Abstract
Description
本發明係關於一種含有具有特定結構之季戊四醇膦酸酯聚合物之難燃劑及含有該難燃劑之合成樹脂組合物。
先前,合成樹脂由於優異之化學特性及機械特性,而被廣泛用於汽車零件、包裝材料、建材、農業用材料、家電製品、玩具等。合成樹脂中,尤其是聚丙烯樹脂、聚乙烯樹脂、聚酯樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂、ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)樹脂、苯乙烯樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂及聚苯醚樹脂等因其物性而被廣泛使用。但是,該等合成樹脂具有可燃性,因此為了用作上述用途,除化學物性及機械物性以外,亦要求對火焰之難燃性。
作為合成樹脂之難燃化方法,廣為大眾所知的是將鹵素系難燃劑、以赤磷或聚磷酸銨等聚磷酸系難燃劑為代表之無機磷系難燃劑、氫氧化鎂或氫氧化鋁等金屬氫氧化物系難燃劑、以三芳基磷酸酯化合物為代表之有機磷系難燃劑、以及作為難燃助劑之氧化銻、三聚氰胺化合物單獨或組合使用。
然而,鹵素系難燃劑有於成形加工時或燃燒時產生大量腐蝕性氣體等安全性方面之問題,無機磷系難燃劑因燃燒時產生有毒氣體、或耐水性及耐熱性較差,故而加工時之操作或成形性存在問題。又,金屬氫氧化物系難燃劑存在如下問題,為了獲得充分之難燃性,必須大量添加,而失去合成樹脂本來之物性。有機磷酸系難燃劑作為不含有鹵素之難燃劑廣為大眾所知,但由於合成樹脂組合物之耐熱性降低、或難燃劑本身之耐熱性較低,故而加工時之操作性存在問題。
另一方面,關於二取代季戊四醇二膦酸酯化合物作為難燃劑之用途進行了各種研究。例如,專利文獻1及2中記載有具有特定結構之季戊四醇二膦酸酯可藉由工業上有利且生產性優異之方法進行製造,該季戊四醇二膦酸酯對合成樹脂賦予難燃性。然而,關於該季戊四醇二膦酸酯,尤其於要求高難燃性之聚酯系樹脂中難以獲得充分之難燃性能。

本發明之課題在於提供一種新穎之難燃劑,其具有與先前使用之難燃劑同等以上之優異之耐熱性,且可對合成樹脂賦予良好之難燃性。
為了解決上述課題,本發明者等進行了銳意研究,結果發現,具有季戊四醇骨架之特定之膦酸表現優異之耐熱性及難燃性。本發明係基於上述見解而完成,具體而言如下所述。

[發明之效果]
本發明之難燃劑之耐熱性優異,且藉由添加至合成樹脂、尤其是聚酯系樹脂,可大幅度提高合成樹脂之難燃性。

存在於上述伸烷基中之任意相鄰之碳原子間介存有氧原子、氮原子或硫原子之情形。於通式(1)所表示之化合物中,以氧原子、氮原子或硫原子不相鄰為條件,存在於伸烷基之1個部位或2個部位以上介存有選自氧原子、氮原子或硫原子中之1種或2種以上之雜原子之情形。

通式(1)中之n表示1~10000之數,較佳為3~10000之數,進而較佳為5~10000之數,就耐熱性與難燃性、相容性之觀點而言,較佳為10~10000之數。本發明之難燃劑存在僅包含n為1種之單一化合物之情形、以及n為不同之2種以上之化合物之混合物之情形。作為本發明之難燃劑,於使用n為不同之2種以上之混合物之情形時,可藉由平均值(莫耳數基準)表示n之數。
本發明之難燃劑所包含之通式(1)所表示之化合物中之n之數例如可藉由凝膠滲透層析法(GPC)或核磁共振分析(NMR)等進行測定。
本發明之難燃劑所包含之通式(1)所表示之化合物可藉由依據公知之季戊四醇膦酸酯之製造方法之方法進行製造。例如,作為起始物質,使用下述通式(A)所表示之化合物及通式(B-1)或(B-2)所表示之化合物,使其等於溶劑中於加熱下進行反應,進行聚合。作為溶劑,例如可使用甲苯、二甲苯、單氯苯、二氯苯、碳酸丙二酯、碳酸乙二酯、環丁碸、二乙二醇二甲醚等。關於聚合之停止,向反應系添加通式(C)所表示之化合物即可。

本發明之難燃劑可僅包含1種通式(1)所表示之化合物,亦可含有2種以上。
其次,對本發明之難燃劑組合物進行說明。
本發明之難燃劑組合物含有上述通式(1)所表示之化合物及磷酸鹽化合物。本發明之難燃劑組合物可對合成樹脂賦予優異之難燃性。本發明之難燃劑組合物可僅含有1種上述通式(1)所表示之化合物,亦可含有2種以上。藉由併用本發明之難燃劑與1種以上之磷酸鹽化合物,發揮可對合成樹脂賦予優異之難燃性能之效果。
