove 13 to the anvil at a position corresponding to the space area a of the suction ring (not shown). The surface 10f of the roller 10 is wound around the circumferential surface 10f. Then, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is conveyed between the bottom knife 11 of the anvil roll 10 and the cutter 21 of the cutter roll 20 while being wound around the surface 10f of the anvil roll 10. As described above, since the supply speed of the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is slower than the peripheral speed of the anvil roll 10, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is conveyed to the bottom knife 11 and the cutter while sliding on the circumferential surface of the anvil roll 10. Between 21 . Here, the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 used in the transporting step of the present embodiment has the groove 13 having the bottom portion 13b and the suction hole 12, and the groove 13 is formed corresponding to the position of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheet 2B. . Further, in the transporting step of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is sucked by the suction holes 12 of the anvil roll 10 to be transported. It is preferable to carry out the conveyance in a state where the convex portion 2t of the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B enters the groove 13 of the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10. In the present embodiment, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is conveyed while the convex portion 2t of the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is placed in the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10, so that it can be stably conveyed to the anvil. The bottom knife 11 of the roller 10 is between the cutter 21 of the cutter roller 20. Therefore, the diaper 1 can be stably produced. Further, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B has two sheets 3 and 4 and a plurality of linear elastic bodies 5 disposed between the two sheets 3 and 4 in an extended state, and the extending direction and linear elasticity of the convex portion 2t The extension direction of the body 5 intersects. Specifically, in the belt-like uneven sheet 2B, in the natural state, a plurality of wrinkles which are the convex portions 2t extending in the longitudinal direction (X direction) are formed by the contraction of the linear elastic body 5. Therefore, when the convex portion 2t of the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is conveyed in the state of being in the groove 13 of the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, the contraction force of the linear elastic body 5 enters the groove 13 When the gap between the convex portion 2t and the groove 13 is less likely to occur, the suction force to the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is improved, and the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B can be conveyed more stably. Then, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B conveyed between the bottom knife 11 of the anvil roll 10 and the cutter 21 of the cutter roll 20 is cut by the contact of the bottom knife 11 with the cutter 21, and is formed as a short The waist piece 2 of the strip-shaped uneven sheet. In the transfer step of the present embodiment, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is supplied between the anvil roll 10 and the cutter roll 20, and is intermittently cut to form a waist piece as a short strip-shaped uneven sheet. 2. That is, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is cut on the bottom blade 11, and therefore, the portion located further forward than the bottom blade 11, in other words, the downstream side of the roll rotating direction of the anvil roll 10 with reference to the bottom blade 11 is sucked. The portion to be held is formed into a short strip-shaped uneven sheet. Then, the waist piece 2 formed as the uneven sheet is sucked by the suction air from the suction hole 12 of the groove 13 to the surface of the anvil roll 10 at a position corresponding to the space area b of the suction ring (not shown). 10f is in a state of being wound around the circumferential surface 10f. Then, the waist piece 2 is conveyed to the downstream side in a state of being wound around the surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, and is transferred and attached to the conveyed belt-shaped front sheet 6a at a predetermined interval. Here, the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10 used in the conveying step of the present embodiment has the groove 13 having the suction hole 12 at the bottom portion 13b, and the groove 13 is formed corresponding to the position of the convex portion 2t of the waist piece 2. Then, in the transporting step of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the waist piece 2 is sucked through the suction hole 12 of the anvil roll 10 to be transported. It is preferable to carry out the conveyance in a state where the convex portion 2t of the waist piece 2 enters the groove 13 of the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10. In the present embodiment, the waist portion 2 is conveyed in a state where the convex portion 2t of the waist sheet 2 which is the uneven sheet enters the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 as described above, and therefore, the conveyance is performed by the anvil roll 10 It is not easy to slide on the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, and it can carry out stably until it is bonded to the strip-shaped back surface sheet 6b. Further, when the convex portion 2t of the waist piece 2 is brought into the groove 13 of the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll 10, the contraction force of the linear elastic body 5 does not easily enter the groove 13. A gap is formed between the convex portion 2t and the groove 13, and as a result, the suction force to the waist piece 2 is improved, and the waist piece 2 can be conveyed more stably. Therefore, the diaper 1 can be stably produced. In the transporting step of the present embodiment, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B of the uneven sheet and the extending direction (x direction) of the convex portion 2t of each of the waist sheet 2 of the uneven sheet and the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 The direction of extension is the same direction. It is preferable that the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 extends in the circumferential direction of the anvil roll 10, and the direction in which the convex portion 2t of each of the uneven sheet 2B and the waist piece 2 extends (x direction) is the same direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the convex portion 2t easily enters into the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10, and can be conveyed more stably, so that the diaper 1 can be manufactured more stably. The groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 used in the conveyance step of the present embodiment has the first groove portion 131 at a portion on the downstream side in the roll rotation direction of the bed blade 11 and conveys the waist piece 2 of the strip-shaped uneven sheet. