Abstract

A process of producing precious metal pattern, which mainly comprises calendering the precious metal material into thin metal foil with appropriate thickness by using calender; using computer editing, manual editing or existing pattern image through a color output device to output a color or monochrome inversed image on the oilpaper in which the image on the oilpaper is obtained from the original pattern edited by computer or manually or from existing pattern; laminating the calendered metal foil with image-inversed oilpaper; subjecting the laminate of metal foil and oilpaper to a special pressing so that the inversed image on the oilpaper is inversely transfer-printed on the surface of the metal foil in which the transfer-printed image constitutes a precious metal pattern, installing a transparent protective layer on outside of the precious pattern to protect the pattern and increase the strength of the pattern.