作為於本發明之難燃劑組合物中使用之磷酸鹽化合物,例如可列舉:磷酸三聚氰胺及磷酸哌𠯤等磷酸鹽;聚磷酸銨、聚磷酸三聚氰胺及聚磷酸哌𠯤等聚磷酸鹽;正磷酸三聚氰胺及正磷酸哌𠯤等正磷酸鹽;焦磷酸銨、焦磷酸三聚氰胺及焦磷酸哌𠯤等焦磷酸鹽;磷酸鈣;磷酸鎂以及該等之衍生物。本發明之難燃劑組合物可僅含有一種該等磷酸鹽化合物,亦可含有2種以上。就難燃性及加工性之觀點而言,於本發明之難燃劑組合物中使用之磷酸鹽化合物較佳為含有焦磷酸鹽。
就難燃性之方面而言,本發明之難燃劑組合物中之上述通式(1)所表示之化合物與磷酸鹽化合物之質量比以前者:後者表示較佳為9:1~1:9,更佳為8:2~2:8,進而更佳為7:3~3:7,最佳為5:5。
本發明之難燃劑組合物如上所述,可較佳地用作用以對合成樹脂賦予難燃性之難燃劑。本發明之難燃劑組合物除通式(1)所表示之化合物與磷酸鹽化合物以外,亦可含有其他添加劑。
作為上述其他添加劑,只要不損害本發明之效果,則可使用本發明所屬技術領域中使用之公知添加劑,可以任意添加量調配公知之添加劑。作為上述其他添加劑,例如使用選自酚系抗氧化劑、磷系抗氧化劑、硫醚系抗氧化劑、其他抗氧化劑、受阻胺系光穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑、塑化劑、成核劑、除本發明之難燃劑以外之其他難燃劑、難燃助劑、潤滑劑、填充劑、水滑石類、金屬皂、抗靜電劑、顏料及染料中之1種以上。
該等其他添加劑可直接調配於難燃劑組合物,亦可於調配於合成樹脂時,與難燃劑組合物分別地調配於合成樹脂。
作為上述酚系抗氧化劑,例如可列舉:2,6-二第三丁基對甲酚、2,6-二苯基-4-十八烷氧基苯酚、(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸硬脂酯、(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸二硬脂酯、3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基硫代乙酸十三烷基酯、硫代二伸乙基雙[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、4,4'-硫代雙(6-第三丁基間甲酚)、2-辛硫基-4,6-二(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯氧基)-s-三𠯤、2,2'-亞甲基雙(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯酚)、雙[3,3-雙(4-羥基-3-第三丁基苯基)丁酸]二醇酯、4,4'-亞丁基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯酚)、2,2'-亞乙基雙(4,6-二第三丁基苯酚)、1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)丁烷、對苯二甲酸雙[2-第三丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-羥基-3-第三丁基-5-甲基苄基)苯基]酯、異氰尿酸1,3,5-三(2,6-二甲基-3-羥基-4-第三丁基苄基)酯、異氰尿酸1,3,5-三(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)-2,4,6-三甲基苯、異氰尿酸1,3,5-三[(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基乙基]酯、四[亞甲基-3-(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷、2-第三丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-丙烯醯氧基-3-第三丁基-5-甲基苄基)苯酚、3,9-雙[2-{3-(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯氧基}-1,1-二甲基乙基]-2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺[5.5]十一烷及三乙二醇雙[β-(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]等。該等酚系抗氧化劑可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之酚系抗氧化劑之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~1質量份之量,更佳為成為0.03~0.8質量份之量。

