Abstract

An absorbent article fastening system comprising: a gagment having a first waist area, a second waist area and a crotch area located between the first and second waist areas and connecting the two waist areas, the gagment further having an interlocking fastening component disposed in the first waist area; and at least one belt member for fastening the gagment to the wearer, the belt member having first and second end portions and comprising: a second interlocking fastening component binding to the first end portion, a second interlocking fastening component adjustable for further fastening the first interlocking fastening component, and comprising: a back structure made of a resilient material and having concave configuration in the direction of a primary median with a bending index of at least about 0.3 inch-1; and a plurality of binding elements projected from the first median; and means for attaching the second end portion to the second waist area.