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the convex portion 2t easily enters into the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10, and can be conveyed more stably, so that the diaper 1 can be manufactured more stably. Further, the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 used in the transport step of the present embodiment has not only the first groove portion 131 but also the upstream side of the roll rotation direction of the bed blade 11, and the groove has a size different from that of the first groove portion 131. The second groove portion 132. Thus, the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 is formed over the entire circumference of the anvil roll 10 except for the portion of the bottom knife 11, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the convex portion 2t easily enters into the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10, and may be further The diaper 1 can be manufactured more stably by carrying out the conveyance stably. In particular, since the depth of the groove of the first groove portion 131 is formed to be larger than the depth of the groove of the second groove portion 132, the suction force of the first groove portion 131 can be increased compared with the suction force of the second groove portion 132. The strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B is slid on the circumferential surface of the anvil roll 10 by the second groove portion 132, and is reliably conveyed, and the formed waist sheet 2 is formed by the first groove portion 131 on the downstream side of the bottom blade 11. It is held securely, so that it can be transported more stably. The strip-shaped front sheet 6a to which the waist piece 2 is bonded at intervals is attached to the strip-shaped front sheet 6a, and the absorber 6c is intermittently arranged in the transport direction (x direction). A strip-shaped back sheet 6b is disposed on the disposed absorbent body 6c. Then, the strip-shaped back sheet 6b and the strip-shaped front sheet 6a are fixed and integrated so as to sandwich the intermittently disposed absorbent body 6c, thereby forming a continuous body of the diaper 1. In this way, a continuum of the diaper 1 to which the waist panel 2 is attached is produced. The continuum of the diaper 1 is cut into the size of each diaper 1 having one absorbent body 6c by a known cutting method (not shown), whereby a plurality of diapers 1 can be sequentially produced. Further, it is preferable that the fastening tape 7 is intermittently bonded to the belt-shaped uneven sheet 2B by an adhesive in advance. The method for producing the absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be appropriately changed. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the stretchable waist sheet 2 correspond to the uneven sheet having the uneven structure, and the strip-shaped front sheet 6a corresponds to the strip-shaped sheet to which the uneven sheet is attached (Belt-shaped conveyed material), the uneven sheet having the uneven structure is not limited to the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B and the stretchable waist sheet 2. Moreover, the strip-shaped sheet (belt-shaped object to be conveyed) to which the uneven sheet is bonded may be a sheet constituting an absorbent article other than the strip-shaped front sheet 6a. Further, in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 extends in the circumferential direction of the anvil roll 10, and is a strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B of the uneven sheet and a waist sheet 2 which is an uneven sheet. Each of the convex portions 2t extends in the transport direction (x direction), so that the extending direction of the groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 and the extending direction (x direction) of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheets 2B and 2 are in the same direction, but may be The groove 13 of the anvil roll 10 extends in the axial direction of the anvil roll 10, and the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheet 2B, 2 extends in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction (x direction) (y direction), so that the groove of the anvil roll 10 The extending direction of 13 and the extending direction (x direction) of the convex portion 2t of the uneven sheets 2B and 2 are the same direction. Further, the direction in which the grooves 13 of the anvil roll 10 extend may not be the same as the direction in which the convex portions 2t of the uneven sheets 2B and 2 extend (x direction). Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the groove 13 is formed over the entire circumference of the anvil roll 10 except for the portion except the bottom blade 11, but the groove 13 may be as shown in FIG. Only the first groove portion 131 is formed, and the first groove portion 131 is formed on the downstream side of the roll rotation direction with respect to the bottom blade 11 and conveys the portion of the waist piece 2 formed by cutting. In other words, in the above-described form, it is preferable that the suction holes 12 are disposed at a predetermined interval over the entire circumference of the anvil roll 10 from the viewpoint of reliably conveying the strip-shaped uneven sheet 2B. In other words, as shown in FIG. 6, the suction hole 12 is disposed in the first groove portion on the downstream side of the roller rotation direction with respect to the bottom blade 11 and the portion of the waist piece 2 formed by the cutting. At the bottom of the 131, the groove-shaped uneven sheet 2B is conveyed on the upstream side in the roll rotation direction with respect to the bottom blade 11, and the groove portion is not formed, and the suction hole 12 is disposed on the circumferential surface 10f of the anvil roll. Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the groove 13 is formed in the anvil roll 10 over the entire circumference except for the portion of the bed removing blade 11, but the groove 13 may be formed in the bottom blade portion 11.