作為上述難燃助劑,可列舉無機系之難燃助劑及有機系之難燃助劑。作為無機系之難燃助劑,例如可列舉:氧化鈦、氧化鋁、氧化鎂、水滑石、滑石、蒙脫石等無機化合物及其表面處理品,例如可列舉:TIPAQUE R-680(氧化鈦:石原產業(股)製造)、Kyowamag 150(氧化鎂:協和化學工業(股)製造)、DHT-4A(水滑石:協和化學工業(股)製造)、Alcamizer 4(鋅改性水滑石:協和化學工業(股)製造)等。作為有機系之難燃助劑,例如可列舉季戊四醇、二季戊四醇等。該等難燃助劑可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之難燃助劑之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~20質量份之量,更佳為成為0.1~10質量份之量。
作為上述潤滑劑,例如可列舉:油酸醯胺、芥子酸醯胺等不飽和脂肪酸醯胺;山萮酸醯胺、硬脂酸醯胺等飽和脂肪酸醯胺、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂醇、硬脂酸單甘油酯、山梨醇酐單棕櫚酸酯、山梨醇酐單硬脂酸酯、甘露醇、硬脂酸、氫化蓖麻油、硬脂酸醯胺、油酸醯胺、伸乙基雙硬脂酸醯胺等。該等潤滑劑可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之潤滑劑之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~10質量份之量,更佳為成為0.03~1質量份之量。
作為上述填充劑,例如可列舉:滑石、雲母、碳酸鈣、氧化鈣、氫氧化鈣、碳酸鎂、氫氧化鎂、氧化鎂、硫酸鎂、氫氧化鋁、硫酸鋇、玻璃粉末、玻璃纖維、黏土、白雲石、雲母、二氧化矽、氧化鋁、鈦酸鉀晶鬚、矽灰石、纖維狀鹼式硫酸鎂等,可適當選擇粒徑(於纖維狀之情形時為纖維直徑或纖維長及縱橫比)而使用。又,填充劑可視需要使用經表面處理者。該等填充劑可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之填充劑之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~90質量份之量,更佳為成為0.1~50質量份之量,進而較佳為成為5~40質量份之量。上述填充劑中尤佳為含有玻璃纖維。於本發明之難燃劑組合物含有玻璃纖維之情形時,就加工性之觀點而言,玻璃纖維之含量較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為10~40質量份之量。
作為上述水滑石類,例如為作為天然物或合成物為大眾所知之包含鎂、鋁、羥基、碳酸基及任意結晶水之複合鹽化合物,可列舉:鎂或鋁之一部分被取代為鹼金屬或鋅等其他金屬者、或羥基、碳酸基被取代為其他陰離子基者,具體而言,例如可列舉下述通式(2)所表示之水滑石之金屬被取代為鹼金屬者。又,可為將結晶水脫水所得者,亦可為經硬脂酸等高級脂肪酸、油酸鹼金屬鹽等高級脂肪酸金屬鹽、十二烷基苯磺酸鹼金屬鹽等有機磺酸金屬鹽、高級脂肪酸醯胺、高級脂肪酸酯或蠟等被覆所得者。該等可為天然物,又,亦可為合成品,可不限於結晶構造、結晶粒子等而使用。該等水滑石類可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之水滑石類之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~90質量份之量,更佳為成為0.1~50質量份之量,進而較佳為5~40質量份。
