Abstract

A circuit processing method for the signal output of charge couple element to access the first and second signals of tradictional charge couple device's output, where the charge couple device includes a reference device, which futher includes a first output gate, a first floating induction capacitor, a first reset gate and a first reset drain, and a CCD signal process device, which futher includes a CCD register, a second output gate, a second floating induction capacitor, a second reset gate and a second reset drain, and the first and second signals are the output induction voltages of the first and second floating induction capacitors respectively, comprises the following steps: - providing a differential circuit to access the first and second signals or generating a first and second differential signals; - providing an A-multiple amplifier to amplify the first differential ignal for output; - providing a 1/A-multiple device to receive the amplified first differential ignal and substrate with the first differential signal; - providing another A-multiple amplifier to amplify the second differential ignal for output; - providing another 1/A-multiple device to receive the amplified first ifferential signal and substrate with the second differential signal; - providing an output signal for the output of the amplified second signal; whereby the noises generated by processing the first and second signals correspond to an A*(1/A)-multiple relation which ultimately eliminates the noises.