作為上述金屬皂,例如可列舉:鎂、鈣、鋁、鋅等金屬與月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、油酸等飽和或不飽和脂肪酸之鹽。該等金屬皂可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之金屬皂之含量可於不損害本發明之效果之範圍內進行調配,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.001~10質量份之量,更佳為成為0.01~5質量份之量。
上述抗靜電劑例如可列舉:脂肪酸四級銨離子鹽、聚胺四級鹽等陽離子系抗靜電劑;高級醇磷酸酯鹽、高級醇EO(Ethylene Oxide,環氧乙烷)加成物、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、陰離子型烷基磺酸鹽、高級醇硫酸酯鹽、高級醇環氧乙烷加成物硫酸酯鹽、高級醇環氧乙烷加成物磷酸酯鹽等陰離子系抗靜電劑;多元醇脂肪酸酯、聚二醇磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基烯丙醚等非離子系抗靜電劑;烷基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼等兩性型烷基甜菜鹼、咪唑啉型兩性活性劑等兩性抗靜電劑。該等抗靜電劑可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之抗靜電劑之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.01~20質量份之量,更佳為成為0.03~10質量份之量。
作為上述顏料,例如亦可使用作為顏料市售之顏料,例如可列舉:顏料紅1、2、3、9、10、17、22、23、31、38、41、48、49、88、90、97、112、119、122、123、144、149、166、168、169、170、171、177、179、180、184、185、192、200、202、209、215、216、217、220、223、224、226、227、228、240、254;顏料橙13、31、34、36、38、43、46、48、49、51、52、55、59、60、61、62、64、65、71;顏料黃1、3、12、13、14、16、17、20、24、55、60、73、81、83、86、93、95、97、98、100、109、110、113、114、117、120、125、126、127、129、137、138、139、147、148、150、151、152、153、154、166、168、175、180、185;顏料綠7、10、36;顏料藍15、15:1、15:2、15:3、15:4、15:5、15:6、22、24、56、60、61、62、64;顏料紫1、19、23、27、29、30、32、37、40、50等。該等顏料可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之顏料之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.001~5質量份之量,更佳為成為0.003~3質量份之量。
作為上述染料,例如可列舉:偶氮染料、蒽醌染料、靛屬染料、三芳基甲烷染料、𠮿染料、茜素染料、吖啶染料、茋染料、噻唑染料、萘酚染料、喹啉染料、硝基染料、吲達胺染料、㗁𠯤染料、酞菁染料、花青染料等染料等。該等染料可單獨使用1種,亦可併用2種以上。本發明之難燃劑組合物中之顏料之含量可設為不損害本發明之效果之範圍,較佳為相對於含有本發明之難燃劑組合物之合成樹脂組合物所含有之合成樹脂100質量份成為0.001~5質量份之量,更佳為成為0.003~3質量份之量。
其次,對本發明之合成樹脂組合物進行說明。
本發明之合成樹脂組合物含有合成樹脂及本發明之難燃劑。本發明之合成樹脂組合物中之本發明之難燃劑之含量相對於合成樹脂100質量份為0.01~50質量份,就難燃性之觀點而言,較佳為0.05~45質量份,更佳為1~30質量份。若本發明之難燃劑之含量少於0.01質量份,則存在難燃效果變得不充分之情形,若多於50質量份,則存在損害合成樹脂之物性之情形。
又,本發明之合成樹脂組合物含有合成樹脂及本發明之難燃劑組合物。本發明之合成樹脂組合物中之本發明之難燃劑組合物之含量相對於合成樹脂100質量份為0.01~100質量份,就難燃性之觀點而言,較佳為0.05~95質量份,更佳為1~90質量份之範圍。若本發明之難燃劑組合物之調配量少於0.01質量份,則存在難燃效果變得不充分之情形,若多於100質量份,則存在損害合成樹脂之物性之情形。
作為本發明之合成樹脂組合物所使用之合成樹脂,例如可列舉熱塑性樹脂及熱硬化性樹脂,可較佳地使用熱塑性樹脂。
作為熱塑性樹脂,例如可列舉:聚氯乙烯樹脂、聚乙烯樹脂、聚丙烯樹脂、聚苯乙烯樹脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂、纖維素系樹脂、丙烯酸系樹脂、AS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯)樹脂、ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)樹脂、氟系樹脂、熱塑性彈性體、聚醯胺系樹脂、聚縮醛樹脂、聚碳酸酯樹脂、改性聚苯醚樹脂、聚酯系樹脂(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯樹脂、聚乳酸系樹脂)、環狀聚烯烴樹脂、聚苯硫醚樹脂等。該等合成樹脂可單獨使用,亦可組合2種以上使用。該等合成樹脂中,較佳為聚酯系樹脂或聚醯胺系樹脂,進而較佳為聚酯系樹脂,尤佳為聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯樹脂(PBT樹脂)。
作為上述聚酯系樹脂,可列舉使用對苯二甲酸等二元酸或具有酯形成能之該等之衍生物作為酸成分,使用碳數2~10之二醇、其他二元醇、或具有酯形成能之該等之衍生物等作為二醇成分所獲得之飽和聚酯樹脂。該等之中,較佳為聚對苯二甲酸烷二酯樹脂。作為聚對苯二甲酸烷二酯樹脂之具體例,可列舉:聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯樹脂、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯樹脂、聚六亞甲基對苯二甲酸酯樹脂。
作為上述聚醯胺系樹脂,例如可列舉:聚醯胺46、聚醯胺6、聚醯胺66、聚醯胺610、聚醯胺612、聚醯胺11、聚醯胺12等脂肪族聚醯胺;由雙(胺基環己基)C1-3
烷烴類等脂環族二胺與C8-14
烷烴二羧酸等脂肪族二羧酸所獲得之脂環族聚醯胺;由芳香族二羧酸(例如對苯二甲酸及/或間苯二甲酸)與脂肪族二胺(例如己二胺、壬二胺等)所獲得之聚醯胺;由芳香族及脂肪族二羧酸(例如對苯二甲酸與己二酸)與脂肪族二胺(例如己二胺)所獲得之聚醯胺等。
於本發明之合成樹脂組合物中,只要不損害本發明之效果,可以任意添加量調配上述其他添加劑(例如,酚系抗氧化劑、磷系抗氧化劑、硫醚系抗氧化劑、其他抗氧化劑、受阻胺系光穩定劑、紫外線吸收劑、塑化劑、成核劑、難燃劑、難燃助劑、潤滑劑、填充劑、水滑石類、金屬皂、抗靜電劑、顏料、染料等)或其他公知之樹脂添加劑。本發明之樹脂組合物中之其他添加劑之含量如上所述。
本發明之合成樹脂組合物之特徵在於含有本發明之難燃劑或本發明之難燃劑組合物。本發明之難燃劑或本發明之難燃劑組合物調配於合成樹脂之方法並無特別限定,可採用公知之方法。作為具體之調配方法,可列舉:藉由通常之攪拌機、混合機等加以混合之方法;藉由擠出機等進行熔融混練之方法;與溶劑一起混合進行溶液流延之方法等。
其次,對本發明之成形品進行說明。本發明之成形品藉由使本發明之合成樹脂組合物成形所得。作為使合成樹脂組合物成形之方法及成形條件,並無特別限制,可採用公知之方法及成形條件。作為具體之成形方法,可列舉擠出成形、射出成形、延伸膜成形、吹塑成形等,可藉由公知之成形條件實施該等成形方法。
作為使本發明之合成樹脂組合物成形所獲得之成形體之形狀,並無特別限定,例如可列舉片狀、膜狀、特殊形狀者等。
所獲得之成形體之用途並無特別限定,例如可列舉:食品容器、電子零件、汽車零件、醫療獎材料、膜/片材料、纖維素材、光學素材、塗料用樹脂、墨水用樹脂、增色劑用樹脂、接著劑用樹脂等。
[實施例]
以下,利用實施例更詳細地對本發明進行說明。但是,本發明不受以下實施例任何限制。
[實施例1](難燃劑 化合物No.1之合成)
向燒瓶中加入3,9-二丁氧基-2,4,8,10-四氧雜-3,9-二磷雜螺[5,5]十一烷54.4 g(0.16 mol)、1,2-二溴乙烷24.42 g(0.13 mol)以及環丁碸150 ml,於150℃下反應10小時。向燒瓶中進而加入苄基溴66.71 g(0.39 mol),於150℃下反應2小時。反應後,將反應液冷卻至室溫。將冷卻至室溫之反應液移至燒杯,加入300 ml之丙酮進行過濾。反覆該洗淨操作三次。將殘渣於減壓烘箱中於150℃下乾燥5小時。獲得白色粉末。產量為32.9 g(80.5%)。獲得之化合物之鑑定利用1
H-NMR、31
P-NMR(測定裝置:AVANCE III HD NMR Spectrometer,BRUKER(股)製造)進行。獲得之化合物No.1之1

[實施例2](難燃劑 化合物No.2之合成)
向燒瓶中加入3,9-二丁氧基-2,4,8,10-四氧雜-3,9-二磷雜螺[5,5]十一烷54.4 g(0.16 mol)、1,3-二溴丙烷26.25 g(0.13 mol)以及環丁碸150 ml,於150℃下反應10小時。向燒瓶中進而加入苄基溴66.71 g(0.39 mol),於150℃下反應2小時。反應後,將反應液冷卻至室溫。將冷卻至室溫之反應液移至燒杯,加入300 ml之丙酮進行過濾。將該洗淨操作反覆三次。將殘渣於減壓烘箱中於150℃下乾燥5小時。獲得白色粉末。產量為34.4 g(75.6%)。獲得之化合物之鑑定利用1

使用熱重量-示差熱分析裝置Thermo plus EVO(Rigaku股份有限公司製造),將上述化合物No.1及2以及比較化合物A~D於氮氣200 ml/min之氣流下以升溫速度10℃/min自30℃升溫至450℃,測定1%重量及5%重量減少溫度。

自表1可知,於實施例1中合成之包含於本發明之難燃劑之化合物No.1與比較例1~4中合成之比較化合物A~D相比較具有良好之耐熱性。
又,實施例2中合成之包含於本發明之難燃劑之化合物No.2具有與比較例1~4中合成之比較化合物A~D大致同等之優異耐熱性。
[實施例3~10及比較例5~8]
以表2中記載之調配量(質量%)調配下述表2中記載之成分,獲得合成樹脂組合物。使用該合成樹脂組合物,藉由下述評估方法評估難燃性。將結果示於表2。
[難燃性(UL-94V)評估方法]
藉由將合成樹脂組合物於280℃、5~15 MPa之條件下加壓15分鐘,獲得長127 mm、寬12.7 mm、厚1.6 mm之難燃性試驗評估用試片。對於獲得之試片,依據ISO1210並依據20 mm垂直燃燒試驗(UL-94V)將試片保持垂直,使燃燒器之火點燃下端10秒後移除火焰,測定試片燃燒之火熄滅之時間。其次,於火熄滅之同時將第2次之點燃進行10秒,與第1次同樣地測定燃燒之火熄滅之時間。又,同時亦對試片下之棉是否因掉落之火種而著火進行評估。根據第1次與第2次之燃燒時間、棉著火之有無等依據UL-94V標準評定燃燒等級。關於燃燒等級,V-0最高,V-1、V-2依次難燃性降低。

自表2可知,使用本發明之難燃劑(難燃劑樹脂組合物)之實施例5及10之合成樹脂組合物與比較例5~8之合成樹脂組合物相比較具有良好之難燃性,該比較例5~8之合成樹脂組合物使用比較化合物A~D作為難燃劑,除此以外與實施例5及10具有相同組成。由此明確了,藉由本發明之難燃劑(難燃劑樹脂組合物),可獲得具有良好難燃性之合成樹脂。
Claims (11)
- 如請求項1之難燃劑,其中於通式(1)中,R1 及R3 分別獨立地為單環之芳香族烴環基。
- 如請求項1之難燃劑,其中於通式(1)中,X1 及X2 分別獨立地為碳原子數1~4之伸烷基。
- 一種難燃劑組合物,其含有如請求項1之難燃劑及磷酸鹽化合物。
- 如請求項4之難燃劑組合物,其中上述磷酸鹽化合物為焦磷酸鹽。
- 如請求項4之難燃劑組合物,其中上述難燃劑與上述磷酸鹽化合物之質量比以前者:後者計為9:1~1:9。
- 一種合成樹脂組合物,其含有合成樹脂及相對於該合成樹脂100質量份為0.01~50質量份之如請求項1之難燃劑。
- 一種合成樹脂組合物,其含有合成樹脂及相對於該合成樹脂100質量份為0.01~100質量份之如請求項4之難燃劑組合物。
- 如請求項7或8之合成樹脂組合物,其中上述合成樹脂為選自由聚酯系樹脂及聚醯胺系樹脂所組成之群中之1種以上。
- 一種成形品,其係如請求項7或8之合成樹脂組合物之成形品。
